Paid almost $300 for a Lamborghini and recieved an empty box with some trash plastic inside.

Terrible. Ordered a massage chair two weeks ago saying that it was in stock but nothing. Called several times and messaged. No answer and no response. Clearly a two bit drop shipping company who can care less about customer service.

I question the reputation of this company. My refund takes forever. I have not received my money back almost one month..

Nightmare company ... ships from China customer service is garbage and Walmart is as much to blame for aligning with this train wreck of a company as they are .. if you buy from them .. just accept that you made a donation ...

I purchase a Uenjoy ride on from this company Dec 7th said it would be delivered by Dec 18th. It has not arrived. The tracking number says a tag has been made by that's it. I will never forget from them again.

first let me start off by saying this .. do not buy from these people at all ... I ordered a car for my son on December 10th 2020.. and it was suppose to be delivered on the 23rd . but I noticed everytime I checked the fed ex website to track the shipment it said the label was created but the seller still had it at their facility . so I contacted Walmart to see what was going on . turns out they lost my order which means my son will not be getting his biggest Christmas gift on time! complete and utter mess up on there end that no one even contacted me or even gave me a warning so that I could improvise ..so here I am 4 days before chritmas stuck between a rock and a hard place. do not use this company please.

HORRIBLE. We received the car we ordered for our daughter with a missing windshield and a battery that was dead. NO LUCK contacting the seller for over a week and Walmart was not helpful either. Will never order from here again.

Not good so far... I ordered my daughter a kids kitchen on the 3rd of December for Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered the 17th today and FedEx still says they have not received item to even send it's her main big present and not here almost 100 dollars and I can't just go buy her another one I'm so worried it's going to ruin Christmas. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. I'm just going to hope it will come. This is ridiculous.

Ordered the massage chair. Came damaged and seat was too small and hard. Also tried to take it back to Walmart but they could not get a label for it. Nearest fedex store over 1 hour from us. And they printed out shipping label but we had to pay for actual shipping. This is the worst company ever! Please do not buy from them! Emailed them and no response!

Ordered a car for my son and it's still just says the order was placed and the label was made but that was it still haven't received and it's been over a month

Purchased a message chair from this company through Walmart.com. The product is very low quality and too small and it ended up hurting me more than helping me. I get a trailer to bring this heavy chair back to Walmart for a refund and they will not take it back and I can not get in touch with the seller. I wish I could give it zero stars, but one star will have to do.

Purchased a UEnjoy only recieved two parts of the chair Walmart sucks and has been of zero assistance.

I purchased the pink foldable table with stool. I received the table but no stool then gone say the stool is coming in a separate order , it’s been a week now and still no stool.... never again honey

Purchased a UEnjoy SUP, zero instructions or warranty information. Arrived with damaged parts which *should* be covered under advertised warranty, but cannot get ahold of the company. Walmart sucks and has been of zero assistance.

My order was missing parts. Walmart takes no responsibility whatsoever. The seller doesn't respond to emails and doesn't even pick up the phone. Horrible experience, never again.

I never received my treadmill that I ordered. It’s been 23 days and nothing, and now it shows “sold out” on Walmart website. I messaged the company over 12 times and not once got a respond. TERRIBLE COMPANY. I’m shocked people even got something delivered I’m 100% sure this company is a scam !

i am having the same exact problem with the same product.except my tread mill was unassembled.when i unpacked it the wiring was broken off from the signal bar.i have talked to walmart customer service 5 times they can not get ahold of anyone.they gave me the number and i have called several times with no answer.i also advised walmart to take a complaint about this company.i now have a $200 treadmill just collecting dust.DO NOT ORDER from this company

Purchased a vehicle and it was missing a part on the steering wheel so you could turn the steering wheel and when I spoke with them they said they cannot ship the missing part

I received the wrong package from your company on Sunday January 31, 2021. I would like my money back on the product that I ordered or I would like my product. I received a package containing table legs. I have absolutely no use for this item. I ordered a vibration exercise plate. I have contacted walmart.com, but they can't seem to get in touch with your customer service department. That can't be good for business. I give 0 stars I won't be ordering with you company again.

Walmart should drop this seller because of their horrible customer service and lack of communication and unreliability in shipping packages in a timely manner. I sent several messages through walmart to get shipping information updates AFTER my package never arrived on the delivery date and still got no help from walmart or reply from PNE Distribution. Save yourself the aggravation and get what you want somewhere else. As consumers we should send a message by giving support to companies that value the customer and do exactly as they promise and stop using companies like this one who are out of touch with good customer service and doing as they say they will. I only wish I could give them 0 stars.

horrible company to order from i warn you do not order from them i had some missing screws and tried getting them they never answered i ordered it through Walmart.com and they also tried calling and emailing them and no response and I tried to return it and the sellers which is this company wouldn't let them... I told Walmart.com they need to take them off there sellers list.

No reviews. I was seriously thinking of buying the pink treadmill murtisol and Walmart act like all is fine. Goodness! Glad to know this. Disgusting. Doesn't deserve the business. Ridiculous
