I’m also missing something I ordered when my package came. I have tried to reach this so called company to ask about my missing stuff yet like everyone else I can’t get in touch with no one. Phone number doesn’t work probably doesn’t exist. So I’m out my money and the thing I ordered great what a bunches of creeps and they probably don’t even care what out comments say why does Walmart continue to use such money sucking companies like this one get a grip and WAKE UP Walmart

After reading reviews, they seem to have a systematic way of ripping people off! Missing an item in my order. No way to contact them. Walmart unable to help.

I ordered an item from Walmart.com that was filled by Pharma Phrills and I received the incorrect item. Since I ordered it from Walmart.com, they couldn't assist me with the incorrect item I received. I tried to contact Pharma Phrills but couldn't because it states you have to go through Walmart.com. I did find a phone number for Pharma Phrills but the phone number is not a good one. I then tried to contact them through the email they provided but it goes to Walmart.com and I've already been told they can't assist me with this issue. I paid for two bottles of the Dr. Teal's Foaming Bath Oil but only received one. Walmart.com not being able to handle this issue and not being able to contact Pharma Phrills is a great way for both companies to take advantage of consumers. There's a reason I don't like Walmart and this just adds to my reasons for not liking them. I will not be shopping at Walmart or Pharma Phrills again.

I placed an order that, after three weeks, had not been delivered. Instead, I got an email saying that my order may, or may not have “glitched” and that I may or may not receive what I had ordered. A week or so later, I received a package that was NOT what I had ordered (to say the least). Pharma Frills’ response was for me to drive 30 miles into town to return their erroneously sent package, at which time they would deign to refund my money. I did not want a refund, I wanted my order! They said that was not possible, even though what I had ordered was still listed as available with them! They said they considered my request to be a “replacement order” and that they could not do that at this time. What?? I would give them a minus 5 star rating if I could. Very upset. Incredibly BAD customer service. Walmart, why are you using these people???

This is the company scamming with Wal-Mart of their lousy biz by cheating customers. My 3-pack bundle order came short with only 1 in the pack "surprisingly". However, Wal-Mart is still in business with Pharma Frills for their dirty commission.

Ordered 5 bottles of hand lotion for my wife, got only 2.....pac kage was ripped open and contents removed!

This is a terrible company. they sent me bottles of liquid soap in a soft package and one busted, the other one was opened. I lost product and had to wash the remaining bottle. The system is forcing me to give you a star but you do not deserve one.

I would not give this company any stars! I ordered 3-12 oz. Containers of Udderly Smooth "Cream" suppose to be a little thick but goes on smooth and silky! Well it came in a soft envelope, needless to say 1 container was ruptured and all 3 were more like a cheap thin lotion as if it had gone through high temperatures! Refund on defect but send 2 back! Ok I can do that but not at my expense send me a return label! I don't want this mess it's only good for the garbage! I'm waiting to see if I get a full refund! Doubt it

I can see why Pharma Frills has such a low rating. I was notified four different times that my order was arriving the day of the notification. That didn’t happen. In addition to contacting Walmart.com, I reached out to the seller who never responded to me. Nor did they respond to Walmart.com. My items arrived today. The items are liquid and were sent in an envelope with no sealing. One of the bottles had opened so all the bottles were coated in the product. Instead of getting five full bottles that I paid for I really received four, and one open bottle. Who packages liquid items in an envelope?! I tried calling the seller but they are not reachable and provide no options as to how to reach someone via their phone system. I called Walmart.com and they also tried to contact the seller but could not reach anyone. Walmart.com did give me a credit towards a future purchase. Walmart.com would be wise to longer use Pharma Frills. They do not deserve the business. I have to give a rating do I’ll note one star, but they really don’t even deserve that star.

One star is way too much for this company! Negative stars should be an option! Negative by all five stars!!! Ordered the same item twice. Received the wrong item twice! Receipt, clearly, lists the correct item. Still, the wrong item was sent. The attention to detail and customer care are definitely not a strong suit of this company. After reading the reviews for the company, I'm left completely mind blown as to why on earth Walmart uses them at all.

