NEVER AGAIN..!!! Sent cancellation request twice before they shipped... no response, and now it has arrived!! I found a possible allergic reaction and had to cancel. If they can't work WITH their customers, then their 'customers' will need to work against them! I suggest you purchase NOTHING from one-O-one... this was my first and LAST time.

I ordered hair conditioner..ordered in March....was to be delivered March 31, 2020.....Have never received the product.....rip off....I can't even give one star....

I received an empty box. It was mailed on 4/8 and deliver date was on 4/23. Empty small box with end cut out. Product that I ordered could not fit in this size box

Less then 1 star. Ordered in September 2020. Never got the package. Tried contacting them 5 times. Walmart said couldn't do anything to contact seller!. Credit card company got a hold of seller and were told package was delivered! NOT TRUE and won't call me back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR! Similar experience to all the other reviews. Purchase made thought Walmart Online market. Devines -Love Shampoo ordered. Devines-Dede Shampoo delivered (poorly as well). All attempts to contact vendor unsuccessful (as was Walmarts thin commitment to online sales). This and the following reviews indicate this is intentional behavior! Bait and Switch tactics.

I ordered Davines Oil/Oil Absolute Beautifying Potion by Davines - 6 x 0.40 oz I received 6 bottles with only 0.25 oz of oil in each bottle, in other words, the bottles were just over half filled. A sneaky way to cheat trusting online customers. On delivery I immediately contacted walmart.com who said they can’t do anything because the product is delivered directly from a third-party supplier. Walmart.com offered to contact the third-party supplier to resolve the issue by shipping out the missing volume of 0.80 oz of oil. Of course, One 0 One Beauty store don’t answer their phone nor respond to emails needing problem resolution. They hide under the reputation of walmart.com, all the while cheating people. One 0 One Beauty Supply are soulless rip-off con artists who deserve jail time

I am attempting to do a return for a box that was tampered with of Lilash with no response since last week 26 February 2020. It also does not appear to have the correct hologram to confirm the product is not counterfeit.

I ordered a 33 ounce shampoo and conditioner set for my daughter ($69.99). The package arrived and the shampoo was busted and had leaked all over the inside. The "packaging" consisted of a priority mail envelope with the bottle stuffed inside - No bubble wrap or padding to protect the products during shipping. Big surprise that it arrived busted! I would give this zero stars if I could. Now I have to waste my time shipping it back in order to get a refund. Never again.

This company shipped an incorrect product to me. There was no information on the shipping form as to how to contact this company or even what the name of the company was. Walmart has tried 3 times to contact them for me with no result. I have finally received a resolution to this issue through Walmart. The rating I would give the One-0-One Beauty store is a 0 not a 1.

Davines Momo Shampoo arrived cracked and leaking everywhere. Have attempted to contact seller with no success.
