I ordered a chair slipcover on 12/03/20. Received an email stating my item had shipped on 12/05/20. It’s now 12/22/20 and I have yet to receive my package. When I checked Walmart and USPS tracking, my package was shown as delivered on 12/21/20 to an address in Springfield, Mo. My package was obviously delivered to someone else because I don’t live in Springfield, Mo. I should’ve check the reviews on this company before ordering. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Shipped my Christmas Lights to the wrong city and the wrong address. Impossible to reach these people.

Wheres my order its a Christmas gift and it was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago

Wouldn't even give one star if I could.... I'm still waiting for a package to be delivered that was supposed to arrive over a week ago!!! Won't order from here again and suggest that no one else does either!! Will update this rating if I ever actually see my order, but from reading other reviews it's not likely.

this company is run by a bunch of idiots I ordered Christmas light I called Walmart and they gave me the number to Walmart.com they told me that the package was returned because the lights damage. in turn I got the number to this company and they said that they had the wrong address on file I told them that, that was a lie because this is the 2nd time that I ordered the same lights .the first I ordered them I got it with in two weeks .I didn't move or anything these people are idiots do not order anything from them and Walmart to remove them from the marketplace they are a bunch of idiots......I love Walmart but I hate the company noblefu smart inc

My package was delivered to a different city in my state. No odea where it could be. Walmrt helped me contact the seller. I received 1 email asking for my order information and then nothing. This company is a scam and I believe the choose some random address near your city to deliver so they can claim the item was delivered correctly. Who knows what they delivered. Maybe a $1 piece of junk that I paid them $25 for.

Noblefu Smart Co. is a very unreliable, very bad company. I ordered an item on October 8, 2020. The item has not arrived yet. I have contacted the company twice. The first time, to ask about the item. They told me to wait a few days. The item, they said, was in transit. However, it never arrived, and the tracking information never changed. Then, I contacted them again yesterday. They answered EXACTLY the same thing. Walmart is irresponsible to have such a vendor on their website, and Noblefu is a ZERO star company and, I am afraid, are scammers. I am contacting my credit card company today to dispute the amount charged to my credit card.

this company is run by a bunch of idiots I ordered a present for my girlfriend they sent the package to somebody else's house in a different town these people are idiots do not order anything from them and Walmart to remove them from the marketplace they are a bunch of idiots

I ordered through walmart.com a women's plus size Halloween shirt black purple and orange it was supposed to come to Amherst New York that is my residence it did arrive but it arrived somewhere in flushing New York and it does say through UPS it was delivered in flushing New York in our at a mailbox somewhere there and I have no package I have no shirt I'm very upset I will give this a one cuz I don't think I can submit this review unless I give it something personally I wouldn't give it any stars I am very upset my package is gone

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESELLER.. I ordered FOUR lights from them. They sent TWO, and claimed I only ordered two. Walmart contacted them on my behalf FIVE time and each time provided proof that I had ordered FOUR lights, but the company refused the send the rest of the order. They dont speak English, and will only provide about 4 words of reply. After weeks of them only replying with "you order 2 lights", even after countless emails directly from walmart, I was forced to ask for a refund.

They are really bad in getting back to you regarding any returns.

My order was placed Dec 10th. At that time I was given a Dec23rd delivery date. The package never showed. I messaged them Dec 30 or 31st.( to cancel the order) Then I started getting messages that it would be delivered Jan 1, then Jan 2nd. It finally showed up Jan 6th. It was a Santa Top, a gift. I ordered a size 2x ( I read that they run small) They sent me a 5x!!!! Its larger then most night shirts I owe!. I will never order from them again!

Didn't have any problems. I ordered a robe from them on January 1st. Delivery date was from January 8 to 14th. It was delivered on the 9th.

I did an oops and ordered chair covers, my fault I was going fast an thought I was getting chairs, that's on me. What's on them is very poor customer service. I emailed them to over 2 days to hear back. All they said was if u don't want it to refuse parcel. No info about a refund or nothing. I'm also going to complain to Walmart.

It’s unfortunate that this seller has many unsatisfied customers. I love a couple dresses I’d like to purchase, but after reading the negative reviews, I will have to forgo these because I don’t need anymore stress in my life! I can live without the adorable dresses. I think I’ll survive! Seller: Why aren’t you learning from your mistakes??? You have too many customers complaining about the same thing! Wake up!

I placed 3 orders through this company for Xmas gifts. The first pkg was delivered in another city and other 2 pkgs have not arrived yet. They do not answer phones when Walmart tried to call them about this. I suggest Walmart find another seller

I really wish I'd have checked the reviews on this company. I have the same problem as so many others who revised. I ordered a 3D unicorn night light w/remote for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It's been over 2 weeks, was slotted to be here before Christmas Eve, and never showed. Then I checked Walmart.com and it says it was delivered yesterday with another package from another seller. That package was left in my mailbox, but this one DIDN'T ARRIVE. I checked on something on the internet and read (sometimes orders are put in delivered status before delivered) I can't image a company that handles business practices in this manner. Shouldn't that be classified FRAUD? I SAY YES, IT SHOULD. Going to call and demand refund.