This scam dealer doesn't merritt 1 Star! Walmart covered their $126.21 credit card refund. Sent me a notification that my order was shipped via FED X. A quick check with Fed X confirmed that this order was never received by them ! They did however create a shipping tracking number! They did insinuate that the shipping delay was with FED X! NOT!! Walmart indicated they would remove this bad actor (My opinion concerning this Frills vendor) from their supplier vendor list... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

Ordered 9 of a product, and only received 3. Additionally, it took twice as long as other vendors. I'll never make that mistake again.

First time purchaser and will be last time...ordered Pine Bros Gummy Sore Throat Drops...5 packages for $23. (rounded) - receipt and advertisement said 32 drops each package, when the package was only 30...I was issued a refund without any stress...but, an outrageous price no matter what...

Ordered bar soap that was clearly listed as 48/carton, however I only received 4 bars. The price was $13.41 per carton, a similar price to what Staples was selling the same soap for. With only 4 bars of soap, each bar of soap cost $3.35! Definitely NOT a good deal.

Purchased Johnson and Johnson Dental floss. Received some fake ones, looking like Johnson and Johnson but nowhere has the name as expected and as showing on the product page. Walmart issued refund but this FAKE company still keeping the money. Unfortunately have to give them 1 star since zero is not an option.

I ordered Baby Magic cleansing gel twice. Twice I got Baby Magic no-rinse wash and on the 2nd order I got an email saying there was a “glitch” in the orders. After reading these reviews it looks like I’m stuck with 2 extra bottles of no-rinse wash and no cleansing gel. And Walmart doesn’t sell it in the stores, only through this company

Wish I'd seen these seller feedback reviews before placing my order. Ordered an 8 pack of drinks - they had a great price. Fedex alerted me that it shipped. Then, there was a problem: needed a new label. Shortly after that, Fedex alerts me that the product is "damaged in shipping" and status pending update. Hopped back on Walmart, to the seller's page to re-order. Price suddenly went from 15.68 to 39.88. Contacted Walmart to see what to do. Spoke with Carlos. He told me to contact the seller Pharma Frills and request that they honor the price and drop shipping. Carlos told me that the seller KNOWS that they are allowed to do that. (He also gave me a follow up number to contact with update about how Pharma Frills handled the situation.) I encourage people to do the same when a seller pulls this kind of stunt.) Contacted seller asking if they could please honor price/waive shipping. Their response: " Unfortunately, we are unable to edit pricing, provide discounts or waive shipping or fees other than what is offered in the listing." I then told them that I'd already spoken to Walmart and am aware that they can honor the price and waive shipping IF THEY WANT TO. I guess Pharma Frills doesn't want my business-and tries to get you to re-order at a higher price. It's not happening. Their reply: they said they no longer have the listing. I was literally looking at it and took screenshots that clearly show what they're saying isn't the case. Here is your ONE STAR RATING, Pharma Frills An aside: I checked the status on Walmart - today- it still says: Delayed—check back later for status update. I know it's not being delivered.

I ordered a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies on January 25- said it shipped out on the 27- but there has been no further activity done since January 27- and I like everyone else has tried to call them in hopes of getting answers- but like everyone said- the number is no good!! The status says "Delayed". And have no delivery date available- check back later- well I would like to know just how long does their "later" take!!! I ordered a package of two refills for battery operated toothbrush. I was sent a regular Colgate toothbrush which is worth much less than what I was charged. Please do not use this company again. I ordered 1 pair of Dr. Scholls insoles and received 4 kids lice combs! Not even close. I tried to contact the seller, but my message wouldn't go through after several tries. I tried to contact them by the phone # listed on Walmart's site and online, but it's been disconnected! DO NOT BUY from this company and Walmart needs to drop them..

This company has done the old bait and switch . I ordered hair color at 2 boxes for 15.98 with 3 orders totaling 47.94. This would be 6 boxes they sent 3 and claim the hair dye is 15.98 per box! I have contacted them and Walmart several times but they don't know simple math. I have filed an official complaint with the BBB.

