My wish came true by purchasing this wonderful electric trike . I have never had such a great experience with any other company before. These guys rock but you have to understand that now, especially due to COVID-19, you must be reasonable as well. Such as they are closed on the weekend etc.. First, I was a bit rude to them by requesting immediate respond to my questions but they actually did respond within 24 hours, I just did not check my junk mail (stupid me). Other than that, the trike is running great and the price is unbeatable. SO I AM REALLY HAPPY.

NOTHING BUT PRAISE. We have been searching for an electric mobility scooter for over seven months and finally decided to get the Luxuryton for the following reasons: 1/ four wheels - very stable 2/ great turning radius - can turn in small areas 3/ suitable for both inside and outside use - compact 4/ fantastic speed for outside use - practical 5/ great look - not like the old medical scooters 6/ low price - costs less than anywhere else 7/ guaranteed parts supply - unlike other scooters The scooter arrived in mint condition, battery installed and perfectly packaged. For us, it is even more important that the company helped us with the delivery because the freight company messed it up. They were very helpful to coordinate the shipping so we could get the scooter without any problems.

LOVE MY TRIKE!!! It came on the first shipping date that was quoted in a VERY LARGE box with all the piecers and great packing - nothing missing, nothing scratched. I was supposed to have someone assemble it for me but backed out so this 65 year old, never-assembled-a-bike man was stuck with the trike. After reciting " I can do this" a bunch of times, I tackled the assembly. The instruction book was clear and all went together great. The brakes were already installed on the handlebars, tire, chain assembly so even that was no problem. Took it out for my first spin and it rode beautifully, glided along with lots of momentum. I am so proud that I assembled it! You can too; do not be afraid to give it a try, it's really quite simple. Now I can get my groceries home from the store without pulling my arms out of the sockets. Wonderfullllll

My experience with this company is EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT!! The scooters were delivered on a large pallet, and on time. After I sent an email to them they responded with 24 hours, even in these COVID times when most companies do not even offer help. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR AWESOME SCOOTERS AND CUSTOMER SERICE. Thank you very much.

Thank you for the awesome trike. It came in a large box securely attached onto a pallet. Very professional... I would recommend it to anybody. Rides like a dream. Used it on the beach and goes over sand easily.

The scooter is better than expected. Thank you for the fast shipping.

This is a scam company, rated F+ on BBB. Stupidly purchased with a personal check, as the company recommended, instead of the protection a credit card would have provided. The company does not answer phone calls or voicemails nor emails. The manual is USELESS, does not even match the model electric trike purchased, no troubleshooting guidance, as I have an error code E08 and the trike will not throttle. Unknown how to adjust settings on the monitor.

After receiving my trike I contacted the company and was informed that the charger is in the box. I checked it and yes, it was there. The trike runs excellent.

We recieved our 2 seater scooter on January 4,2021,it was supposed to be all assemble except for a 12 to15 minutes to adjust the seat attach the mirrors put on the seat belts, and basket, but what a shocker as we took the cardboard wrap off the metal frame and discovered the handle bars and front wheel needed to be put on. Irvin could not put front on till he cut the front of metal frame in order to prop up front of scooter to assemble the wheel, this machine weighs 330 pounds, that was not an easy job.I sent an email complaining this was not the scooter we ordered, they said it was we ordered it with the lithium batteries and were charged for that but got lead batteries, there paperwork is copied from a manual and poorly done so difficult to read.We can't talk to anyone and can't find anyone to work on it, we really got took, we feel this is not a new one

Very interested in the wheelchair but the reviews have scared me away. Customer service is the key to ordering online.

