Worst experience with this company. I ordered a ring cigarette holder in February. Received an empty package in March. Requested a replacement since my package was empty. The company sent me my postal office number, and told me to check with them. I have told this company multiple times for the past few months that I received an empty package and need a replacement and I always get the same answer. To check the post office, and they will resend. It is now mid May I requested a refund and have not received my product or the money back. Stay away from this company. I wasted my time and money.

I bought a "brow lamination kit" online from this vendor. I followed the instructions to the letter. I am a former aethetician.At first I thought it had worked properly but in no time my eyebrows became brittle, broke off and fell out. I had to argue back and forth about a refund for this lousy product with them eventually offering to credit me $2 and change less than the purchase price, how does this even make sense? Clearly they are not located in America and English is not a first language based on the replies. I do not think it is wise of Walmart to even let them be on their platform. I am their 3rd 1 star rating in less than 30 days.

Clearance item supposedly shipped from NY to VA never arrived; seller not responding.

Do not purchase anything from this seller. I purchased a 3 package toy and recieved only one long after the estimated time of delivery. When I sent a complaint I received a strange email asking for photos of the problem because it was not clear. In addition, the greeting was friend and twice the email author wrote, "trust me." To date, no resolution.

Ordered a dress April 28th, told it would be delivered May 11th. Still waiting and the kicker is after I ordered I received an email from Walmart saying that I purchased an $599 iRobot vacuum cleaner which they hacked my account and then I received emails from all around the world. I got it resolved because I addressed it immediately but I no longer will order a damn thing from Walmart and only try to use cash if I purchase anything IF I even continue to buy Walmart. They are in the bed deep with China and the IT security suck! They just want to sell cheap stuff to dominate other businesses. I give them a “0” rating if I could but for now 1 star is all that it allows!

I placed an order with Walmart, a toddler swing for my one year old grandson. His birthday party was Saturday, May 1, my email said it was shipped,and delivered Friday April 30th. I go to mailbox, because it said "delivered at mailbox" I was puzzled,because a swing wasn't fitting in my mailbox? They sent me a FACE MASK!!

I ordered a tactical laser for my shotgun and I received something completely different. Looks to be women's swim wear. And now it's showing that the item I ordered is sold out.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ORDER ON 11/4 and it is now 11/16 and no updates. Called Nextgen Living Space and couldn't get past the girl who could barely speak English! She said there was nobody I could talk to and she would have someone contact me via email. NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM. BEWARE ---- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEXTGEN LIVING SPACE! I cannot believe Walmart would allow this 3rd party SCAM COMPANY to do any business on the Walmart website !!!! I rate them a HUGE -0- ZERO !!!!