Product arrived with broken cap, poor packaging. Gel product all over the inside of the package. Product was different than ordered (product should have had pump tops not flip tops). Pharma Phrills is in the business of deception that they accomplish on a bait and switch tactic - show a picture of the large quantity by ship the small quantity hoping the consumer will just chalk it up to their error. This review site does not allow photos or I would illustrate with actual pictures. Possibly accounts for their 1 star reviews?!.

Walmart should discontinue doing business with this company! Two separate 6 packs of contact lenses cleaner came with boxes crushed, bottles & lenses cases all over the shipping bag. They should have been packed & shipped in a box not a bag. I contacted Walmart who couldn’t help me but forwarded info to the company. I received an email asking me to send photos. I requested them to send their phone number so I could speak with someone & haven’t heard from them in over a week. I will not be ordering anything that comes from this company! Should be 0 star but review will not go through if star is not selected!

Why does Walmart still continue to do business with this company? That really is the question here. If I had seen any of these complaints before placing my order for a product I can no longer find in stores, I would NEVER have ordered anything from them! One problem is that when Walmart shows a product listed on their web site, we don't know that there is actually another seller. At least, I didn't realize this. I thought it was coming from Walmart (not that I have a very high opinion of Walmart itself, due to the big donor, right-wing politics of the owner), but I figured I would at least be able to get my items. When I received a completely wrong order yesterday, I immediately tried to call the number listed. I tried it five times, and each time the call was cut off. So I tried writing an email, but it took six tries to actually complete one. Each one before that suddenly disappeared while I was in the middle of composing it. I'd enter all the pertinent info and SKU numbers and description of the problem and would be almost finished, and then it would suddenly it would just disappear! Finally I actually got one sent only to realize I'd forgotten to include some other information. So I wrote another email to add to the first one, but it wouldn't let me send it. The Send option was no longer there. In red it just said I couldn't write another email at that time. What a crazy system that is! If it were possible to give them ZERO STARS, I would!

I would not purchase anything from "Pharma Phrills." I ordered a premium product and they delivered a cheaper version of the product. I called their customer care number and the phone was disconnected. I expect Walmart vet companies on the Walmart.com website. Depending on how this problem is resolved, I may no longer do business with Walmart.

Noxema all over the place. Don't buy from this company. The product should be shipped in a box but was sent in a bag. The post office put it in a plastic bag with the Nozema all over the bag. At least they apologized for the mess. I requested a refund but somehow I don't think I will get one.

" DIGESTIVE ADVANTAGE, LACTOSE DEFENSE. you shipped me "LACTOSE SUPPORT+ DAILY PROBIOTICS" Not the same as I ordered. Are the Lactose Defense NO LONGER MADE? If so please correct your information. The new ones do not work as well as the Lactose defense. Please verify and Tell Schiff to continue to make the Lactose Defense pills.

I sent my sister 2 orders of Pedialyte. I just found out that she only received one. I call Walmart twice to help me. They refunded the cost of my original order. The Representative suggested that I make sure I only by from Walmart, the key words are "Sold and shipped by Walmart". I ordered the Pedialyte for a cheaper price and more quantity . If everyone has their order #, they should call Walmart and file a complaint against this retailer. Make sure you ask for a resolution to the problem. You will be given a few choices from Walmart. P.S. don't call Pharma it is not a working #.

I don't even think this is a real company. Probably just someone working out of their house like and Ebayer. They show that they are selling a pack of 2, but then they want to say it was a misprint. I have a screen shot and it still shows on Wal-Mart's selling page as two, w packs. What a ripoff company. Walmart should really look into these fly by night so called companies!

I ordered 3 bottles of fruit of the Earth Aloe vera, they were shipped in a plastic envelope. When I opened the package, there was aloe vera all over the inside. One bottle top was not locked and another the top was smashed down about a half an inch. They should have been put in a box to protect them from damage. I will never order from Pharma Phrills again!!!!

