STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER COMING UP A MONTH ALREADY!!! HOPE I EVEN GET MY ORDER CAUSE I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE.

0 STAR DO NOT buy anything from OTVIAP STORE. They will say it's been shipped, but you will soon realize nothing has been shipped to you. I will never buy anything from this store. When you reach out to this company, they will send you the same formatted email over and over again. You should directly ask Walmart for a refund and not waste time with OTVIAP STORE.

I order something came on time was the worst quality I have ever seen I was so angry can’t get their address to send it back, Walmart won’t give it to me and the company won’t answer my emails, what is Walmart doing dealing with such a scam company, I guess making lots of money has something to do with it, too he’ll with the people they scam!!

This is a shitty company to order from. I can’t believe Walmart deals with them! did receive the item and I am completely not satisfied with it. It looks used it is not in its original box! And it is wrapped in a used bath towel that appears to have human secretions on it. There is also someone’s bed pillow that was used to wrap the item in it. Unacceptable and unsanitary to be sending an item like this to someone’s home especially with covid 19 going around.

I ordered a five piece kitchen utensil set from I thought Walmart, it was a supplier it was suppose to be Stainless Steel, got it yesterday it was so thin if you put any pressure on it, it would have bent or the cheap handle would break, I contacted Walmart and they contacted the company, now I cannot get an address to send it back I don’t think this is a real business I would think Walmart could have better business partners, so angry!!!

Unable to use because doesn’t take USA standard batteries. Description of product was misrepresented and extremely poor quality. Was delivered to wrong address in a city at the opposite side of our state, despite our address being correct on the order. Don’t purchase! Trying to get refund now. Awful process!

Do not under any circumstance order from this store. Read as many reviews as is needed to be convinced. They are theives and con artist. Walmart has got to be either in it with them, or giving them enough rope to hang themselves. I"m curious to watch this one play out. BUYER BEWARE!

Avoid ordering from this company. Complete fraud. Never get your order. Somehow the tracking info. is falsified. Zero rating.

I order something that was suppose to be coming with 10 pcs and I just received a ziplock bag with 1 pcs inside. Is a 0 for me....

Order took weeks to receive, tracking information irrelevant, arrived defective, refund took even longer and only happened after repeated inquiries and effort on my part.

Never! Never! Order from here!!! Waited 3 months and was delivered to the wrong address and then I still never got my merchandise. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. 0 out of 5 actual rating.

This company is a SCAM! - Do NOT buy anything from this company. Would rate them a zero (0) if possible. Product received was incorrect, so tried multiple times via Walmart.com, emails to the company and multiple phone calls to the company. (Called 10 times - they only answered once. Most calls go directly to voicemail and it automatically hangs up on you after 2 minutes.) Told them I wanted a replacement, but after more than a month they just refunded and jacked up their price on the website. Found the same product on Amazon for half the price... Beware of these Chinese companies that look American - no quality and no customer service... Walmart needs to do a better job of sourcing products from reliable companies.

It said it would be here 6/18 now it’s 19 - it will be rhe 20th. - that’s not acceptable.

Horrible company! I ordered something fir my grandson's birthday...they dropped it iff at someone elses house. Said it was delivered to my house. After they investigated..it WAS sent elsewhere. They said they would send another one..havent seen it uet..this is now 2 months in waiting..buyer beware..

I never got mask that ordered and after contacting them several times the kept saying oh we sent them but may we refund you. Well guess what no mask no refund can not believe Walmart lets companies like this one sell on them website. Kinda sad

this is the single worst online purchasing experience of my life. They delivered my package to the wrong address not once but twice and when I finally got them to agree to my refund which never came it was for the wrong amount of an item I never purchased. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER

I ordered a tent and tunnel system for my kids to play with outside from Walmart.com for $25. It was delivered to KANSAS CITY MO, 8 hours FROM WHERE I LIVE. I made sure my address was right and everything and called Walmart. Instead of tracking the package and sending it to the RIGHT address, they gave me a refund. Looking back on Walmart.com, the tent is NOW $45! WHAT?! OTVIAP is a SHIT company. They take your money, and send your package to the WRONG LOCATION. If I can give ZERO STARS I would, because that’s what you deserve. ALSO: if you have had trouble contacting them, they are opened MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM-5PM AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS (833)777-8929 SO NOW YOU CAN CALL THEM.

