Said the item had been shipped, but FedEx hadn't received it a day later. I suspect they didn't have the item and were scrambling to find it somewhere, which is a lousy thing to do during the coronavirus.

You guys are a bunch of misleading scammers and I can’t believe your able to work through wal mart ! I purchased some dog tracking collars the Ad said 5 dog collars and showed 5 collars with reciever ! I pick the parcil up at wal mart and there’s 1 collar in the box ! So I try to get a refund from Walmart and they say “we do not do refunds on 3 rd party purchases over 150$. You’ll have to contact the 3 rd party for the refund “ sooo after hours of being on hold amd waiting I was able to get a response via e mail stating I’d have to go to Walmart for your refund they took your money ! And wal mart is telling me I have to get it from “MY GOODS”. I am starting to get majorly pissed off. I am going to bring my Lawyers in if they don’t have that money credited to my visa ASAP ! Hey Walmart ! Quit trying to be like Amazon ! Not gonna work sorry

I have been waiting on my package now for 14 days FedEx tracking puts in the North Carolina however they say its out for delivery to Florida and will be here on Sat 24 April, "TODAY IS SATURDAY APRIL THE 24TH" it's still a long way off. I have lost my money, I will make sure everyone I know hears about MY GOODS terrible service.

I have attempted twice to order yarn and instead I received some paint brushes that I definately did not order!!! I ordered 12 skiens of yarn and received 12 paint brushes and was charged $124+. I was refunded the cost. I again attemped to order 4 skiens of the same yarn for a cost of $42.00 and again received 4 paint brushes!!! Either they do not have the product they are advertising, or some employee is not able to read the order properly. I will request another refund and again inform Walmart that maybe they need not use this company to represent them. =