I ordered my $3,000. scooter a month ago and paid for expedited shipping. Like everyone else here I have not been able to contact a live person there. It took forever by e-mail to finally get a shipping number but their shipping company, Dot, has told me that they can't locate it and have also told me that they never picked it up. I am an old war-time disabled veteran who is dependent on a mobility device and lives on a small disability pension from the VA. Every bone in my body tells me that when it arrives (?) I should refuse it and take my loss now, borrow more money from friends who by now must be tired of being my wheels, and order from E-Wheels or someone else. I should have known when they pressured me to send cash in the form of a check what I was in store for. My alarms went up when in the ordering process they wanted a couple hundred more for a better charger that would save battery life after I already ordered it with lithium batteries for a few hundred more for the same reason. Now I doubt everything else like paying for expedited shipping, lithium batteries, power booster, and extended warranty that I never got a response to when I asked about it. They must have seen a sucker coming. I wish I had found this site before I ordered it.

Paid $2500 for one of their motorized trikes a month ago. Since then, still haven't received my product, and they don't respond to contact. Sure feels like I've been scammed.

This company offers the worst customer support that I have experienced in an American online company. Impossible to speak with a person and email responses are wholly inadequate - if you can get one. The two electric trikes that we bought are dangerously unstable around curves but the company makes it impossible to return.

I can't get anyone from mobility4less to acknowledge my existence. I bought a new (expensive) scooter this spring and even bought the extended warranty. My armrest broke, my charger makes strange noises and now THE SCOOTER DOES NOT EVEN RUN. I need someone from the company to contact me!!!

Bought their bike on line the 1900x. Of course special sale, Was very difficult to put together, The battery was under the rear basket and it didn't look like the bike shown. Well you get what bike they have so no matter what you order, They picture about 5 bikes all a little different so they sent you what they want, Could not get battery out from under seat, they said just pull.. It has never been out even with bike repair people. Had to fix problems of brakes and chain myself. Trikes are tricky to ride, The main problem is their warrant is no good because the company does not exist. Can not call company and they only answer e mails and then stop doing that. Buy local spend the extra few buck and get service. Finally bike is running OK few more bugs but at least running.

I made a huge, expensive mistake in purchasing a CozyTrike adult electric tricycle online from Mobility4Less. The trike is a very poorly assembled Made in China product. The trike is unstable, never try to turn it going faster than 1mph! The seat is mounted so far forward of the petals that it was unusable until I found and installed a curved seat post. The chain is poorly aligned and makes horrible noise. The trike weighs a gazillion pounds. To top it off, the trike motor quit working after about 5 hours of use. The company phone number is designed so that you cannot speak to a live person and they don't respond to emails. The "warranty" is nonexistent; they make vague reference to a warranty company but there is no way to contact one. I am left with an ugly gazillion pound paperweight unless I can find someone local to work on it (so far no luck). I advise to NEVER do business with these crooks.

Absolutely avoid these crooks. Used a Raytheon mechanic for joint assembly, but despite our efforts the trike's motor would not start. Contact with the firm is for all intents impossible. Their phone number leads to a recording; the crate contains a sketchy, piss-poor manual with mislabelled photos/misdirected text and fractured English; their stipulations are post-facto made-up, risible, and undocumented; their email communicant wrote insulting emails and despite four requests would not give his/his supervisor's name. [Small claims court requires a defendant who is a person, not a company — still working on that judicial filing hurdle]. To return the trike requires a hazmat license owing to lithium battery peril, or a pricey packer from a specialized dealer. Wrote a lengthy complaint to the Federal Trade Commission — please join the crowd. This firm represents the worst wares that money can buy — maybe fly-by-night? Decidedly untrustworthy.