An addendum to my previous review, The phone number 833-777-8929 has been disconnected and is no longer in service. Cancel any and all orders that you might have immediately.

Ordered from Walmart on 4/23/20 was supposedly shipped via USPS on 4/27/20 to be delivered on 05/06. Never recieved and tracking never showed it arrived at USPS. Contacted Walmart CS and they sent an email and I sent an email. NO response from seller. Will try to get a refund and will also contact BBB. Virus is no excuse for poor CS. It is what it is!

I ordered from this company as well. Everything all of you are saying is TRUE!! I can't believe Walmart would deal with such underhanded thieves!! I have yet to receive my package!

I was sold a broken aerobic step and the company will not do anything about it. Told me to fix it myself. I should get a total refund since it arrived broken.

I ordered from walmart but didn't know they had other companies selling int heir site. The 20 cube storage cavinet I got was crap! It wasn't aligned well and it was missing connectors and dividers. It also broke easily and not sturdy.

Shortly after placing a Walmart order, I was contacted by Walmart Marketplace retailer OTVIAP store; With poor english and grammar, requesting that I cancel my order due to order backlog shortage. The next email claimed; Item had been "allegedly" shipped. Tracking showed a package weight of .01 when it couldn't possibly have weighed less than 3 Lb.. Package originated from a warehouse or a PO box in KY. Package tracking was allegedly delivered by USPS to a different town. which coincidentally doesn't have a Ave. or Street similar to my address. Next, an unsolicited email sent by Walmart Marketplace retailer OTVIAP store stated the package had been lost and suggested a refund. Someone must have been watching this order, in order to proactively suggest a refund. Order was cancelled and refund issued nine days later, minus sales tax originally charged. A second order was placed on Walmart.com Email was received from walmart.com acknowledging order. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email from: Walmart Marketplace retailer OTVIAP store; requesting that I cancel my order due to order backlog shortage. The next email claimed; Item was allegedly shipped, it included a UPS tracking link. Package originated in CA. and showed delivery to a third city, which coincidentally doesn't have a Ave. or Street similar to my address. Tracking showed a package weight of .01 when it couldn't possibly have weighed less than 3 Lb. Could Walmart be an unsuspecting victim of low interest short term (two weeks) credit loans or sales tax scam ? Walmart needs to make a careful and critical exam examination of marketplace sellers. I won't buy anything from any walmart marketplace sellers ever again. In fact I will go out of my way to avoid walmart altogether. Walmart, start veting your people !

We have checked your order the moment we got your reply. In fact, we sent you the package out early, but unfortunately, the shipping company sent the item to the wrong address, when we find this mistake, we informed the shipping company and arranged the replacement for you immediately, And the replacement is already on the way now, you will receive ti in 2-3 days. Please do not worry. Have a good day! Regards I just shared the complete tracking history which never shows the item ever nearing any destination. Walmart has just issued a refund after confirming the order has gone nowhere.

Worst company ever. DO NOT ORDER. I placed an order but then tried to cancel it less than 5 minutes later. A couple days after OTVIAP store reached out and said it already shipped but when it arrived I could return it for a refund. When it arrived and I reached out they only offered a 20% refund. I had to reach out to Walmart directly.

I ordered a dish mat on the 2nd of August and haven' received it yet, this being the 26th and have inquired as to where my item is, all I get is a notice that it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days, time after time. Never order from this company, worst of the worst.

I order a product from Otviap store, there listing was not clear and misleading about the product. I am very unhappy about service I got. I will not order appliances from Wallmart again. Poor service poor quality.

Horrible customer service

I purchased an item for ~$65.00, it was not all that I needed, and I have been unable to print a label for a return. The "customer service" emails are "unable to provide the label" - unknown reason. Looks like AI response or foreign writer response (i.e. no punctuation, poor grammar) , WalMart will not accept the return, will not help with the return. This company is "slippery." I have only just begun.

I ordered an OTVIAP jewelry scale, on sept. 13 2021. I cannot reach them by phone, email told me it would be here in 3-5 days not here. I have disputed the order with my credit card, today is Oct. 5 2021. do not order from this company also Walmart should not have this company on their web site
