I ordered 42 packages of famous Amos cookies it was said to be delivered by Ramji shippers.. I never received the item.. I contacted the post office USPS not only did they ship it to the wrong address the item they sent only weighed 2 ounces and my package should have weighed about 90 ounces..I was told by Walmart to wait 48 hours and Ramji shippers would contact me however they never did.. I called their phone number it is not a workable number tried to email no response never order from these people ever..I then had to email and call Walmart repeatedly over three days to get my refund as Ramji shippers never refunded my amount

where are they located? it doesn't say anywhere online or on walmart that I can see! I just ordered yesterday 07-24-2021. will give it a 'token' rating of three in spite of (not disregarding) all of the 1 star ratings. kol tuv i.e. be well etc .......

They suck pure and simple. Why they are still in business...well maybe because we did not check them out b4 ordering from Walmart.com.

Terrible liars. Never buy from this company. Advertised a 132 ct diaper pack on Walmart.com received an 18ct which shipped a week late. They also updated tracking number so you couldn’t cancel order. And shipped order despite receiving 2 cancel requests prior to shipment.

Ramji Shippers claimed my $21.95 order was delivered to a "Parcel Locker". Trouble is, there are no Parcel Lockers at my address. Requested a refund from Walmart via chat and they called Ramji Shippers a reliable and trusted seller so I should not worry about asking for replacement. I replied NFW, I want my money back and I will spend it at Amazon.

Placed an order on May 7th. Received a tracking Fedex tacking number today from Walmart saying my item was shipped. Then an hour later, I received another email from Walmart that my item was delivered - to Pennsylvania. I am in California. Contacted Walmart via chat and got a refund.

NEVER will I purchase from this supplier. I bought a $4 lip balm from Walmart and was not aware that this product was being fulfilled by the marketplace. I was charged an outrageous shipping charge of $60 for a $4 chapstick. I live on a fixed income and could of used those $60 to buy my medication or groceries. Beware of this seller.

Ordered Ensure on 23 rd April 2021 never received item or Refund . This is a Horrible co. And Still waiting for my Refund. Don’t buy anything thru Walmart from them

Our review is no different than the others that were posted prior to ours. Ramji claimed WE cancelled our order. Of course, we didn't. They then claimed that they discovered the product was "defective." The product was toothpaste. Not sure exactly what this company is up to, and we definitely have no idea why Walmart stands behind this company. Let the buyer beware -- and run the other way!

Horrible shipper/vendor. Cancelled the item without my notice and without explanation after 2 days. Could be a scam to collect personal details. Don't know why Walmart is still dealing with such bad vendor. If I had a choice I would give no stars. Avoid this shipper/vendor.

Ramzi took it upon themselves to send part of my order back to the manufacturer, without my knowledge. Not only that, but they kept telling me when I should expect it. I ordered this because you can't get here. If I were to re-order this, I would, now have to pay shipping. This was part of a $200.00 order.

NEVER order anything that has them as shipper.

Per tracking number for FedEx the package was delivered and signed by someone I don’t know and sent to an address in Las Vegas NV. I don’t live in Las Vegas. Have Walmart investigating and also FedEx. Told Walnart I want a credit for the full price plus tax since I didn’t receice the item

I ordered the 30 count Ensure Vanilla shake. Today I see an email saying the order was delivered. I go down to security and they have no package for me. I look at the tracking and package says delivered to "Poughkeepsie NY" That's about 80 miles away from where I live. Contacted walmart they say I have to wait 48 hours. Contacted the seller directly and no reply.

I ordered a package of 30 cups of Nissin chicken ramen noodles. When the package arrived, it turned out that it was a package of 48 bricks of Nissin chicken ramen noodles. There is a big difference between the bricks and the cups. Ramji Shippers deceived me. They even had a picture of 30 cups of ramen on the product page. I would not recommend buying from this seller because you could end up with something completely different than what you ordered.

Same problem everyone else is having below. I wish I had checked this site out ahead of making my order. Our package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. I contacted FedEx and they will not provide the address the box was delivered to. They said our package doesn’t have my name on it or the address I provided for shipping. At time of shipping and delivery, I also received confirmation of my delivery to the correct shipping address I provided. FedEx said o have to contact the shipper to have them provide the address they put on the box in order for me to be able to retrieve my package. They will not give out the address it was delivered to! This is all scan and Walmart should be ashamed of partnering with this company. I had to call Walmart and they reached out to the company and of course they were not open... I have to 48 hours for a response from them before I can do anything else. I am beyond pissed off that I have to do all this extra work on my end to get my package! I shouldn’t have to track my package down. I already paid and they have my money! They get zero stars and hopefully Walmart has enough complaints to part ways with this awful company!!

Same experience as the rest of you. My order was shipped to the incorrect address. I am filing claim with fed ex.

Based on the reviews I see my experience is not by a long shot an accident or an isolated event. Based on speaking to FedEx directly and Walmart.com my conclusion is that this Company Ramji Shipping is working with Walmart to Scam Customers. They are providing erroneous FedEx tracking numbers to Walmart and then Walmart is sending these tracking numbers to customers who are tracking other people's packages and when they are "delivered" (according to Fed Ex) the Walmart customer never receives the delivered item. I verified with FedEx that the tracking number Walmart gave me (which Ramji Shippers gave to Walmart) did not belong to my package as it did not have my name, address, or phone number attached to it. Please subtract One star from this rating. This is not the end.

A Package I ordered from walmart was tracked as being delivered the day before i placed the order.After contacting walmart directly my package was delivered the next day.

Ramjii shippers claims I got my package a week earlier than it said it was delivered. However, I did not receive a package from Walmart for the item I ordered from them. The only proof they have was the delivery report that said it was set at my front door. It was not. I never saw the package and have not received it.