I have tried to make a connection with your offices, but failed. I believe that I now have a correct address, but I found this site and hope that contact through it will be helpful. I note that the first comment shown on like is negative regarding the service from your company. I am sorry that I did not find it prior to my order. In any case, I have tried to contact someone with your company to assist me, but have failed to do so. I note that one comment mentions an association with Wal-Mart. My home is only about 1 1/2 miles from the Wal-Mart General Offices (before we moved, it was only 4 blocks.) In searching, I have found information about offices there, but have not been able to contact them. I will contact a friend who is a VP there for his help in locating a contact with you offices there. For 2 months I have been seeking information about returning t he Trike I received from your company. When I received the Trike, the derailure (sp?) was broken. Rather than take a chance on some error in replacing it, I took it to a local Trike shop. They replaced the piece, an presented me with a statement for $150 which I considered excessive. They did tell me they observed several issues with the Trike, and at my request provided a written copy. They also advised me that the Trike was not safe to ride without further corrections. I have been trying to return the Trike for about 6 weeks. At the beginning, I was sent an email which said that it had a mailing label attached to use in returning the Trike. There was no mailing label attached. I have been trying to contact some entity that can help me return the Trike; and possibly replace it for me. Please contact me with correct information and assistance in returning the Trike ASAP! I can be reached at: 479-273-3117 or 479-640-5058; and [email protected] Please Respond. Blaine

DO NOT purchase from Mobility4less.com. They are crooks. I am a victim.

I've given myself many months of use before reviewing. 1. Fantastic value 2. Easy to assemble and disassemble 3. Comfortable 4. Long battery life 5. Weight of each disassembled piece is easy to lift. Now my opinions. Very easy and nice ride, I have one leg and can get it in and out of my jeep, assemble and disassemble with ease. I had to put velcro under the mat to keep it in place (no biggie). It's an extremely low clearance to the floor, so going thru doorways is sometimes a challenge. I'm in a one level home and can't get out of my front door, back door or into my garage without ramps and they're only maybe 2-2.5 inches. The only time I've experienced a tip over was in the beginning, once was attempting to go thru my back door, I tipped and fell, another I was parked on a slant and I tipped and fell, the third was in a crosswalk getting onto the sidewalk, the grade was too much and I tipped and fell. I know what to do now so that doesn't happen again hopefully. Dont go too fast at those moments, put legs out for balance and pay attention. The plastic piece under the seat came off so that needs to be fixed. My main complaint is the throttle. It tends to at times when I lean forward, it gets stuck into my shirt/hair/sleeve and I don't realize until it pulls and makes me move abruptly. This happens a lot. Or it will get pushed by my dog and make me again move abruptly. The other complaint is for some reason the lever for locking the wheels so it doesn't roll, it's not working properly, it will allow the scooter to roll approximately a foot or more even rho it's in the lock position. I'll release it and kick it again and it will work for a while but then roll again. The weels are great, grip well, I put a small light on the back for being outside after dark, just for safety. The basket it nice to have. The headlights are bright and I can see quite far. The horn is really not needed. It continually will beep if you sit too long or forget to turn it off, nice reminder to save the battery. I don't use the armrests. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, it was a fantastic price and it has really made my life outside the home, shopping, going places much much easier. And just to add in, running over your toes is much less painful with this scooter than a wheelchair.

- written by  on

Well-made ! Well-balanced and sturdy ! The horn has a cute sound but effective . The LED lights work well enough. NOTE: if the lever to engage the drive wheels doesn’t engage, don’t panic ! Just bump it a little with your hand and make it go back ( it will ) Batteries come with enough charge for you to try it out but I recommend that you don’t push it too much so you can finish topping them off overnight. Watch out for the center-of-gravity when you turn ! Don’t horse it ! Be gentle......it can tip! Overall.....well worth tyhe money

Had a problem with the first scooter delivered. Tom promptly replaced the scooter with a new one. It is the perfect size for moving around the house. Excellent product, Great customer service.

I had a scooter and when it finally died after over 12years of outdoor use, I was just thinking to replace it with the same scooter. However, the cost was more than I could afford. So I decided to get it from mobility directly, as I have with most items, I found the scooter for half the price! There was this other one listed. So I read the specs and reviews. I am so happy that I did! The price was the same but nothing else. The quality is amazing. It is completely silent while running, turn radius is less, the seat is much more comfortable by far. It has very bright headlights so using it at night to walk my dog is it so scary or dangerous, as we are easy to see. Three wheel scooters are known for their instability on angles and tipping over sideways. This one has stabilizer bar and wheels to help prevent that problem. The rise is just high enough to get over thresholds easily and so far, have had no problems. The design is perfected for the disassembly process so you can break it down to take in the car. It is easier and a bit lighter, and without the danger of crimping the electrical wires on the tiller. A far superior scooter and I am so glad to have found it!