I ordered 4 bottles of Everlasting Sunshine ..receive shipping label right away but was actually shipped after I should have received the order. And when I finally do receive it is for totally different items.. Cocoa butter and Shea which I can get for a dollar each at the Dollar Tree, instead of Everlasting Sunshine.???Total waste of my time not to mention poor packaging had body wash all inside of the package ..just horrible. I ordered a 4pk. of "2 in 1 Colace" product and received a much cheaper product. Sent 4 emails back and forth getting NO WHERE, and they stopped emailing me. I am very lucky to live in Rogers, AR. so I went to Rogers, Store #1 and they sent the product back for me. Also the store said: "Not the first time they got this story" Store also said to make sure I received credit, or they will get me in touch with the right person at the corporate office. Ordered Dreft Baby Liquid Laundry Detergent. Received a small jar of Vaseline. after a long delay. I order a lot from Walmart and this is the first time I have been ripped off. It looks like I should have read the reviews.

Please DON'T US THIS VENDOR. They sent the wrong product and wouldn't provide a pre-paid label so I could return it and get a refund. Walmart won't give me a refund either. They don't stand by their customers and continue to do business with an unscrupulous vendor, no matter how many people have been cheated. While Walmart Customer Service representatives are pleasant to talk to, they were no help at all. They just have you running in circles and nothing is accomplished. I will never buy from Walmart or this vendor again.

Ordered 3-pack, only 1 came. Tried contacting Walmart several times about this, to no avail. I got one email from the seller that said since the package tracking number shows Delivered, they're not doing anything (yes it was delivered, but only one-third of the promised items are there). Couldn't seem to get Walmart or the seller to understand or rectify this. Phone number listed for Pharma Frills at Walmart site is not in service.

They cannot read past the subject line in a email! The ad read 2 packs of 3 each, they were sent a email stating we only received 1 pack of 3 razors and requested the balance of the order be shipped. Their response was "sometimes the shipper doesn't get the package delivered before the item is marked delivered."

Ordered a case of Ensure Enlive and it was to contain 24 bottles. It said it was shipped; then delayed; then shipped. Today I received ONE bottle (just one bottle) and it said the order was complete. I was short 23 bottles and the one bottle cost me $22.33. I contacted Walmart and they were excellent in making it right & refunding me but like another person said- I will NEVER order from them again- a big rip off - will never order anything that is coming from Pharma Phrills, Spring Valley, NY

I order Ed a Bengay Ultra strength pain reliever 4 oz with Tylenol rapid release gels but I received only th Bengay no Tylenol I want to find out and I want the items I paid for it

BEWARE OF PHARMA FRILLS. These people are scammers. I placed my online order with Walmart.com, but Walmart subcontracted my order to Pharma Frills. Pharma Frills never filled my order. When I reported Pharma Frills to Walmart, Walmart said they don't vet their subcontractors and that they can't protect Walmart customers from being scammed by vendors on the Walmart website. So you should also beware of ordering on the Walmart.com website.

I got the wrong order and it plainly says on the paper 60 tablets I ordered Nature's Bounty complete menopause AM and PM tablets they sent me gummies and there's not even a phone number where I can call and try to straighten it out I think this is a rip-off to you don't even deserve a star

The Pharma Frills should be removed from Walmart and any of the websites!! Super bad

I placed an order, and when I didn't receive it two weeks later, I contacted Pharma. They did refund my money. But then a month later I received the order. The packing slip indicates the order date as correct with a ship date of 3 weeks later. I contacted Pharma again. They appreciated my honesty and requested that I send a check to them. They didn't offer a discount for my inconvenience, which was disappointing. Lesson here is, don't do business with Pharma Frills.

I ordered two bottles of castor oil and one came not sealed. Both in a plastic bag together and of course one leaked onto the other. But my main concern is is this really what I ordered since one of the bottles wasn't sealed? I paid more than I would have paid another vendor because I wanted a higher quality brand. And now I don't even trust that the other seal is real. Maybe they did it in their basement with some tin foil and super glue who knows? The receipt says pharma phrills but the package package has a return receipt of hey pharma 3 Alpine Court. Suite w150. Spring valley New York 10977-5946. So send your stuff there and see if you can find phone numbers linked to that address. Shame on them. So unprofessional
