New Day Distributors

This is a terrible Walmart reseller. They took my money for something they obviously did not have and then create a shipping label after I contacted them so I could not cancel my order. It's been 30 days since I placed my order and everytime I contact them through Walmart the say the shipping is covid related I as its not a reason, but an excuse to keep my money for something they dont have. I would give them a 0 if it was an option.

I had order something before thanksgiving. They informed me that it would not be delivered until the 14th it never came but he did come a week later. When I went to the door this morning I open my package and found that the item I ordered in white came in black I didn’t order black why did they send me something that I did not order so I give this company less than a star! Even if I have to put down this one star it is worthless just so that you get this message

Wow, this was my first time ordering from Walmart and I did not realize that they were using resellers so I did not check their ratings. The product I ordered had not even been send to the USPS after 10 days so I called Walmart and had them issue a refund. DO NOT USE THIS RESELLER!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...they never send the product. Awful company and not sure why Walmart does business with them. Will not be ordering from Walmart online again bc of this.

Just like everyone.. please read the reviews. Do not by from this third party seller. Will create a shipping label as soon as u pay. Then your order will sit there for 3 to 4 wks .. usps would say waiting for package. If I can give negative stars I would.

These people are awful. Walmart was telling me my router was lost in the mail while they were saying it was on the way, despite what information I had. I can only believe they deliberately lied to me.

This is the worst company ever! I must say Walmart was very quick to act on my behalf and issued me a refund within 3 days of my complaint. I also advised Walmart that New Day Distributors was creating a very bad impression on Walmart themselves.

Horrible experience. I did not realize I had to check sellers feedback on another page! Anyway, product was a wifi modem and sold as new. It was used and already registered. I can't hook it up properly until Netgear gets back to me. Also, the shipping took over 2 weeks, and it was not near the holidays. I tried to cancel the order, but Walmart said it was already shipped, even though the status page said "Not Yet Shipped' for 10 days! Would give zero stars for lying about being a new product and selling it as new. Also, the shipping from this company is horrible.

Do not buy if this company is the seller. I ordered from Walmart.com. when the item was on sale. They sent the wrong item. I returned the item and requested they send the correct item. They then sent the same wrong item a second time and charged me for the higher non-sale price. The item was also shipped loose in a box without any protective packing. When I called customer service I had to explain the issue twice before the representative understood. He then put me on on hold to get more information. He never returned to the call. After waiting for 40 minutes the call ended with no help provided. I had to go to the local Walmart store to return the wrong item for a second time. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Ordered a Linksys router on NOV 2nd and a shipping label was created the next day. 9 days later USPS still has it listed as a shipping label created waiting for a package. I contacted them on the 12 and this is what they replied to me "Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, we noticed your order is in transit with USPS. Due to high volume of orders and COVID, USPS has delayed your order. It will arrive as soon as possible. - Management Team" USPS still has a shipping label created as of now, no package in transit, what a joke! 3 excuses in one response. Now after reading other reviews I will NEVER buy from third-party sellers on Walmart without researching them. I called Walmart and they were great, instant refund and apologized about the high volume of crappy third-party sellers and said they will look into this scam of a distributor. I can't believe they have been flying under the radar since 2016!

Purchased an Arlo camera through New Day Distributors on Walmart.com. The description on the item gave the impression the camera was brand new and not a refurbished item. When the camera arrived it was clearly refurbished. I requested a return from New Day Distributor in which they gave me the option to return to the store. I tried returning the item to a local Walmart store, with the store return receipt New Day Distributors provided me, and was told I could not return the item to a Walmart store. I contacted New Day Distributors multiple times for a new return label but they never responded to my requests. Avoid purchasing products from this seller.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR!! I work for Netgear directly. This vendor is committing fraudulent acts by selling used items advertised as new. I will do everything in my power to get this vendor committed. Have purchased from them several times and all of their products are used and refurbished. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS. They are fraudulent. I am reporting them to NETGEAR and will pursuit legal action against them! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Terrible seller. Product (NETGEAR modem) arrived in a brown box, not original packaging, when it was advertised as a new item. NEVER buy from this seller again.