MONILITY4LESS IS A WELL SCRIPTED SCAM. THEIR WEBSITE IS REALLY GOOD. THEY ARE 'NICE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL ON THE SALES CALL. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY--NO LONGER 'MR. NICE GUY' THEY ACCUSED ME OF BEING THE SCAMMER. SINCE I HAD DONE A LAY-A-WAY, EVERYTHING SEEMED OK UNTIL I WENT TO PAY OFF. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD, PAY PAL. ONLY A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. I KNEW THEN! jAMES HUNT (On facebook) GAVE ME A 'MORAL OF THE STORY' THAT I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH: "I WILL NEVER BUY A BIKE OR TRIKE ONLINE AGAIN" ACTIONS i TOOK: 1. REPORTED THEM TO WALMART SINCE I FOUND THEM AS A SUPPLIER OF THEIRS. tHERE WAS NOT ENOUGH ENOUGH INFORMATION ON THE WALMART SITE SO I WENT TO MOBILITY4LESS SITE & ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THIS SCAM. 2. I AM ALSO GIVING ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE TO MY BANK. THEY KNOW HOW TO GET THE "GOODS" ON THEM. I WILL AGREE TO PRESS CHARGES.

I just brought home my lovely bike. So happy with it. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a teenager and I’m now in my mid fifties. I thought it’s now or never. Apparently you don’t forget how to ride a bike, but in fact you can lose confidence. I rode it home in the dusk and found it a comfortable ride. Battery on pedal assist mode even up hill. Battery support for hills is really great. If the hill is a bit steep just use a bit more battery support. On the flat or shallow hill just cycle or use throttle, and use pedal assist mode if you need it. I’m very happy with the bike and with the service The company was very good to work with. The shipping company damaged the bike and the customer service was excellent to deal with. They sent me replacement parts and covered the repair costs after I send them detailed photos/video of the damaged box and bike being dropped off at my property. I love the bike! I have added several locally purchased accessories to the bike to suit my needs. It has great power and battery life. 47 miles is the longest I have gone on one charge with mixed power use. I got the extended warranty. I assembled it myself and it was easy. It came with all the tools I needed. I am very happy!!! Thanks for great customer service. I just brought home my lovely bike. I am writing this review for my grandma who purchased an electric scooter. I was also there at the time of delivery and witnessed everything. The scooter arrived on a large pallet very well packed. My grandma charged up the battery and she was riding all around the neighborhood like a happy child in a candy store. What really impressed me was that she sent about 10 emails to the company from her phone with all kind of "stupid" questions, and all of them were answered patiently. The company even called her after the scooter was delivered to make sure that everything was working correctly, and even sent her a scooter cover as a courtesy (however it wasn't included in the purchase). I think it's a nice gesture...... Overall she is very satisfied with the purchase and the customer service!!!

