A few buttons as well as LT didn’t work. They offered to send me a new one but I’m not gonna risk that. Asked for a refund but doubtful reading other reviews. Just don’t risk it goodbye $30

walmart was selling official sony controllers on their website and sent me this instead poor build quality. doesn't even vibrate. NUNU's product is junk, but i'm more annoyed at walmart just lying on their website and putting up false advertisements

Ordered a item from Walmart on the 14th, was informed from the manufacture that this was on B/O. Have since contacted Walmart multiple times about a refund and cancel this order. Been more than 48 hours since they said they would respond. Turning it over to the BBB in Columbus, Ohio and let them deal with Walmart. No response from NUNU Software or Wal-mart.

This retailer will not contact me back. They sent me a bad controller. I do not recommend them. Pay the extra. Don’t waste your money on their trash products

DO NOT BUY PS4 CONTROLLERS FROM THIS COMPANY. First off, the shipping was 2 days later than promised- no response from company on that. Secondly, the controller they sold me was a terd. The controller calibration is off. The battery on the controller is poor. I asked for a response back before I left a post and haven’t received a call or email back. The customer support for this item has been horrible. I do not recommend buying from them. Pay the full price and go through someone else. If you don’t, you’ll probably get duped like I did. Waste of money. Poor product. Poor service. Thumbs down.