I bought a new Netgear router which for starters took a long months to arrive. When it finally came it was in two brown unmarked boxes and if new the inner router box should have been Netgear packaging. I went to register it Netgear and they said it online and by phone that it was already registered to someone else over a year ago and is refurbished. After contacting Walmart, New Day responded back via Walmart that everything they sell is new. Total LIARS!!!

Piece of shit mfg! Opened product only to find it was used and returned then resold to me already with passwords which I have no way of knowing. Can’t return because it’s outside their return date. ASSHOLES

Same issue as all the others you’ve read. Item didn’t arrive as promised and the tracking just stopped when it hit the local PO. Had to get a refund from Walmart. I’m shocked Walmart has a relationship with this supplier!!!

They don't answer their phone and you can't leave voicemail, what kinda business does this? They purposely print a USPS label immediately on order so you can't cancel, you can't get a refund until 48 hrs. pass. BAD!! Walmart should of canned this company way before.

This New Day DIstributors is a total scam & rip off., YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. They do not indicate that products are used/refurished. Walmart claims since the products do not come from Walmart, they cannot guarantee if they are new. "New Day" deliberately alters shipping dates & deliberately delays shipping so you cannot return the product within 30 days because the company LIES ABOUT THE SHIPPING DATES so you cannot make the 30 day deadline.New Day charged me TWICE for the same item. I believed it was new - but it was refurbished as Netgear indicated there was already a password locked into the modem although it was supposed to be new & I could choose my own password. Fortunately Walmart refunded my money when they heard my story that I had been deceived & cheated by these thieves repeatedly YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT ORDER THRU NEW DAY DISTRIBUTORS.

Ordered a NetGear CM1200 modem from Walmart.com(New Day Distributors) on 12/10/2020 with a promise arrival date window of 12/18/20 -12/23/20. A USPS shipping label/tracking number was generated 12/11/2020. Monitoring the USPS tracking number and not seeing USPS ever get the package I contacted Walmart multiple times and New Day Distributors responded the delay was USPS having to deal with COVID and Christmas mail rush. When the modem didn't arrive by Christmas I cancelled the order on 12/26/20, Walmart.com was great and gave me a refund and then I purchased the modem at Best Buy. Now for the really bad dealing with New Day Distributors - a refurbished NetGear modem arrived on 1/6//2021 and my local Walmart store told me it had to be returned to New Day Distributors. Checking the tracking number New Day Distributors didn't even provide USPS with the modem until 12/31/2020! New Day Distributors phone goes to voice mail and the voice mail box is full. I called multiple times. On February 4th I received an email from New Day Distributors they have a strict 30 day return policy and I was going to be charged for the modem. Contacted Walmart.com and they had me do a special return to my local store with them on the phone and said I would not be charged. If possible I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars for NEW DAY DISTRIBUTORS. Walmart is having to eat the return of this product - WHY DOES WALMART USE NEW DAY DISTRIBUTORS?

A one-star rating is generous for New Day Distributors. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I could write a novel as to why you shouldn't do business with them but I will only summarize. I placed an order 59 days ago and as of this moment I have neither the product nor my money. If you attempt to contact them regarding a problem you will get a response that is equivalent to "Thanks for reaching out. We do not care. Thanks for your money." #Walmart this is as much on you as it is on them. Maybe do a little vetting of the sellers you allow on your website.

Well I ordered batteries and a charger January 19, 2020. It has yet to be shipped, contacted Walmart and they replied with it states it has been shipped so you will receive it in a few days. That they will reach out to the company and assist me in fixing the problem. BULL!!!!!!!! I don't have my order, I am out money and I am not happy when people steal from me. I am a single mom, every penny counts in my home right now. This will also effect my use of Walmart. I will also let EVERYONE know what this company has done although I know it doesn't matter because they obviously don't care about any customers.

Ordered jan 11th...printed usps label next day...was supposed to arrive on jan 22nd....never showed up...never shipped....called up to find out some answers then they said it was delayed...they then said it will be del on jan 28....showed up on 29th....in a random brown box not even manufactures box...no net gear paper work instructions or nethear box...paid 350 for a new netgear router...this isn't new like they stated...its going back...whata waste of time...

