The product Fully Flora Keto BHB and Tummy Trim Combo was ordered by accident and I asked to cancel it right after it was ordered while it was getting prepared and other times I I emailed about canceling it, it was sent anyway and they has the nerve to tell I have to wait until it comes and then return it, which I shouldn't had to do if it got canceled like I asked, they are 3rd party vendors for Walmart and that's not good never again

My order was all messed up and I have been contacting ya'll since i placed my order. I got 3 pillowcase for 3 twin zippered mattress protector was one. The 2nd was i ordered 3 full size zippered and one was defective and i asked for a replacement and sent pictures and ya'll still didn't resolve it. The 3rd I ordered a king size zippered protector but ya'll sent out a pull over. I need a replacement for the king size zippered one and for 1 full size zippered one asap. I am highly disappointed with the way it has been handled and I am not making anymore online purchases behind all this. That's a very unprofessional way to handle business.

I also ordered a Xiaomi smart band and received a cheap knock off.

I ordered a Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4 and received a Kechaoda M4 (cheap knockoff) instead about a month later. This seller seems to habitually scam people.

Stay Away - Ordered an important medical virus item from these folks in March at the beginning of the crisis. I purchased a Modway Sojourn 8 Piece Outdoor Patio Sunbrella Dining Set from Walmart Marketplace online. OpenSky was the third party seller. I received an office chair in the mail...NOT the dining set. I contacted Walmart Marketplace who DID NOT CARE that their third party seller had a 1 star (out of 5 stars) rating in reviews online or that they had messed up my order and I was not only NOT going to receive what I ordered but, I had the inconvenience of having to reship the item. I have an event coming up and now I will not have the dining set and will have to spend more money and wait longer to get another outdoor dining set. I am very frustrated.

Open Sky is a joke. I ordered and paid for a 100ft garden hose. There were shipping issues and delivery drama but the hose finally arrived. Great, right? WRONG! They shipped a 25ft hose instead. I discovered that you CANNOT return Open Sky products to Walmart; you MUST mail them back. So I immediately requested an online return and getting the return label printed out was a NIGHTMARE. Printing directly from either Walmart.com or my email notification resulted in a label which was mirror image! The instructional portion of the page printed properly, but the actual label was printed backwards! Clearly they do not want you to return anything. I had to convert the label to a pdf and then print the page as an "image" to get the label to print properly. Absolutely absurd. I will NEVER buy anything from Open Sky and I doubt I will ever use Walmart.com again.

Ordered a pacers poster it turned out to be peach not yellow. To top it off it was late coming and not laminated. Terrible service

This company sold me garbage and now it is difficult to even begin a return. I bought Christmas lights and 2 of the 4 in the order have European electrical connections. DO NOT ORDER FROM OPEN SKY.

I ordered a simple photo over a month ago and have put e-mails in to both Walmart and OpenSky and they have both neglected any correspondence. Walmart forwards it on to them and brushes their hands of the situation. Fortunately it's not a high ticket item but I'm still disgusted at the service and Walmart's continued partnership with such a horrendous company.

I ordered 2 cases of 8 1/2 X 14" copy paper (10,000 sheets) @ $60.61 and Opensky sent me 2 packs of the paper and charged me the price for two cases and then said they didn't have the paper anyway. Sent a return label but no money back to my account. RIP off.

I ordered a Roscoe P Coaltrain MPC model car kit, and was sent a package of 6 Pantie Liners. I am still fighting them to get my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!! THIS IS ACTUALLY "ZERO" STARS!!!
