Purchased HP PavilionDesktop, received on March 17...April 1 is does not work- $600. Down the toilet. No one to call, no one that help - NO STARS ... just ripped off Walmart should not be using this seller!

My autistic 11 year old grandson order a computer on Walmart’s website without me knowing it. I was charged $1046 on my credit card. $340 was shipping. This company is a ripoff. I’m returning the computer to Walmart and disputing the charges on my credit card. Walmart needs to vet the companies they do business with.

Ordered a NEW HP All in One computer from the Walmart site. This company stated they had them in stock. Then after the charges were applied to the credit card, stated they only had a "slightly used" one in stock and would give me a $130 discount. Clearly a bait and switch scam! There are computers than you can order on the Walmart site that clearly state they have been "reconditioned", this one said NEW and IN STOCK. If my credit card is not refunded within 48 hrs, I will be filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania District Attorney's office!
