Never shipped my order. Been sitting for two months. No response from seller. DO NOT BUY!

Never received my item that was ordered on 16 August and was promised on 25 August through Walmart. Contacted Walmart and was told I would hear from the Company within 2 days. Tried 3 times with no response. Company is a fraud and shame on Walmart for using this company. Should be an investigation.

Same as others are saying. Was charged and hopefully I'm being refunded after trying several times over three weeks to contact seller. Do not order anything supplied by MYOSB! 0 stars should be an option.

It has been a month and our item hasn’t been received nor has the shipping information been updated. Item just says shipped therefore we are unable to cancel. No contact made from company. I need to dispute it to get my money back. I will never order from them again even through Walmart.com

I was charged for my items from this seller and they were never sent. USPS says the tracking number was created but they never received the package. I have contacted the seller through email twice, gone through Walmart customer service- no one wants to take ownership. Seems like a recurring theme with this company. If the order cannot be fulfilled, please respond with reasons why and next steps in issuing a refund.

Ordered through Amazon over a month ago I have YET to receive my product. I was able to contact "the company" and spoke with a man who seemed that he could care less about the call informed me what I already knew, I haven't received the products and offered to resend said items. I said no but you can send me my FULL refund. After reviewing like cases this "company" is clearly a scam. Still unbelievable that all of this is over some damn lotion. Bottomline if you purchase anything from this company I mean anything you are foolish just like I was. Difference is you were warned. RATING 0 FUCKING STARS

MYOSB is a bad run company with TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered on March 31st, said shipped on April 2nd or 3rd with a delivery date of April 8th. The ‘tracking number’ never updated and only said the shipment was delayed in Brooklyn. With COVID-19 going on, I tried to be understanding but all my other packages had only been delayed a few days, a week at most. I emailed MYOSB twice and called and left a message like they asked with absolutely no reply from them. I finally got annoyed and called Walmart on May 5th and they issued me a refund right away because there had been no other updates on my order for over a month.

So I guess essentially people can just take your money when they sell through Walmart?

Ordered thru Walmart.com. Said item shipped with USPS tracking number. Never received items. Sent email, no response. Trying to see if I can dispute credit card amount. Terrible.

Ordered something through Walmart.com Feb 11- a label was printed, but no tracking number. I waited until the date it was supposed to be here. Got 5 email responses from different people with Indian names apologizing but not offering anything. I responded by saying that the item appeared to not have shipped and to please contact the shipper. Got a snarky email from the shipper saying that they shipped the item and it would arrive soon. I don't believe they shipped it, especially after reading all these reviews. I requested a refund through Walmart. Let them deal with it. I learned my lesson...won't order anything through them again. Probably won't order through Walmart again.
