I can’t understand why Walmart continues to allow the 3rd party vendors to sale via the Walmart website. Obviously Walmart simply doesn’t care

Cancelled my order, then relisted the item for over twice the asking price. Scummy business, avoid at all costs

Awful assistance. They shipped me a defective product (Xbox one headphones that were broken and ear piece disintegrated ) when I opened package. I went online via Walmart.com, where I ordered the product from, and was instructed to return the goods to my local store by July22. On that day, I went to Walmart only to be told I need to call the vendor, who informed me my return was actually due by July 11, which was never highlighted in any receipt. No recognition of the defective product they shipped or the conflicting information I received between them and Walmart. I will not order from this company again.

They shipped me a different item than the one I bought. When I tried to initiate a return online, the website froze repeatedly and the page disappeared. I have no way of contacting anyone to return the item.

I ordered a product from the Walmart marketplace from this scam company. It was a camera strap. Days later I got a package from Amazon with a completely different camera strap. It was my birthday, so I thought someone had sent me it as a gift. I contacted the seller telling them that although the package showed as delivered, I had not received the product I ordered. They informed me that they had sent the package via Amazon and that the camera strap I received was the one I had ordered on Walmart.com. I explained to them via email that this was NOT the correct strap -- not even the correct brand or materials. The strap I ordered was leather and made by a company called Canpis (I had previously purchased a Canpis strap for another camera and quite liked it), but the strap I had received was made of cloth, and had the brand name TARION written on it. I explained that I received the package via Amazon and that the product was not what I had ordered, including screenshots of the product page, as well as what I had actually received. OliveElect sent a reply explaining, "We are a multi-channel operators. We are on Amazon, Sears, WalMart to name a few. We ship package depending upon the availability. In this case, we shipped the package using the Amazon fulfillment center. Is there anything else we can do?" I told them that I wanted the correct item, and this was the reply: "We did not ship/deliver the wrong item. The item you purchased is written below. If this is not what you intended to purchase then please log into your WalMart.com account, find the item you want to return, print the label and ship it back to us." When I sent more pictures and explained that they did send the wrong item, I got this as a response: "return the item if that's not what you read incorrectly. We don't have something that you want. Our item was listed correctly and that's what you received." Despite their horrible attitude, I sent the item back. I never received a refund. When I called to get an explanation, the man on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. I still didn't get my money back. This was two years ago.

I ordered a product from Olive Elect through Walmart.com. They sent the wrong product. I informed Walmart a number of times, but they couldn't get through to Olive Elect and Olive Elect ignored their email to get in touch with me. Finally Walmart just gave up and refunded me the cost, let me keep the wrong item and gave me a gift card for $15. So it's hard to fault Walmart except for dealing with these people. However, this item is still on Walmart.com, so they really, really want to continue doing business with them. I wonder why.

I agree with the other reviewers: this is a scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are in the game to steal restocking fees from you, not to provide customer service.

Sent the wrong item. I called Walmart and even they can only communicate with the seller via email. They kept telling me that the tracking number for my order was received and that I could return the item for a refund. I explained in a half dozen emails that I don't want a refund, I want the item I ordered. The last time they emailed me after I wrote to confirm they received the box and would be sending me the right item, they said I need to put a letter in the box that says what item I want for them to process the exchange. Didn't we just establish I already sent the item back to you???

Total scam bait and switch company. Will ship the wrong items then steal shipping and restock fees when you return it!

This seller seems to be a scam artist. I purchased a BLACK shower caddy and they sent it to me in chrome. There wasn’t any paperwork in the box when I received it so I had to go into a local Walmart. After returning the item, they charged me a return shipping and restocking fee. After getting ahold of them via email because they wouldn’t provide any other contact information, we had a very painful back and forth conversation as they did not seem to understand my issue. Finally they said that the UPC of the item I returned matched the UPC of the item I ordered so they would not refund the return shipping and restocking fee. Everything about it seemed sketchy and they had horrible customer service. Maybe Walmart is realizing they are scam artists because I can’t even find the item on Walmart’s website anymore. Additionally, I found the same item from other companies for half the price of what these people were charging!

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE>>>> Item was shipped to the wrong address in wrong state. Never able to get a reply after complaining numerous times. Complained to Walmart online and to them. No replies. I will never order from either again.

This place is a scam. They ship you a piece of paper inside an envelope with a USPS tracking number. That's all you get. Then they tell you to file a police report. Total scam.
