I placed an order on 6/23 and was supposed to be delivered by 7/6... seems to be consistent with the other reviewers... damn scammers. Luckily, Walmart issued me a full refund. They should second guess doing business with this company.

They shipped my item to someone else per tracking.

I order a swimsuit on June 28th from walmart.com, didn't realize Walmart.com had individual sellers until I called them today. My package was due to arrive Thursday 7/9/20 in PA. I received a updated tracking email saying it was out for delivery and delivered to a mailbox in Salt Lake City, Utah. Thankfully when I called Walmart.com they issued me a refund and also a promo code for $10.00 off my next purchase.

Horrible place to purchase merchandise from. I made an order on May 21st and today is June 25th. My item has still not arrived. My order said it would be received by June 4th. This seems to be a problem with many other customers.

Been waiting for almost a month , saying delayed they said a couple days in transit, I wrote them again never got in touch with me! I ordered 2 shirts .. going to write BBB next. They are horrible never again

I never received my package. Shipping address is to my address in Roswell, GA. The package got delivered to a mailbox in Norcross, GA. Seems like I'm not the first this has happened to (by reading all of the previous reviews.)

Seems like not receiving your orders happens a lot with this company. I made an order in 5/21/20 and still have not received my item. Today is 6/13/20. When I ordered it said it would be delivered by 6/4/20.

5-20-20 Same boat as all of you. I'm sorry there are a$$holes like this to take advantage of people willing to pay but get nothing in return. I hope they enjoy my money and karma will come around to BITE them! Wish I could leave a negative star.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day and the tracking number was there said to be delivered on the 14th of May still no shirts. And the tracking info is gone and so is my money. They are thief’s. I just want my money back.

Having similar issue as others on this site. Top ordered 5.2.20. Tracking says shipped same day. Four days ago said will receive the 13th.....now the 15th, it says "delayed, no information" which I assume means lost! I will call Walmart tomorrow and demand refund. I paid almost $17 plus shipping!

I waited and my order was delayed and sent to someone else at different address. The tracking order from Walmart matched someone else address. The money is a fake cuz the number it rings that all and nobody email back. They r keeping our money and our items. Need have them arrested bs. BBB

Do not give your money to this company they are garbage. My package was delivered to someone in another city. I cannot reach their customer service. I've tried calling they do not answer the phone I've tried emailing multiple times and have not gotten a response back.

I ordered with Walmart online. My package was taking awhile which had me keep checking the tracking number. Finally it was delivered but to someone in Oregon Ohio when I live in Cincinnati. Like others you cannot get anyone on the phone . No answer, including Walmart. Do not order from this company. Walmart and Amazon use this company.

I too wished that I've read this review before making a purchase from this seller. I've ordered a shirt and it was delivered to Spring TX, I don't live in Spring TX not have I've been there before. My other orders from other sellers was delivered to me with the same address that was provided to this seller. I've written to the company twice with no response

I never got my order it was delivered to a residential in Philadelphia an I live in lockhaven pa can't get a response from no one they loose my service

Ordered 1 idem which was shipped to the wrong city. 6 1/2 miles north of me house. The address error is on their end. Well still trying to retrieve idem. A Christmas gift. Emails sent and no ANSWER. I don't recommend this company . And walmart should not use them either.

I ordered a blouse and after taking a month to arrive it was not the blouse I saw in the picture. You could tell it was a little similar but not at all like the picture the quality was cheap and I believe this was a deliberate attempt at trying to fool the consumer... providing a picture of one thing and delivering a cheap knockoff of something else. I will never order from walmart.com again you don't know anymore where this stuff is coming from and the quality is garbage. I would definitely recommend not attempting to order from them. Fortunately I got my money refunded with a phone call to walmart.com and the funny thing is they didn't even want the item back so they must know something's up.

DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT, under any circumstances, order anything from this company. Look at these reviews. Unfortunately, like many people, I did not read them until I had a concern myself. Walmart was gracious enough to immediately refund my money when I complained that the seller would not respond to my inquiries about my order, and they also escalated the issue so that it could be reviewed by an internal team. This company has no business selling on any site.

I purchased items from this company using Walmart.com, my items were sent to a entirely different city when I complained to Walmart she got a Represenative on the line I asked how could this be a mistake I order from Walmart all the time and they have my address on file , the representative for this company then hung up as if I did not just spend $300.00 on items
