I bought a xbox one x gears 5 bundle which I did not receive my codes for all 5 gears games and all they said was there is nothing they could do about it

I ordered an Xbox1 and it was shipped and arrived with the seals cut. Suppose to be new! Warranty had started six months prior to shipping. I didn't find out that it was made for Region 2 ( which is Europe and Eastern Asisa) and was shipped to Region 1 ( US ). It won't play some BlueRays and it won't play any DVDs. Walmart supposedly contacted the three times and they were suppose to get in touch we me via phone or email, which has never happened. I agree with the previous reviewer, Walmart should drop Nationwide! I wish you could give a negative star rating!

This is the worst place to order a product from. I ordered an Xbox one s on July 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered on July 13th. It is now July 15th and still has not been delivered. When I go to track my package, it says that it has been delayed after it was supposed to be delivered on the 13th. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered a Nintendo switch bundle off of walmart.com. My son saved up to purchase this for himself. He was so excited to finally be able to. We bought on 08/21/2020. It showed shipped almost hours after the order. He patiently waited the week until it got here. On 08/28 the day it was supposed to be delivered he waited by the front door all day long. It never showed up. I checked the tracking and it stated it was delivered at 11:11am. I immediately contacted fed ex who told me they would look into this and return my call. I also contacted Walmart, and Nationwide distributor. I honestly think it was fed ex to blame but the responses I received from this company were completely unprofessional. The first thing that asked was if I contacted fed ex. I assured them I did. Days later I receive an email just saying here's your fed ex claim #. We patiently waited another entire week. I never heard back from anyone. So yesterday I contact fed ex. They tell me they have a decision on my claim but are unable to discuss it with and I need to contact nation wide distributor. I send them an email and I get an immediate response stating fed ex denied this claim you should dispute it with your bank! What? We never received this package! Then they stopped responding to my emails. So I contact Walmart and the woman Sadia says it shows this item was delivered and that you signed for it. I asked her if I could see the signature and she hung up on me! I called back and this time I was furious. Bottom line I was told by Walmart that they have an agreement with Nationwide distributor that if a package is lost in transit they are required by law to refund the customer. Instead of refunding me they are ignoring me. Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced and will never buy a single thing from them again.

I bought a Nintendo Switch Lite game from Walmart.com and paid nearly $70 for it. To find out that IN STORE it’s $49.94. After doing some research I found out that even though I bought a product off Walmart.com, it was bought from National Distributors. Apparently the prices online are not the same that’s in stores. But I can RETURN my product to Walmart (local store) for a refund and walk back to the department to buy it again!!!!! So it looks like that’s what I will be doing!!!!!!!!

Ordered a US copy of a game and reserved a Euro version! NOT HAPPY at all!!! Never again will they have my business, they don’t answer calls I need an email address to get ahold of them! Reporting them if I can!

I’d give NEGATIVE stars if I could. They advertised a product online, we purchased it, a few days later they cancelled our order saying the price listed was wrong.. it was too low. We tried talking with them and they blew us off. Told us they had other people they had to deal with. This was just one item for us. Essentially... “It’s not gonna happen... get over it.” I’m disgusted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a PS4 Fallen Jedi Game on November 17th as a Christmas gift for my grandson. The order came quickly and He was so excited Christmas morning to get this game. His excitement was short lived. The game would not load and when we finally got it to load it would shut down . I called Wal-Mart and they sent a claim to the vender. We’ll here it is January 3 and I was told by the vender that I am past the return date and they will not send me a new game. BEWARE I’m out $60 and my grandson has no game. Never received notification from them that they have a 30 day return policy. Had I have known the game was defective I would have sent it back as soon as I received it. I’m hoping that Wal-Mart will take action and make things right. Buyer Beware of this company. No Christmas return policy.

Horrible 3rd party reseller. Lists things for sale and then cancels b/c they "incorrectly" price something. You should have to stand behind your listings and be accountable like the rest of the folks in the market. Do NOT trust or buy from these folks. And THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM ANY 3RD PARTY THROUGH WALMART.COM. They also won't stand behind or stand up for you with the 3rd party sellers. They don't care about their customers. Stick with Amazon who will work to make things right with the customer in mind.

