I will never order from Petrichor Artistry again. The package ordered well before Christmas still hasn't arrived and I haven't been able to get any response from them whatsoever as to an update. Tracking just says "Delayed" with no more information. Can't get them by phone. Will stick with Amazon orders only as I haven't had one problem with those at all EVER!!
