Off Price Direct

Sent me the wrong color and won't pay for shipping for me to return. Horrible customer service!

Do NOT use this company they have the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. They hide under the covering of bigger companies but watch out you may be ordering from them and they are horrible. I am trying to return boots that this company sent to me and after 21 emails back and forth I have gotten nowhere!

I ordered a pair of boot and they are really nice the only problem is they are too small. Based on the previous reviews it seems to be a recurring issue with this company. I am trying to get information as to how to exchange them for a bigger size. This site says "Off Price Direct business name, phone number, address and email might be available by contacting Off Price Direct. For customer service, returns, refunds and other issues contact Walmart.com" but the Walmart site says "Returning an item: Marketplace items cannot be returned to Walmart stores. Please contact the Marketplace partner directly to return items." So who is supposed to take care of my issue?

They listed the wrong size and will not pay for return shipping. They said it was Buyers Remorse...huh? I would have loved to keep the shoes but they advertised the wrong size...how is that my fault? Negative Stars!!! They should not be in online sales.

Poor quality, will not pay returns when it is THEIR poor quality boots!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM OFF PRICE DIRECT!

I ordered size 2 in children’s sandles. They came a lit too small so I emailed the seller for a full refund. As long as I get my money back with no hassle or excuses. I will keep ordering from here. Shoes were just too small, it happens.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES THROUGH WALMART. THE SHOES WERE SENT TO ME DAMAGED WITH A SPOT ON THE TOP OF THE RIGHT SHOE. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE COMPANY TO SEND ME A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND THEY REFUSED!!! WOULD NOT MAKE THEIR PRODUCT GOOD... SO DO "NOT" SHOP AT THIS RAG TAG COMPANY!!!THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!! SHOP WITH AMAZON!!!!

Im trying to return some shoes from here but where can i get a return label printed

I DID PURCHASED A PAIR OF SHOES FPR MY GRAND DAUGHTER IN DECEMBER AND GOT THEM IN JANUARY. THE SHOE THAT I PAID CLOSE TO 50.00 IS FALLING APART. I EMAILED WALMART THAT SELLS THE SHOES FOR THEM AND THE RESPONSE WAS THAT THE COMPANY WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IN 48 HOURS. IT IS 4 DAYS AND NO RESPONES. I TOOK THE SHOES TO WALMART AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO CONTACT THEM FRANKLY I AM DISAPPONITED IN WALMART TOO THAT THEY SELL SOMETHGING THAT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT

I had trouble sending the shoes back because they were too small. They told me to drop off at any place fed ex took packages back, but the problem was they all said their was know return label. I ended up having to pay to send them back.