OK, Update - The screw/bolt that was missing arrived by FedEx this morning. Pretty good support considering COVID. They sent me four by the way. I needed one. Pretty considerate I'd say. Now as to the ride. The wife and I took them out last Saturday. All told the ride was about 14 mies. We had done the same ride about a month before on the non-electric bikes and the difference this time was like night and day. Just a pleasure. Little incline coming up? No Problema! Just give them pedals a little push or thumb that throttle and off and up you go. Joyous! We both used about a quarter of the batteries for the 14 miles. So, there was PLENTY of juice left. In the review below, I suggested you might wanna invest in a more comfortable saddle. Here's another recommendation: think about a handlebar stem extender. What we found (both of us) was that we were pitched too far forward and by the end of the ride our hands and wrists (and my left shoulder) were hurting. Too much weight/pressure on the hands/wrists. I had noticed this in other reviews. I bought two extenders. Don't worry about installation. Just check on YouTube for instructions . It's idiot proof. The extenders make a BIG difference. You sit much more upright without stressing your hands/ wrists. Now, I can see people kvetching about having to buy a different saddle and handlebar extenders but hey, you wanna be comfortable? Well then spring for the $30-$40 extra or suffer. But don't complain. We're taking the bike out again this weekend for another 14-15 mile trip. If needed, I'll update again but I'm liking this bike so much already that I upgraded the review to 5 stars. I just noticed that these bike are currently unavailable. I'm guessin' that's because they're temporarily out of stock. (That's what happened to me when I tried to order our second one.) I'm also guessin' that they're out of stock because they can't keep up with the demand. So, snatch one of these babies up the next time they become available. So, I bought this bike for my wife. We live in Manhattan. Don’t let anyone tell you there are no hills in NYC. Believe me, there are. We were heading over the Queensboro bridge to Long Island City. I told her don’t leave me behind. The incline up and over the bridge is not all that steep but it’s pretty long. I hafta interject here that I’m 70+ years old and pushing my old fanny up that incline on my non powered bike was somewhat difficult. Not for my wife though. She just put that baby on the second level of power and BOOM she was gone. It was about then that the thought occurred to me that maybe I should get one on these for myself. So I did. Which leads me to this review. The bike arrived in about a week. It comes about 70% assembled. Yes, the instructions leave a little bit to be desired but truthfully you can probably put this thing together even without any instructions if you have the bare minimum of mechanical ability. They even give you all the tools you need to complete the assembly. The only trouble you might have is mounting the front wheel, getting the disk inside the disk brake. Plus, afterwards you’re gonna hafta adjust the brakes. There are no instructions that come with the bike on how to do this; but, with a little know how or looking on the interwebs you should be able to do this without too much problem. Which brings me to support. I didn’t need any when assembling my wife’s bike but when mine arrived, one of the screw/bolts that tighten the handle bars to the stem was missing (one of four). I checked the shipping box thoroughly but it was gone. Probably loosened up and fell out during shipping. I contacted Ancheer (through Amazon. It was a weekend so I wasn’t expecting an instantaneous response.) via email and on the next business day they got back me. Pretty good I thought. I explained about the missing screw/bolt and they were quick to tell me that they would send me a couple replacements. It’s been about a week now and although the screw/bolt hasn’t yet arrived, I’m willing to be patient as I understand that the part likely has to be sent from somewhere. I’ll update this review in so far as support goes as needed. As to the bike: it’s a little heavy and its a little small. I’m about 5’ 10” and it’s OK for someone my size (and my wife who is shorter) but if you’re over 6’ tall this bike might be a tad small for you. I’m not an expert on how to size a bicycle; so, that’s something you need to consider. Weight - yeah, it’s pretty heavy. Off the top of my head, I think it weighs in around 54 pounds (that’s with the battery). We haven’t run these babies enough yet to make a honest assessment of them but I’ll adjust this review as we get more ride time. Oh, the saddle, you might wanna consider buying a different saddle. We did but then again we’re a couple of old timers who thought a nice padded seat was in order. Like I said, I’ll adjust this review as time goes by but for now with the little ride time we’ve had with them (and with the quick response we goy from support), I’m thinking this is a pretty good value. I’ll adjust as needs be. Edit: OK, It’s been just about a year now since I bought two of these for myself and the spouse and we are totally satisfied with the bikes. I realize posting this edit might in fact be pointless as this particular model is no longer available but for anyone who stumbles across this review, I will say that the products that we bought have been 5 stars (both the product & support). I did notice that they are offering other models now and for what it’s worth, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase or recommend them. Yeah, there are better e-bikes available but not at this price point (IMHO). OK, Update - The screw/bolt that was missing arrived by FedEx this morning. Pretty good support considering COVID.

THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! MY BIKE IS AWESOME. FASTER THAN ANY OTHER BIKES I HAVE PREVIOUSLY OWNED. WELL DESIGNED AND RELIABLE. MY FATHER BOUGHT A SCOOTER FROM THESE FOLKS AND HE IS HAPPY TOO. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1.