As my name states, never again. Horrible seller, I can't believe Walmart has not terminated this seller from the marketplace. I ordered a Netgear router, the next day they print the label but it sat in limbo for 6 days before they actually shipped out. Not as bad as some reviewers where it sat for weeks, but considering the package is coming from New Jersey to New York City, that's bad. They even lied hoping I wouldn't know the difference by stating it has been shipped and the USPS is experiencing delays. When the shipping label has been created, it clearly states it's not in the possession of the USPS. It doesn't take 6 days for tracking to update to "USPS has possession". The biggest problem, is the same with everyone else that left these reviews, they sell refurbished, used product as new. If they stated "refurbished" on their product page, fine, but they don't. I expected new product. This is what I get for not reading seller reviews and trying to save a couple of bucks, not worth it at all. On the flip side, Walmart was super quick and stepped up to refunding me and initiating a return, so far so good, at least I'm not left high and dry. With the business practices exhibited by this seller, I would not look forward to dealing with them for return. Zero stars if possible, Walmart, drop this seller.

It’s called bait and switch. Good advertised price for a new ac 1900 router and I got a ac 2600, not once but twice. It comes in plain brown box, they call it frustration free packaging. It’s really a refurbished item. Now I’m going to order for the third time.

Very bad customer service. Sent a used router when we paid for a new one and not ready to take it back. They take ages to respond. First they kept asking for more details on what was wrong, then asked for pictures of the product. I sent all that. Then they said contact walmart we cant do anything. Then once 30 days were over from date of product delivery due to their own delays they come back and say we cant so anything after 30 days!!! How absurd. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Do not! I repeat do not buy anything from this third party or walmart. i bought a wifi mesh and it came to me used and it was never stated. the product didnt work as it should so i returned it and received a refund. BUT New Day said that i did no return the item so Walmart ended up charging me again for the product. I tried to call both parties and email them with no success. No product, no refund, i loss out $278 dollars. DO NOT buy anything from this so call company or Walmart because they will not help you out at all.

I received my order after 3 weeks understand shipping delays. On the order no where was there anything that said refurbished. My N600 WIFI Cable Modem Router came in a carboard box with no identification of any kind. There was a quick start manual inside. I have spent 2 days and several hours on hold waiting for tech support to help me as the WiFi was not connecting and the tech support would disconnect as they are in India. Also informed it was refurbish so there was a 90 day warranty is all. Cannot contact seller as phone does not ring. Boy did I get scamed now I have to start over again. I rate my experience at a -3 stars.

Another unhappy customer, for all the reasons listed by others. I'll call Wal-Mart and cancel my order and let them know what I think of New Day Dist. Who needs this aggravation?

I ordered a present for my granddaughter on Dec 9 Never received her gift!! She was so sad! this company needs to be closed down. I will never order from Walmart again!!!!!!!!!

New Day Distributors sold an expensive Netgear refurbished modem/router as new which stopped working after 5 months. No response from the distributor in spite of several emails and voice messages. Disappointingly no help from Walmart either in holding this distributor accountable for committing gross misrepresentation/fraud on their website

Don't waste your time or money! They lied about my modem being new and sent it in a plain brown box instead. Shipping took forever. It was marked as shipped after a label was created but it just sat there for weeks. Can't believe Walmart continues to use them!

This company is awful and almost 'scammer' like in their business practices as already stated over and over in these reviews. SO, if you do get caught up dealing with them, please be aware that you can: 1. Cancel the order with Walmart.com via their phone number and speak with a customer service rep. Be aware that New Day will still ship the product once notified by Walmart.com of the cancellation (scammish). Call WallMart.com back again and tell them you still want to cancel the order and you need a refund asap. 2. Once you receive the product from New Day, DO NOT Open it and take it back to the US Post Office and Refuse Deliver (Return to Sender). I hope this helps. I also pleaded with Walmart.com to drop this Partner asap. In the meantime, I won't be doing business with Walmart.com either.

Order a router in January. It’s March have not received it. Give me a shipping order but when I checked the number it shows a shipping number was ordered but the item was not delivered to United states postal service. So they just give you a number but do not put the item in the mail. Read the other reviews and I think you’ll agree that this company is suspicious.