Shady as heck- bought a 3ds from them on eBay, was told it was from the USA, and it arrived a Middle East product (also paid extra for shipping and it was not even shipped til the delivery day- after me trying to contact them for days they emailed THE DAY OF and said they had to reship the item). Asked for a full refund and for the product not to arrive. Seconds later, surprise surprise, it actually ships. Seller only refunded shipping. Then upon sending it back this seller actually had the nerve to charge a RESTOCK FEE. Worst part is, eBay freaking protects bad sellers just because they have a certain number of reviews/sales. It's like theyve never heard of sellers buying reviews. This seller has SPARKLING reviews shown right front and center, but like 30 bad reviews in one month. Guess which are the reviews they didn't buy?

Ordered a Mario cart 8 Wii U game from Walmart on line. Picture and description was suitable for US. When it arrived it had a circle on the lower right corner of the game which read U.A.E. Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Singapore. Clearly not the game that was shown in the picture or description. Called Walmart, they sent me to the Walmart E Commerce. They tried to contact Nationwide but wasn't able to make contact. They emailed them. I also got on and tried to contact customer service. My emails on my end would not work and the two phone numbers I found I tried several times, siting on hold and finally the phone just disconnects. I am going to have a very disappointed child on Christmas morning as every store from my home in a 30 mile radius is sold out. I would agree with the previous review that wall mart should drop them. I would not even give them a 1 star if there was another option. Don't purchase from Nationwide distributors.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NATIONWIDE DISTRIBUTOR!!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. IN FACT I THINK WALMART SHOULD DROP THEM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THE SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED BUT NEVER SENT TO USPS, THEY EMAILED ME BACK ONCE WITH NO INFORMATION EXCEPT BLAMING IT ON USPS EVEN THOUGH( after calling usps) NEVER PICKED UP MY PACKAGE. I ordered a Razer Wolverine game controller for my grandson for Christmas. As soon as I ordered, it showed shipped. That was dec 2nd. It is now the 20th. USPS says they filled out a shipping label, but has not shipped item. I have requested info, no response. I then requested a cancellation, again no response. I give them no stars!!

Terrible. Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered an Xbox one S for my son for Christmas on Dec 16. Delivery was scheduled between Dec 21 and Dec 24. I got an email today (Dec 23), stating my order has been cancelled. Horrible way to do business. If negative stars were an option that is what they would get!

Terrible company. Not trustworthy at all. Poor customer service and order handling. Take it from the hundreds of 1star reviews. Buy elsewhere. Purchased 2 PS4 Remotes. They were listed at 25 dollars which is much below the market price. I ordered 2x as Christmas gifts. They lied and said i initiated a cancelation (never did). Then they say they were "lost" and as a result they canceled the order. More like they realized they made a price error and canceled before they could be shipped... Do yourself a favor stay away from these frauds.

Horrible, Inordered a PS4 with an expected delivery of Feb. 1st. On the 298th of January, I emailed to get tracking information. They said they would check with the carrier and then learned the package was lost. They would cancel my order and refund the money. What a scam. Very disappointed that Walmart allows them to sell under them.

I purchased an xbox earpiece from nationwide thru walmart. The package I recieved was clearly an open box, previous return and someone swapped out the charging cord for an incompatible one. I feel bad for the person who will get this after me, since this company clearly does not check their returns. I tried contacting the company to see if they would make it right with no luck. Instead, they want me to go thru the hassle of packing it up, mailing it back and then getting a refund. Good customer service would've simply sent the replacement charging cord that shouldve been in the order I purchased.... I did not get what I paid for and I'm at a loss now. This is ridiculous. Extremely disappointed in Walmart for doing business with them. I will be researching Walmarts 3rd party sellers more carefully from now on.

They shipped wrong item and refuse to refund because we only discovered the error after the return window closed. We didn't discover their error because before I could get it to my granddaughter, I was hospitalized with covid19 so she didn't get the item until the return window closed Terrible customer service.