My mom purchased an electric tricycle a couple of weeks ago and she is extremely happy with it. My dad is a master mechanic and said that the trike is the best he had ever seen. It's very sturdy, well-balanced, easy-to-use, stable and very safe for a person between 5.1" and 6.2". If you are over 6.2" and over 320 lbs, it may be a stability issue for you and you need to find something else. I am sure if you find somebody making other comment, he/she is over that limit. The reason why my mom got this trike was the 1/ factory low price 2/ availability 3/ customer service 4/ parts availability. She had put about 100 miles on it already and you can see that the components are of great quality.

I ordered two of the trikes at the recommendation of a neighbor. It was initially tried to be delivered to a residence in WA when I gave them an AZ address. After 26 days I finally got the order. I had a professional put them together and found out that one of the drive assist sensors did not work. Snice then I have been sending e mails on a routine basis. I am up to 42 mails. They want me to pay for shipping the sensor back to have it looked at and pay for having it removed and installed. It appears that any warranty the trikes have is either not worth the paper it is written on or the sellers do not honor it. BUYER BEWARE AND BUY LOCAL.

Our trikes that we purchased about a year ago needed a part and we could not locate it locally, however we find a very similar trike at our local store but they wanted almost $1200 MORE for it than what we paid online. We contacted the seller and sent the part to them so they could replace it for us at no charge, and they even offered a free update on the trikes. After 24 hours they even emailed us the tracking number and we are HAPPY CAMPERS again! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The scooters outperform any others we have ever tried. My wife is extremely happy about the fast and professional shipment and awesome customer service. We will recommend you to our friends down here in the sunny Florida!

It was my first online purchase and I was very careful choosing the right seller and their scooter. Needless to say, I made a good decision by purchasing my Luxuryton scooter. Not just because the company had the best price with the free shipping, but because the scooter has the most features compered to the others on the market, and it was shipped very fast, professionally packed on a safe pallet. The scooter is built on a very stable frame equipped with a powerful electric motor that can take me anywhere I dream to travel, to groceries, to the park etc... I've put over 240 miles on it already and had no problem with it so far. I will keep you updated if something changes. And like a dummy I went and bought a trike an electric one without checking past customer comments. It seems Mobility for Less less than forthcoming to say the least when it comes to technical help. Got it all together and I can't get the battery to fire up. I've gone through this ritual up turn everything off unplug it in a certain order plug it back in in a certain order turn it on push this button nothing happens check the connections pulling apart put them back together start all over again at least 60 times and still nothing. I can't jump through the hoops they want me to to get help from them bike shops don't make house calls.. I definitely would not recommend Mobility for Less and check anybody else that claims what they claim.

I was so ready to purchase 2 of your trikes for my wife and myself, until...........the phone number you have online will not let me talk to a representative. it says only emails. why have a phone number? Then your Walmart site says I have to PAY, yes PAY to have a representative answer a question!!!!!!!!!!!! the world has turned upside down! What happened to customer service? This puts into question your products. You just lost $7000 or more.

Scooter was delivered yesterday. Runs excellent. Customer service was five star.

Finally received my trike (One month later). I am still trying to put it together. I just hope it works. I read all the negative reviews and I don't think I will do any better. Will keep you informed.

- written by  on

It has been four months since I paid for the electric trike and I still don't have a trike to ride due to faulty electronics. First it was delivered to some place other than the address I gave them. Then when it was finally together(by a professional) there was no drive assist power. It has been 57 total communications with the company and I still have no trike. The last attempt for warranty work resulted in more problems. I have decided to sever all ties with the trike sellers and have purchased an after market drive system. I would not recommend the ERT-36 trike to anyone.

