I bought a set of stools. One seat spilt open after one use. They made me send them photos, warranty info, part numbers and they still won't replace the stool. I don't recommend the seller nor the product.

Item arrived in a torn box . Four of the metal bars are bent . Metal tray is bent ,Not what I was expecting I would not recommend buying this item get one of the brands NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ONE BIG OUTLET

very unprofessional. i’ve emailed the company for over a week about an item a i ordered 3 weeks ago and have not been answered . i highly do not recommend.
