Was supposed to recive item on 12/12.When I called they told me they were overnighting one.Never received that one either.Now they are saying they are closed due to Covid.So I'm left with out a gift for my son.They lie just to get you off the phone. Wal mart should drop this company.

Do not purchase from this company. They will place your order in shipped so that you're not able to cancel and never send product. BUYERS BEWARE

My wife ordered a package on December 7th and they have not sent it this package was for our grandson for Christmas i hope this company is very proud of themselves for wrecking a little boys Christmas

I'm very unhappy with my order not arriving in a reasonable time. I ordered on dec. 1st and I have not received any response back from the seller. This is a birthday gift for my grandson and I really expected at least for it to be on the way.

Modern depot lied about shipping a car I ordered. No car no present. Now 10 days later I have to rush shopping . DONT DO IT

Highly upset with this company I ordered two chairs off the Walmart website on November 24th and they were expected to be delivered on December 2nd. They have still not arrived. I have contacted Walmart and they stated that modern depo says that the packages were sent out but there was a delay with fed ex. I contacted fed ex and they stated that a shipping label was created but the packages were never picked up. These chairs were a gift and I’m highly upset. They don’t even deserve one star.

I had this same issue. Ordered from this company off of eBay. Showed shipped on 25th March. Got the run around about UPS not updating there tracking site. After several emails I was told they would file a claim and refund my money. Got money back today. I was about to order the exact item from Walmart but saw it was coming from the same company and had terrible reviews. Giving Walmart a bad name.

Terrible terrible, did not receive my order. And now they're giving me run around about contacting fed ex to file claim. It's not fedex problem m it's these people. I was out money to go and purchase last minute for my grandbabies. So upsetting