Horrible scam company and the cozy trike is a useless piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

- written by  on

Don't provide your bank account because they will take money out of your account whenever they want and there is nothing you can do about it. We did receive our Fat Trike, and it is incredible, but this was the worse shopping experience of my life. It started when we emailed the company to ask a question about the trike prior to purchasing it. We received no response. There is no way to reach them by phone. I reluctantly proceeded with the purchase any way. We received a confirmation email with a receipt. We received no updates after the email confirming our purchase. The trike did not arrive in time as expected. I emailed the company to ask for an update. No response. It does not feel good to spend nearly $3,000 with a business that does not care enough to respond to a simple inquiry. When we did finally receive the trike, it came with illegible instructions. It took 3 men to assemble it, because we had to guess at assembly. The instructions they provide and the instructions on their Website are useless. I sent an email asking for help because we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. No response. 5 days after receiving the trike, we finally got it going. Finally. We placed our purchase on April 12th. We received the bike on April 28th. On May 24th, they randomly took $125 out of our checking account. We received a letter on May 26th explaining that this random charge was for shipping. I called my bank, and my bank told me that all I can do about it is call them and ask them to stop doing that. Call what phone number? Oh, and the link they include in the letter of explanation for the charge goes to nowhere. I did do some digging on their Website and found the sneaky policy buried on a second page of their policy. They got me! Very sneaky. I was going to just let it go and count this as a learning experience, but when they started debiting random, unexpected, unauthorized charges from my bank account I decided I need to let other consumers know. The only reason we purchased a trike from this company is due to the great reviews. They must delete the negative ones. Don't worry; I will be leaving my review everywhere, including the Better Business Bureau. Oh! And we are definitely purchasing a 2nd trike, but I will NEVER EVER EVER knowingly do business with this company again. I reiterate: this was the WORST customer experience of my life.

- written by  on

I have been trying to contact this company for a month in order to purchase. I am of the opinion that they are a shadow company. As I read these and many other reviews I am so happy that their customer service is non-existent. This saved me from making a terrible online purchasing mistake. Better to buy from a 'real' company. Looks like my current scooter will have to last a little longer.

- written by  on

I too have been scammed by this company. Almost $2200 and 8 weeks later still do not have the fat tire electric trike. I thought being affiliated with Walmart would be a safer bet. I was wrong. Like all the other reviews the only way to contact them is through email. The phone number has a recording that tells you they don't answer the phone and contact them by email. Numerous emails later and I still have no clue if I will ever get this trike. When I asked for a refund, they have just simply ignored that request. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and will going to my bank today to see what can be done. Next step is lawyering up.

WARNING: DO NOT purchase the Mobile-Trend MT 3 Wheels Folding Electric Mobility (free shipping) - $1499. The scooter does NOT perform as advertised. Every time I accelerated, the front wheel could not get traction and would come off the ground. The scooter could not go up a handicap ramp or even a slight incline on a sidewalk without losing traction. When I attempted to go on the grass the front wheel would just spin in place. I did notice that if I leaned all the way over the front handle bars the front wheel would eventually get traction and move forward, but only when I leaned forward. I am a 70 year a woman and there is no way I can lean over the front handles bars the whole time I am riding on the scooter. I was so very disappointed in the scooter and its performance. I notified Mobility via email within the 7-day window about the scooters inability to perform as advertised. There was no phone number available to talk to a live representative. All communication is done via email. All of the response emails were very short and unprofessional. They did not care that the scooter did not perform as advertised. I thought they would as least try to troubleshoot the issue to find a solution. Nothing of the sort. Horrible customer support! They just told me that I could return the scooter via UPS. It cost me $212 out of pocket. The total price of the scooter was $1576.42. They charged me a 25% restocking fee ($394.10) on a scooter that did not even work (so why restock it) and then they charged us for the ‘free shipping’ -(they used the same price of the shipping that I paid to send it back to them – $212.32 - UNBELIEVABLE!!) So, the refund came to $970. I lost over $600. They advertise that their products are guaranteed and serviced as long as they are purchased in the US. This was far from the truth! Please be forewarned that this company does not apply good business practices. The scooter did not work as advertised; therefore, a full refund should have been expected. $600 is a lot of money to someone like me who is living month to month on a small pension. It’s a such an awful shame that this company is taken advantage of the elderly community.

