Of I called my experience with this company false advertising that would be kind, I think it's more like FRAUD! I ordered a product called princess castle play tent with carry bag. I received a tiny string of cheesy battery operated lights (no batteries) if I saw these lights in the dollar store in would take a pass because they're not worth a dollar. Buyer BEWARE. This does not reflect very well in walmart

Don’t order anything from here put stuff on sale don’t tell you all the parts aren’t there I’ve ordered it twice and the same thing parts missing and no instructions and you have trouble getting a refund and Walmart doesn’t care I’m go to my bank and dispute the purchase they have $70.00 of my money fo a faucet

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering via Walmart.com. I ordered an item from them a couple of weeks ago, was supposed to arrive earlier this week, and it hasn't even been received by USPS. Walmart really needs to be on top of allowing sellers like this on their platform.

Would not ever buy from these assholes again! Ordered a realistic looking doll for my daughter or so I thought.. it came and everything looked fine until getting the doll out of the package. One arm of the doll looks like it was cut off with a knife. The hair on the dolls head feels like pubic hair and when you touch it, it falls out. I was on the phone most of the day with this company and Walmart with no help from any of them. Tried to get info to return the doll and was told by the company it wasn’t worth it . That I needed to wait for the email 24-48 hours to send them photos. But they weren’t going to pay for shipping as it wasn’t worth it. Not even my child wants to play with this. Looks like something from a horror movie! Do not buy from these people! They should be removed from Walmart.com .!

TOTAL SCAM. Will not accept returns. Offer you pennies on the dollar....like $2 for my $15 purchase. Said it takes too long to return & is too costly, so I was better off with the $2. They SENT the original purchase to me in 5 days so they are just fabricating information in an attempt to keep the money I paid them. As a Marketer for Walmart, the only charges for return are to be applied to electronics and a few other limited items. Some of their products might be ok but the operations of the company itself are illegal. I imagine if they are dropped by Target, they will try to get back in under another company name because of they seem to be making a lot of money by circumventing the rules.

It was shipped incomplete with the shower curtain and hooks missing. Got a petty reply when complained, trying to convince me that I did not interpret correctly. Horrible customer service. Not timely in responding to complaint. Plastic box was broken. They wanted a picture, never offered to replace.

I ordered a weighted vest that Novashion sold on walmat.com! It listed in the description that weights were included. When I contacted the company they told me weights are optional and there is no point in arguing I wasn't getting the weights sent to me!! This is clearly false advertisement! I called Walmart and they will be reporting false advertisement on them. Hopefully walmart will not use them as a third party seller anymore. Great way to ruin someone's Xmas present when that's the only thing they asked for..

This company should go out of business instead of honoring customer purchases or solving problems. Complaints have been filed to the Arkansas Attorney General due to Walmart's activity, the FTC, and other federal agencies. ONE IS WAY TOO HIGH.

Buyers beware! This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. I ordered an Abs machine that was a total low quality product. Their website indicates it can handle 300lbs, but when I received the product and assembled it, look like something for kids to workout on. I tried to returned this machine and they just gave me the run around for 10 days. I threatened to sue and complain to Walmart when they told me to keep the product and they refund me 80% of my money. I am still waiting for the money to this day.

I ordered strut for my car. It was shipped in a thin black plastic bag. It was ripped open and I only received one strut instead of two. And the delivery took 5 days instead of two days.

Been trying to return a unusable treadmill for almost a month. All I need is a shipping label to return it. I ordered a tv stand which I paid over $200. For when I got it it was so tiny and looked very cheap. I tried to take it back to Walmart to return it but they said I would have to go through the company so I contacted them and they tried to offer me not even half of what I paid to just keep it stating It would cost to much to return. I ordered a car cover. And I went to return it to walmart because it said I could return it to Walmart. Got there and they told me that it was sold through a third party company. This company is not worth 1 star. !!! I purchased an item from them originally date to receive it was 09/15/2021 and it is now 09/21 and the new date is 09/24 and I had to purchase another item to do the planned trip and now this bad company won’t issue a refund or any type of compensation until I receive the item and return it to them and when they receive it they will issue a refund !! The customer service person was reading a logistic reply and would not even listen and was totally a waste of time !! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Walmart is ultimately responsible for allowing this to continue under their brand. Protect yourself -- report Walmart and Novashion to the FTC, the BBB, and leave a review on their website to combat their good reviews, which are obviously aid for or auto-generated.

Ordered and received a shelf that I wouldn't have even purchased from dollar tree. It is a complete piece of shit that I will be throwing in the trash along with the money I spent on it. What a scam!

I wish there could be zero rating or even a negative one! I bought Aluminum Alloy Manual Juicer Hand Juice Squeezer Fruit Juicer Extractor through Walmart online. The juicer was sold and shipped by Novashion. They packed it to the plastic bag only and, of course , the package came torn in multiple places and the juicer came completely destroyed, crushed! The return policy states that it could be returned to any Walmart store. I tried to return the item in 2 Walmarts and they refused to accept it as a 3rd party item suggesting to get a shipping label and send it back by mail. The trick is that it is not possible to get a shipping label anywhere! Avoid to buy anything sold by Novashion - this company is a scam. Walmart should stop dealing with such companies.

This place is a scam. Walmart needs to take responsibility for the product which does not work. This is second purchase of this item and still electronics are defective. Walmart or Walmart.com must take the reigns and accept defective products as if purchased in the store. There is no disclaimer on the walmart.com web site advising the purchaser that walmart won't take care of issues with the vendor. Disgraceful.

I have reported Novashion to the Better Business Bureau. This company sells defective products and should never be in business. I will never purchase anything from them again. Walmart should be ashamed for using this 3rd party seller. Novashion sends merchandise that is not even similar to the items pictured online! I bought a showerhead that was supposed to be "luxury" and the item I received looked very cheap and far from "luxury" anything! Walmart, stop using Novashion!

I wish I had relized when I ordered through Walmart.com that it actually Was Novafashion I will never order through them again the product looks different even as the picture on the Box im trying to return and get a refund at the second call they told me they would refund me $16 out if the $25, and I can keep the items. I ordered a 5 and 1 head shaver and the shaver works Fine. The manual suggest changing the Blade every 6 months. What the manual doesn't tell you is where or how to purchase the replacement blade. Called the company and they sent me an email advising me to search their store. They have NO STORE and NO Website. This company is total garbage!

Company doesn't care about customer satisfaction or in my case child safety. I ordered a playpen for my infant daughter which came in damaged. A part of it was torn which could lead to her getting injured. I contacted the company to just replace the damaged part and they refused. They told me to sew it up myself and except a $15 refund which isn't close to what I paid. I expressed my concerns about child safety and that the fabric is torn in a way that sewing it would not hold. They stated that sending me their product again would be too time-consuming for them and they strongly suggest I patch it up and take the refund. I strongly suggest you don't buy from this company unless you want to take the chance of getting stuck with a damaged product.

Shit company! I ordered a meat grinder on Walmart.com and when I received it the tray was broken with a large piece of the broken tray missing. It had to have been packed in the box already broken because the broken piece wasn’t even in the box!! Also, when I went to grind some deer meat the motor ran but it wouldn’t run the auger. Novashion won’t do anything about it!!