I ordered a Modem/Router near the end of January. I got one tracking update saying a label was printed, then just a delay notification. Repeated inquiries got me no further update. Asking for a refund got me this response. "We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, upon checking we see that this item was released to USPS. We are not be able to refund the order if it is still in route, we can promptly refund once we get a confirmation that it was refused during delivery. Unfortunately, this is an ongoing national issue currently that is completely out of our control. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering to you, and apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. Sold me an Arris Router this is supposed to be compatible with Comcast service, only to be told by the technician that this router has a re-written board and can't be activated. I had waited outside of the return window to try and hook the device up for the first time, and now they refuse to take responsibility or even provide a re-placement (much less a refund). So, $200 for a white box of worthless plastic. Shame on Walmart for allowing this seller to provide boards they are knowingly buying off the gray & black markets, it should be illegal!!!

Purchased item through Walmart. I was notified it was sent a few days later. It is now two weeks and the item was never received. I contacted them through Walmart and their answer is that USPS has delayed receiving the item because of COVID. This is a lie. The USPS is making deliveries on time and it is not delayed due to the virus. With all these poor reviews Walmart should not be selling items through them. I am reluctant to use Walmart now since they obviously do not care about the companies they deal with. Also reaching customer service is a joke. You make a choice only to have the same choice offered several times. Perhaps they just want you to hang up and go away. If I could give a minus rating, I would. They do not deserve the one star.

I ordered a linksys ac3000 max-stream tri-band wi-fi range extender at the end of December and never received it. When I would check the status it said shipped but delayed by USPS because of Covid, I was like okay whatever, so I contacted WM customer service and they said they would have to cancel that order and for me to reorder it, so I did in Feb! Weeks went by no extender!!!! Order status starting saying the same thing, so I contacted WM customer service AGAIN and they once again said they had to cancel the order. I thought okay maybe it's the extender I'm ordering, so I ordered another one in March alittle different than the other two, not realizing that all three were from the same company!!!! And once again the status is delayed because of Covid! It wasn't the extender that had the problem its the company selling it (New Day Distributors). Do not buy anything from WM.com if it comes from this third party company!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a wireless router through WalMart. WalMart itself is outstanding, but this seller is not. I decided to spend significantly more money than usual and get a superior network router to support the number of devices we have. i found the perfect one sold by this seller. The cost was $340 total. A lot, but worth it if it would stand up to its claims. Anyway, I ordered a few more things as well, and their sellers promptly sent them and I had a tracking number, and all went smoothly. but with this sale, I got notice that the carrier had received the package and they were USPS Marketplace, and the delivery date would be Monday, April 5th. I had never heard of that carrier, but anything USPS is pretty reliable, so I checked the progress every day, and saw no progress to stations across the country. then I saw DELAYED on the 5th. I contacted the seller, who said that USPS was delaying it. They also cited COVID as a reason. WalMart contacts said that it was not moving and was likely lost, and refunded me. This is one reason why WalMart is quite good. I think that the seller was being untruthful with me, and I would have felt better getting an apology if the item wasn't available and maybe suggesting alternatives. Simply, owning up to their mistake and not making phony excuses would have gone over with me much better. Dishonest excuse-making scares me away from ever trusting them again.

Dear Walmart: this is to note that you have a criminal distributor on your list of suppliers. They are doing business as New Day Distributors. They apparently never have any intention of delivering any product. Instead they immediately lie, mark the purchase as "shipped" so refunds are eliminated and never ship the product. Your continued support of New Day Distributors makes you culpable in forthcoming criminal proceedings.

Just like everyone here says -- you've been warned -- this ****hole company takes your money by creating a shipping label and you don't the product you ordered. Thanks Walmart! Won't be shopping with you any more.

Well, let’s see… I ordered an item on 9/8/21 and I’m still waiting for it’s delivery, (10/14/21). Meanwhile, I already had 2 conversations with Walmart about the poor service from New Day Distribution. For my troubles, all I got was excuses from New Day Distribution, and Walmart without any resolution. Quite frankly, New Day Distribution should not be in business and Walmart should reconsider their dealings with New Day Distributors.
