Nobody Lower.

I'm beginning to believe this company is a huge fraud! The Curtis stone knife I ordered was not the one sent to me. On top of that, it appeared to be used, with watermarks and staining This CEO, Brian Bray, specializes in selling refurbished products, but does nor disclose it on his website. I will have to go to my visa card for a refund, as he is ignoring me after a phone call and several emails. BEWARE!

I ordered a grey Curtis Stone pan as a gift for someone and l had it sent to their house. They received a red one instead and asked if l could get it in grey. I tried contacting nobody lowers customer service on another issue but have not had any responses from them. After seeing all these reviews it looks like im going to have to go to my bank to get a refund on my other order and my friend will just have to live with the red pan. I will change this review if l do get this issue resolved with the company but for now they barely get one star in my opinion

Received the power smokeless grill today. Looked new but does not turn on after following instructions. Seeing all the negative reviews on line I'm concerned about this vendor! No one answers their phone, either. If not resolved I will seek a refund.

ordered a refurbished a Emeril 1500 power air fryer 360 opened the box filthy on the outside and inside they mite as well left food in it .Totally disgusting will never order from them again

I ordered 3 items and when shipped and received I only got 1 out of the 3 items I purchased. I tried calling customer service but got no response. I emailed customer service and got a reply from Brian stating he would send out the other 2 items right away. I still have not received the items. I have sent 3 more emails to "Brian" and have not gotten a response since. This is fraud!!! How can you take people's money and not even give them a product AT ALL!?!? This person literally just STOLE my money and I'm furious!!

Did not receive the other part of my refund. Now customer service rep (there is only 1) will not reply to my email. As a matter of fact, the rep is actually the owner of the company, Brian Bray. Therefore, there is nobody to contact higher than customer service to complain or get the problem resolved. DO NOT risk your hard earned money on this company.

Ordered Curtis Stone products in a particular color and received them in other colors. The condition of each looked unused and no damage. I wasn't happy with the colors I received and customer service offered me a prepaid shipping label to send them back or receive 50% refund. I agreed to the refund. The problem is, I didn't not receive 50%! It's only approximately 15% as I can see the refund in my PayPal transactions. I'm currently disputing this amount with their customer service and they claim there are 2 refunds and to wait 24 hours to see the other one. I don't have faith in this company and won't buy from them again.

I bought a wolf gang puck rapid cooker 8 quart for a gift. My friend said she used it twice and it broke. I bought another and it came with the top was broke. It was raked in several pieces. I will never order from Nobody lower. I am going to report them. I would rate them ‘0.

I ordered a red chopper and got a blue one over a month ago. I've called and sent email. I am challenging the purchase with PayPal. A month later, still no communication from this seller. I will not buy from them again. Their warranty is BS.

Ordered 2 Curtis Stone bake pans that arrived used with water spots and burnt stains. Looked like battery acid was poured on them. I was so grossed out. Utterly disgusting!!!!! Curtis would be appalled!!!

Purchased bake pans that arrived used/dirty with burnt stains on them. Really? Today I received salt mill used/dusty full of salt with dead batteries in it. Unbelieveable!!!!!

Ordered Wolfgang puck reversible grill griddle. I received cheaper Curtis stone non product! Getting refund. I hope!!! Very unhappy. Then I find out Amazon gets sane pr oduct from nobody lower. What to do??!!! Good luck

Ordered Curtis Stone two piece product November 2018, but only received one of the parts. Seal on packaging was broken on both the inner and outer box. Contacted seller twice by email, and once by phone but had to leave message. No response over a two week period. Very discouraging. Cannot recommend and by looking at other reviews, it seems to be a pattern of Nobody Lower to send out used, defective or missing parts on orders. In my opinion, it's no wonder how they are able to charge less. Finally had to go through my bank to get a refund. Wish there was a zero star option, but had to leave at least one star.

Bought an electric chainsaw from them. Parts missing, appears to be used. Advertised as new. Refused return. SCAM!!!

I ordered Wolfgang Puck 19 Airfryer in early Sep and received in a few days with free shipping. The item was the broken one keeping shut off the GFCI electric outlet (maybe a ground problem or circuit problem). In addition, the item was a used one with a lot of oil marks all over the place. I contacted the seller through Walmart and got an immediate response for a replacement. A replacement item arrived a week later but they shipped out a broken one again. This time, the detaching button was broken and I was not able to use it with a protection styrofoam in it (I could not pull it out unless I shatter it). Besides the item has several dents outside with a lot of tape marks. Finally, I got a refund. The seller has a very good response to my e-mail but it was a very disappointing experience. I think it is safe to shop with them but you do not expect them to send you a new item or working one. I give two stars as they were at least fast in responding my requests.

8-27-18. I ordered Wolfgang Puck 19 piece cookware and received the entire set quickly and packaged well and beautiful set. I almost bought this exact cookware set for $149.00 plus additional shipping costs on HSN’s Today Special Value but by chance saw it through Walmart using Nobody Lower for $129.00 with FREE shipping. I’m pleased with it. Hoping it’s made the same and appears to be.

TOTAL SCAM. Ordered Calista pro hair styler from Walmart.com, which arrived used (long hairs on it) and does not heat up. Walmart.com customer service states they will not take the product back at the store, really Walmart??!!! They want me to ship it back with a $15 check! I have disputed the charge on my credit card, hopefully this fraudulent charge can be reversed. Buyer beware, Would give negative stars if possible.