Just Horrible, bought a game system from walmart.com only for it to be canceled. I get mistakes happen but if a product has already been purchased you should have to honor that price. How can walmart keep them on as distributors when they do stuff like this.

Do not EVER buy from Nationwide distributors here on Walmart. They canceled my order for a Nintendo Switch at $257.19 and hiked up the price to $356.94. They said it was a "price error" but those numbers are nothing alike, this felt more like a bait and switch than an error/typo. After this Walmart wouldn't offer to do anything, and after reading reviews here on Walmart.com, and on google; I found that they have a history of doing this to many customers. This is a scummy business, and Walmart is shady for allowing them to continue to exist on their website.

They’re a JOKE! Ordered a Nintendo Switch through Walmart and this happened to be the seller. They sent a shipping label to FedEx making it seem as if the item shipped but it had not. Tried contacting them by email (no phone # available) but no response. Contacted Walmart and they could see the item had not been shipped or even sent to FedEx. At this point it had been a week since order was placed. Thankfully Walmart was able to issue my refund and I received it within a few days. I ordered another Nintendo Switch through GameStop and it arrived the next day.

Avoid this business like hell. They created a shipping label then report it to Walmart as shipped. Item never arrived and I contacted Walmart for a refund. Nationwide Distributor sent me emails insisted the product was shipped and asked me to send them back or pay them. I should have read this all the way 1 star review before buying. Worst Walmart 3rd party ever.

I bought an Xbox from them and they waited until the day it was supposed to arrive to cancel my order due to a “price error” on their end. And that was only after I contacted Walmart asking where it is. Now it’s listed as a ridiculous scalper price of $900!

They had an Xbox Series X on Walmart for $400. I have been trying extremely hard to buy one, as they are sold out all over. I made the purchase, and they emailed me about an hour later canceling it saying they listed the price wrong. That is horrible business. What the product is listed at, that’s what it sells at. If it’s your mistake, you eat the price difference. Anyways, I would love to increase my review to a 5 star if they are willing to meet in the middle. I want an Xbox, and am willing to pay a fair price for one. Please let me know what you can do, thank you.

Ordered a PS5 console and extra controller. Controller arrived on time, but no console. Nationwide reported the console as delivered to Walmart, even though they sent me an email acknowledging it never shipped. Horrible customer service, was told another shipping label created, but no tracking information. Company plays word games, price gouges, and is a complete SCAM. Working with Walmart for a refund now. Avoid this seller at all costs.

They used the “Available with All Access” picture that Walmart uses to mislead you into thinking you are getting All Access with the console and conveniently listed it as the same price Walmart sells the bundle as. Manager was supposed to call us back but of course has yet to.

So, what they do is list XBox series X as its regular price, around 5 hundred. Then when someone buys it they email them back saying it was a mistake and if they want the item they must pay a little over 9 hundred or have it canceled. I understand some people were raised with no morals, what I can't understand is why Walmart tolerates it. They are better than this. OK, they aren't. But they have a company that is too big to be brought down by scumbags like this.

** WARNING** Nationwide Distributors are scammers!!! Followed a link from Walmart.com to buy the Xbox series X with the all access bundle for just over $1000. After two weeks of not getting the all access and several phone calls to their customer service, I was finally told by their rep to “read the fine print”. Yes, I was scammed! They mislead you (on purpose) with the link and add from Walmart to pay double for the console and not give you the all access pass as advertised. They wouldn’t honor the deal so I returned it and requested a refund. I returned all the items per Walmart’s online return policy and I just received a notice from Nationwide that they won’t accept the return because it’s not in the original box. Per Walmart’s return policy it doesn’t need to be in the original box. So I’m still fighting Nationwide to get my refund… If I could give a zero rating I would. Walmart needs to drop this reseller immediately!!!

Bought a Nintendo Switch it came today. The box was definitely opened. The carry case and online access did not come with the console. If you buy just expect something to be missing maybe. I don’t think the case and online access is worth hassling them.

This is a total scam and the fact that this company is scalping Ps5 consoles is despicable. They are profiting off of a broken supply chain and Sony and Walmart's inadequacy when it comes to addressing demand. Walmart MUST stop selling this distributor's products.
