I recently bought them on Ebay, some Clarks Mens Bushacre 2 Leather Round Toe Ankle Fashion Boots, Beeswax, Size 9.0. These, as well as 20 others in different sizes and styles, cost between $ 10 and $ 13. That same day they sent shipping notification, through the USPS tracking number: 92612901755477000006498002. Five or six days passed and the boots were not sent to their Local Post Office. I sent them a message about my concern about not sending them and my doubt that they would finally do so. Because at that time the same boots in different sizes appeared on their sales list and prices ranged from $ 27 to $ 42. The response from the service representative, Monica, on that and a second occasion was evasive. I quote "We are currently experiencing an issue with some of our shipping carriers not scanning the packages when they receive them from our warehouse. This is causing massive delays across the board and I apologize that your order was one of the ones affected by this! ". I sent a second message and Monica's response was the following "I do apologize as it looks like your item has been lost in transit. We have filed a claim with the shipping company and have issued you a full refund which you should see in your account within 2 to 3 business days. We apologize for this inconvenience. " It seems to me that the seller does not honor his sales commitments. If you find a special opportunity because it is Christmas time and earn much more money.

buyer BEWARE!! I never recieved my package and was told to file a claim with USPS. in order to file a claim you have to be the sender, not the buyer. I was also told to sign a affidavit after I filed a claim and sent them a screenshot of the claim. I have sent several emails and I only get what seems to be automated responses. thankfully I bought through sears and their customer service has been helpful thus far. i believe this is a SCAM COMPANY!

Wow!!! I'm so f!@#%cking disgusted 1st things 1st the box my boots came in was damaged so damaged goriila glue couldn't save it!!! 2. The box has Stains all over it that's nasty and I seen a bug crawl across my floor are you freaking kidding me !!! 3. My boots are 2 different sizes!! 4.the box what left I could see of it wasnt even from the company I ordered these on walmart. Com not style& company??? I only got to ready 3 reviews before I ordered these boots idk why because this page is filled with bad complaints had I known this they wouldn't have gotten my money well I will be contacting walmart directly and this lousy what you call a company I'm sure they wont return any of my calls as I seen in other reviews they wont like seriously Is walmart hurting for money that bad they have to sell 3rd party sellers stuff grrr....I'm not happy and I will not be shopping at walmart anymore either if they dont reach out to me and somehow fix this I live in a small town the nearest Walmart is 50 miles away !!! I'm gonna keep the boots and wear them to my daughter's barn if that tells you anything!!!! I would and wont ever reccomend to a friend I wouldn't even reccomend to my enemy what a joke I'm still in disbelief that WALMART of all companies would allow this to happen and it scares me with the coronavirus and all to even touch the nasty box and the boots!!! For future reference I will pay double the money and get nice new quality boot and stuff than to deal with this what a joke I'm only leaving 1 star because there isnt an option for a big fat 0!!!!!!!

Seriously, pay to send it back (within 30 days no less) and pay a restock fee. It took longer than that to arrive if they count from the order date. The item material was inferior and not worth the cost to return. I just disposed of it and learned my lesson, no more orders from this marketplace provider; Y'all need to step up your game.

I normally do my homework and review a company I've never purchased from before, but since it was through Walmart I figured it was safe, this company Pair MY Sole ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES, I ordered 2 pairs of boots both size 10 and color Oxblood, I received 2 pairs of Black Boots size 9.5 in these two boxes that were all torn up and the boots are not even from the manufacturer of the boots, I couldn't believe it!! HOW CAN WALMART DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS????? I've called these crooks by phone several times but no return call. I will go to Walmart since they are close to where I live and file a complaint and hopefully they do something about these SCAMMERS that apparently are ripping others as well.

The worst marketplace seller to have EVER dealt with no response to any of my emails. I noticed someone else had to go thru Walmart to return shoes to this company & I hope I can too. A total waste of my time!!! They are no good!

I purchased a pair of men’s chukka boots from Pairmysole on Walmart Market place. I received used boots with a broken heal. Tried to deal with Pairmysole, but got nowhere. I had to get get Walmart involved to get a refund.

Took, the forever to respond to my reqeat to send back my shoes, actually contacted Walmart 10 days after the request to help me. Then they proceed to tell me to return it he shoes on my dime?? The shoes sizing was way off s/b size 10 but they fit like size 9. I will never order from my them again. No customer service at all. One star is generous.

The wrong item was sent. Elba at Walmart Customer Service contacted them and told them that I wanted a replacement or a refund. Elba emailed me that pairmy sole would be contacting me within 24 hrs. Several days have passed without any contact from PairMySole. I understand why they have a 1 of 5 rating.

Sent wrong size, supposed to be 9.5 sent 5.5. With restocking and return fee, not worth sending back. Ordered through Walmart Marketplace. Never again!

UE IN CANADA “Since the delivery occurred during our provinces lockdown period, which is still in effect, Walmart Canada had extended their date of return to 90 days. Since many customers remains in quarantine, your return window is both impossible and ineffective for the consumer to do business in the Province of Ontario and the country of Canada” Either send Canadians a viable solution to returns, as all other online companies have put into place during this National Pandemic, or remove your site. This order has been purchased fir an elderly resident in a Long Term seniors Residence which is closed therefore inaccessible to family for sizing purposes.

Do not buy from these people..NO customer service. I made the mistake of not reading their feedback and bought a sloth baby boy outfit 3 piece..onesie, shorts and little sandals on their eBay store. The shoes were missing and they do not respond to messages..everything is automated. Walmart, EBay, anyone who support these people need to be aware.. I will call corporate offices next and if you have been a victim, I recommend you do the same. They need to be closed down.

Purchased item on the 19th, they say it was shipped on the 16th. 3 days before I purchased the item. Apparently they have esp and know I was gonna make the purchase. They showed that package was delivered on the 21st. and I do not have the package. Keep in mind that I purchased on the 19th and they were able to delivered in less than two days to NY from KY. They did not have the decency to respond to my inquiry. Now I am fight g for my money back from this crooked company. Buyer beware company or individual that sits in Hebron KY is corrupt and not trust-worthy. I would have given them 0 stars. It no option

Absolute rip off. I ordered Ralph Lauren boots and got something completely different. Ended up arguing back and forth with the 'customer care team' got a partial refund. The boots that did arrive were crap and did not fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
