Not satisfied. I placed an order with an estimated delivery of less than 1 week. Subsequently, they sent me an e-mail notifying me the delivery would be in approximately 6 weeks. I immediately cancelled the order. I am still waiting for my refund. All they provide are excuses. I would not purchase from this company.

Bought a set of two ceramic flower pots for ~$50. They only sent me one pot, in a box that had no "fragile" stickers, and it wasn't safely wrapped. The pot was busted. I reached out for a replacement order, and they asked me to return the pot to get a refund...They wanted me to pay to ship them a box of crushed ceramic?? I pushed back and said I don't want a refund, I just want a replacement order. They stopped responding.
