These people are either crooks or completely incompetent! I ordered hair dye, which was illegally price gouged to twice the retail value mind you, and the tracking info said it had been delivered. NOPE! WHERE???

Ordered two tubes of haircolor on January 31, 2021, here it is March 1 and the seller FINALLY agreed to refund me saying they got lost. Except they only refunded me for one tube! Filing a chargeback. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered this product on December 5 and I've still not received it. It is now 12/19. When I googled this seller, I found no information and the link brought me right back to Walmart. It's freaking hairspray. I should have paid a couple dollars more and got it on Amazon. I will never order from Walmart again. I can't even get a live body. I did find an 800 number, which I will call. All I can say is now I'll have a fight with my credit card company. I have no way to contact this seller so they can find out why my package is sitting at their drop off location.

I have not seen a refund to my credit card for a product and i contacted your company by email and chat with no success of a refund. i was told the purchase was refunded but not showing any fefund to my credit card. i am so aggrevated wth your service.

I ordered matrix conditioner in Jan and its April and still no refund or conditioner. They said they refunded my account but I see no refund. This is some kind of scam. I purchased it through Walmart so going to have to give them a call to let them what is going on....

Ordered Matrix conditioner on March 17th, still haven't received it and this is April 7th. I do not recommend this seller. They got my money and I got NO product.

This seller on Walmart.com is horrible! I ordered an item, but was sent a different item altogether. Thinking I was doing a good thing, I notified them immediately with photo proof that the item sent was wrong. Instead of quickly resolving to send the item ordered, they have not sent it, and wanted me to return the incorrect item with no return label provided. I refused to spend MY money to return the item that they sent incorrectly, and after 8 emails back and forth, they sent a return label for the item I never received. They are still wanting the incorrect item returned, but Walmart.com directed me to keep the item they sent (or give it away) and Walmart.com refunded by money. Walmart.com told me they would instruct My Salon Stop to quick hounding me, but emails are still coming. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your salon items! I would prefer not to give them any stars, but had to select one!

These products were not purchased from the actual company. They are damaged or old product. Real Professional products are only sold to licensed professionals .

I bought the hair color on 05/31/21 and the delivery was to be made on 06/10/21 and I didn't receive my order, I entered the chat and asked for a refund and I received the full refund. This seller should not be selling at Walmart, he has no commitment and no respect for customers. Walmart is a great place to shop and that kind of salesperson tarnishes Walmart's image. If I could I wouldn't give any stars.

I purchased an item and when it arrived 1/3 of it leaked out in the packaging. The product had a pump on it and the pump was open and then the shipper taped it down and it leaked in the packaging. they wanted me to take pictures so they could file a claim against USPS. USPS did not damage the package. The shipper did not pack correctly. No interest in making this problem right by either Walmart or My Salon Shop. Seller is very uncooperative. I would advise that nobody else get taken by either Walmart or My Salon Shop! DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER
