This company's customer service is the absolute worst. I purchased vitamins from them through Walmart. I contacted Walmart because the package's status was delivered in the online tracking but it was not delivered to me. Walmart forward my message to Nature's Click for a replacement. It has been over a month and I have not been reimbursed or received a replacement. Every time I contact Nature's Click, I get the same response. "We will check with the shipper and contact you within 72 hours. My advice is to do not shop with the vendor. Avoid Nature's Click.

Terrible service, package lost and they will not refund or reimburse. I contacted walmart and they only go back to seller who does nothing but tell me to contact post office. Thats what I should have to do?! How is this service? I cant believe they can stay in business and and continue to sell through walmart.

I have ordered from Nature's Click before, via Walmart, and they seen to be very consistent in being LATE with their deliveries, or worse, Walmart having to cancel the order due to Nature's Click not following up. I ordered 2 items on the 29th of September 2020 and they claim they will be delivered via USPS by October 8. That's Tomorrow!!! and they haven't even been received by the Post Office as of today, Oct 7th. Now, Walmart is very good about refunding me when this occurs, so I'm not worried about getting my money back. My problem is that the item I wanted I'll now have to find elsewhere and probably not at the same price and then have to wait all over again for the shipment to arrive. So all together it will end up being a 20-day wait for the items. That's NOT very good. If this had only happened one time I'd let it slide. But it's happened before with Nature's Click and from now on, if I see that they are the seller, quite frankly, I'm going to pass on them no matter how good their price looks. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH NATURE'S CLICK!!!!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. This is so much a better review site than WalMart. If I'd checked here first, I never would have ordered. My order was supposed to arrive in a day, but it was set for three days. Then after three days, nothing. And nothing. And nothing. I contacted WalMart, they contacted Nature's Click and Nature's Click sent me a, "What can we do for you?" message. I told them the story, and no reply. Now, nine days after the order was place, my new date is four days from now. By the way, it was shipped from near Atlanta, and I live in Jacksonville, Fla. At last check, my package was in Oregon. OREGON!!!! Perhaps they don't know how to address a package or they don't have a map. Since my order, they raised the price of the item by $3. Word to the wise - spend the exact same amount and order it on Amazon. They'll get the package to you as described and on time. And if it's wrong, you'll definitely get someone who can fix things for you.

Joe Anne: last Saturday, 5-9-2020, you promised to ship my order on 5-11-2020. I have not received it yet. I called your (844)992-5425 phone number today (5-16-2020) but no one answered. I hope you aren't trying to avoid me because you didn't ship my corrected item? When you do contact me can you give me the FedEx (or the Shipping Company's Tracking number) that will deliver my corrected item, thank Joe Ann?

I receive someone else's product and packing slip I have been sending them messages and not getting a response the product I received cost $18.06 the products I ordered that didn't come cost nearly $50 I want my products or my money back

DO NOT order from this company. After emailing them with my concern that I received a tracking number from USPS yet no activity for 3 days they sent some form like email stating they were checking on the status of my order. 3 days and several emails to Nature's Click and still no response. They do not care what happened to your order as long as they have your money. They DO NOT care whether your order shipped or not. I will be ordering all of my supplement needs from Micro Ingredients from now on. They seem to know where their orders are, including the status

They just send you anything and when to try to fix it they don't return calls very disappointed

I placed an order on March 23rd. It did not arrive as scheduled and after going round with Walmart a couple of times they gave me the telephone number to "Nature's Click". I called "Nature's Click" and after a lengthy phone conversation and holding even longer I was told they had the address wrong and it would arrive the following Monday. It did not arrive. I cancelled the order and bought supplements elsewhere. On May 17th half of the order arrived. I have about ten emails going back and forth and they refuse to resolve the issue. I will not be dealing with this company ever again after I have the charges removed from my credit card.

Never received my order of L-TRYPTIPHAN through Wal-Mart. Ordered 2-5-2018. Send it. Wal-Mart took my money out of my account Resolve it please. Send it. Enough is enough. Stop the back and forth BS. Ship it!!!!

Just ordered best Naturals C-1000 and Devils Claw thru Walmart (order 3401880-842251) on 3-10 and it arrived today ... well done guys!! It wasn't supposed to arrive until the 20th. Thanks ... cmac

I placed my order over 7 weeks. I contacted the seller multiple times and now they are refusing to answer my emails. The product never shipped, it has been "delayed" the entire time. I contacted Walmart today who sincerely apologized and immediately canceled my order and refunded me. Horrible service, Horrible company. Do not do business with them.
