Purchased a receiver and it died in 3 days (yes, correct, only 3 days after using it). What a quality!

Purchased a toddler swing/slide set. Very light weight. Once assembled correctly it was very wobbly, lifted off ground when 2y/o would swing, swing bar fell out repeatedly, dropping child on ground. Contacted to return & receive a refund. They are insisting on video to show problems. I’d already taken apart & now had to put back together. Never had a company require proof that I’m unsatisfied. Waiting on reply before I contact Walmart

I purchased from Walmart a child’s 3 wheel scooter with a seat and basket. I received the scooter but not the seat or basket. It was the pink one Please advise if you could please send these 2 pieces to me asap I was advised by Walmart to text you for missing parts Dixie Tobin 175 West Genesee Street Chittenango Ny. 13037

Recently purchased a gaming chair from Outerdo Inc in Aug. A welded bar within the chair has broken already. Made contact with Outerdo Inc for a replacement. Currently would not recommend product but will update based on their response time and customer service.

The 200ml soap dispensers are terrible. Bought three. One stopped functioning the first week. Within one month, all three are non functional. I’d rate ZERO star but that’s not an option as a rating.

I bought a fender flare for my Grand Cherokee on october 4th 2020 and didn't get it. They told me that will refound me and never get the payment. Based on everything I've been reading, I can tell OUTERDO INC is a thief!

Bought 2 tier dish rack based on screen shot and the description on Walmart.com. Was supposed to include a knife-cutlery holder, cutting board/pot lid holder and a utensil holder. When received email with tracking # it said being shipped in 2 shipments. Contacted them and was told the second shipment would be here in a few days. After a couple of emails they changed the screen shot and description and said it never included the items, only the 2 shelves. Crooks and liars. Was told if I didn't like it I could pay to return it and they would charge me 20% to return it. Walmart should step up and make this right. Do not want to leave any stars for rating, but have to pick one.

I received the item but without the hardware to put the slide together. It requires screws to assemble it but they didn't come with the slide.

I ordered a Christmas tree & had to cancel it I was told I would receive my refund but never did I also ordered something else from them and they never shipped off my order at all it’s been about 3 weeks their a scam

My Lego car light kit was missing the battery pack

Bought a treadmill blue little feet on it.......:( very disappointed missing pieces adjusted several times my 13 yr old couldnt move the belt.....waste of money

Will not return emails concerning a product I paid for and did not get. Has been contacted numerous times by myself and Walmart. Will not respond back
