For all who never received your order file a complaint with your local AG (Attorney General) for both Walmart and Obsidian, you will get your money or a working product back. Says my product is in CA hope it comes through, says it should be here by Friday lol, today is Wednesday. Hum??? AG knows me well. Because of me several companies have made changes to how they conduct business.

Just read your reviews and I hope I have better service and delivery than you gave these customers?

Horrible customer service!!! I didn’t receive my order, although it was marked as “delivered”. When they contacted me through email regarding my order, that went around in circles, asking the same questions, for 3 weeks! Example: “ask your neighbors if they received your order”, then “ask the post office”, then “please wait, the order may be late”. When I contact them again, they start asking the same questions that I already answered like 5 times. All this for an order that is only worth $10!!!!

I ordered a small nebulizer from Walmart.com. come to find out it came from Obsidian Trading. This Neb. was Defective it burn my medication up in just a few minutes and then cut off. I am glad I have a back up.

NEVER got my item either instead I got something in a small glass with blue water in it..alwful funny that came the day my item said delivered ..guess I'm out the money because it never came..beware!!

Ordered a small pair of finger-less compression gloves for my arthritis. The gloves were fine, but it took 19 days for them to get to me. Very few updates during the entire time. Will not order from this particular selling partner again. In my case product was okay, but shipping notification and timeliness was pretty silly.

I ordered thru this company from the Walmart site. It was sent out with DHL first then transferred to the usps on the lowest class of mail thru the usps. It has been sitting at the Greensboro, NC hub for 6 days with no tracking update. This hub is 20 minutes from my home. When I call the US postal service I am told there is no delivery date scheduled and that they have no idea when it will be delivered. Pretty much I am SOL Is this company trying to save a buck at the cost of the consumer? I will never ever use the usps for package delivery or any company that chooses to ship with them.

Yes, It took me a while to respond as I was not going to... but... First off, with a compass that has liquid within the product should be bubble wrapped to protect it, not just thrown into a bag, LOOSE, and can be easily damaged. The box was not even taped as the cover was open and the box was damaged. I am not sure the compass will work, as it is a XMas present. Thus, I will never purchase a product from your company again.

I ordered from this company through Walmart site. I ordered a throw, what was delivered was some sort of rodent plug in. I have contacted them 4 times now and no response. Do not buy from them! As the other review states pretty much SOL as they are not offering a refund or to even get me what I ordered. I am not stuck with something I never ordered, and Walmart isn't willing to help either. So stay away from anything you order through Walmart that isn't really Walmart shipped. If I could leave less than 1 start I would.

March 18, 2021 $11.49 Order #3482194-184017 a piece of junk wouldn't come on tried charging it still nothing. very upset ,Disappointed not worth the time or money just to have a heart rate monitor when ever I see this COMPANY name I will Make sure NOT TO BUY i already have a heart problem didn't need a headache also trying to return it to walmart was a stresser

I ordered from them from Walmart. They told me I kept my item when I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED MY SWEET SWEAT WAIST TRAINER!! They lie about the shipping save yourself and do not order from them or from Walmart!! I still never got my refund and I’m going to be putting a dispute in with my credit card company.

I would give them 0 if I could. Promised delivery was 5/13. Still no delivery but they have my money. Last communication via email they appreciated my patience. However no indication on when I will get my merchandise. Buyer beware of this company!!!!!!!!! Oh and their phone number listed is not an active number for them.
