Do not do business with this company, I recently ordered a vacuum, received it missing the electrical charging part of it when I returned it they refused to give me my money back. They’re indicating I sent the wrong vacuum back, which I did not! I returned exactly what they sent me -in the exact box within a couple days of receiving it.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY THREATEN you and lie! We actually had a brand new and perfect working condition hand held dyson. Bought an extra one for our travel camper. Decided to return it after a few days. Pexbo states we returned the wrong vaccum.... with THREATENING AND DEMANDING emails. Demanded we return the correct vaccum. Per their demands we sent the other vaccum and now they have both perfectly brand new vacuum and won’t return emails! They threatened with fraud and to escalate to Walmart! I’ve filled a complaint and waiting for Walmart to respond!

No communication on a return, wal mart got it taken care of and then I received a somewhat threatening email a week or so later.
