How does my order that is supposed to go to Tuscaloosa AL end up in miami fl?

One star because at least I received an email response. I purchased a wheelchair through walmart.com and Zaff Depot was the marketplace seller. I selected the wheelchair for my disabled father specifically based on the product description. (At this point, I don't care which company was responsible for the description - doesn't matter.) It's stated as being Overall Width of 24" (with an 18" seat). Great - because I needed to downsize from the 26" chair to navigate small hallways, etc. However, when I opened the box, removed the chair and measured/compared, the new chair was exactly the same as his old chair - 26". How can that be? I called the produce manufacturer and their technician told me that the description was incorrect because they do not make an 18" seat with 24" overall width. The overall width is always 8" larger than the seat width. Well, the Zaff Depot "CUSTOMER SERVICE" rep basically emailed that it's not possible and that they mailed me the correct chair with an overall width of 24" and I "will have to take of of shipping the product back to them". When I called Walmart customer service, all the rep could do was email Zaff Depot on my behalf to highly encourage them to set up the shipping for me. I was prepared to return and re-purchase a smaller chair (now that I know the real product details) but now - with nothing more than an "We apologize for the inconvenience" from Walmart - I'm looking to take my father's hard-earned military service pension elsewhere.

So far I have not been impressed with the customer service provided by Zaff Depot. I ordered a walking medical aid device for my 2-year old granddaughter and needed to return it because it was too small. I have contacted them through Walmart (I ordered this from the Walmart website) at least three times and they tell me I can return it but they have not yet provided me with any information on how to go about doing that. The tone of their last correspondence with me was gruff and told me in no uncertain terms that they had spent a lot of money shipping this item and that they would not pay for return shipping. If I had known that this company was going to be so user unfriendly I would have made this purchase elsewhere. I am still waiting to hear from them about how to return this item. In today's economy a seller can not afford to alienate their customers and that is exactly what they have done for this customer.
