This company overcharges and has poor customer service. Do not buy from them through Walmart. Walmart should stop using them as a third party seller.

This seller loves to price items far beyond their retail value. Insane, lol. What, you guys really think people are that stupid they’ll pay 10k for a photography backpack and another 600 in taxes? Free shipping though, bonus!

Ordered item, went through checkout, received confirmation email. Ordered canceled the next day by Wal-mart due to a "processing error" Wal-mart took my credit card information and processed it. No charge was actually made to the card, it would have if the order was accepted. Imagine going to a store, picking up an item, going through checkout, paying for the item and when you were done, the item wasn't at the end of the checkout line. The cashier claims that there was a processing error, sorry! I admit, that the price on the item was too good to pass up. NETCNA sells on a lot of platforms, Wal-mart, Sears, Newegg, Amazon and the price for the item was the same on each of those platforms, so it was NOT a processing error, it was a pricing error on the part of NETCNA or Wal-mart. There doesn't seem to be any law requiring a retailer to honor a pricing error, except in California. Normally a retailer will honor a pricing error for customer satisfaction purposes and then correct the error. They want your business and want you to return. Apparently Wal-mart does not want my business or want me to be a return shopper, as they simply cancelled my order. This is how scammers work, not respectable retailers. They post an item at a reduced price, collect your credit card information and use it in a fraudulent way. You're stuck disputing the charges to your bank - best to cancel that card and have the bank issue a new card. Both Wal-mart and the seller have my credit card information, so it will be more difficult to discover which entity was responsible if fraudulent charges appear on my card.. I would expect Wal-mart to be more honest, but perhaps the days of honest retailers are long gone. No Stars for either Wal-mart or NETCNA - that's about the only recourse I have.

I made a purchase from this fraudulent excuse of a company through Walmart and then get a BS email claiming that the order was miss priced due to a glitch and they would not honor the transaction and simply I'm to understand with no recompense. If I could would say they are a negative three stars no service I will do business with anytime soon.