I am FEDUP with this discover mobility for not sending my table seat as i ordered online from their store at discovermymoblity.com and not even emailed me the order number or anything related to my order. Thanks god I went to another place and found that table seat at a lower price and they emailed my order number immediately. I had a little problem with my bank because my son lost my card a few days ago but I hope that the order now went through as it should have been in the first place.

I have emailed Arkansas Attorney General and she is going to try to help me get my money back. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

I too was scammed by this company - same issues, bad bike, no free shipping, etc. There is something you can do, I hope this will helps. There is currently a class action lawsuit in process by and for people that have been victimized by these criminals. Here is the link to view the law suit https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/31530660/Swenson_et_al_v_Mobilityless,_LLC_et_al You can also file an e - consumer complaint at https://www.econsumer.gov/en/SelectAType/1#crnt I've filed a complaint also with my bank and my State Attorney General. The Better Business Bureau is useless in matters like these in general. The only way to stop these people from ripping off others is to get proactive, documenting their widespread fraud. If you know of anyone else that was scammed by these people please pass this information along.

I agree with Steve that the progress mobility company is a joke. I also looked them up at https://progressmobility.com/ and could not even talked to Derek. My table came 2 weeks later when it was supposed to. I found the following complaints against them at https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/orlando/profile/mobility-scooter/progress-mobility-llc-0733-90198394/complaints 07/21/2021 On July 13, 2021 I purchased a mobility scooter carrier platform that they told me was in stock as of July 8th, on July 19th I called to find out tracking information and it was at this time I was told that the item I needed was not in stock and would not be until July 31, BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE FULL AMMOUNT OF $349.00, on July 31 it is too late for me to use, I had asked for a refund yesterday and was told that I would receive a cancellation e mail by the evening and that did not happen, today I inquired about the cancellation e mail and did not get any response, they do not answer their phones or return messages, I think this is a stall tactic to get the item in stock so they can charge me the 20% re stocking fee. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE FULL REFIND And the other: I made a purchase from progress mobility. I used their finance company Greenway Finance. I made my initial payment and never received my order. I made several calls to their customer service and was reassured my order would arrive. They never provided tracking as I requested, and when funds were taken from my account today after I called in and cancelled my order earlier this week I called into speak to customer service, he constantly told me he has to get permission to cancel the order. I explained to him I wanted to speak to a supervisor or someone above him and he refused saying "there are no managers available". After going over this several time Francisco the customer service rep hung up the phone on me

The FBI needs to be notified and pressed hard to investigate this scum company. If they do nothing, then open a lawsuit with them and go to a network news outlet for their help and a national story on TV.

Don is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! WHAT A SHAME. Progress mobility cannot be open on weekend???? Why not???? I keep trying to call them at 1-866-686-9694 at least a hundred times now but they just do not answer. If I go to Walmart I can speak to somebody on the weekends so what's the big deal with these people at progressmobility.com???? A reputable company must be open 24/7 even on holidays to satisfy their customers' needs day and night. My grandpa told me that you get what you pay for, so why not getting my blue table that I ordered yesterday???? If I am still not receiving it by today at 5 than I will be posting another complaint and will do so every other hours so they will know not to mess with Sean. It's weird that now I tried to go to their site but it does not show my order at progressmobility.com. I am doing something wrong????????????????? Can somebody help me now??? WHAT A SHAME. What mistake to not read reviews before purchasing! My mother purchased a red scooter from mobility4less (apparently they keep shifting company names). She received a red scooter with a blue fender. When we complained, the company said it had the right to switch out any part for a different color. The scooter had numerous problems (design and otherwise), a limited and incorrect user manual, false advertising on the speed of the scooter, the worst customer service EVER, and our main issue for returning the scooter was that it would not charge. Once the battery drained, the scooter was junk. Unfortunately, the company kept my mother's money and would not return it. Now we have to go through the hassle of legal proceedings to try to get any money back. Horrible, horrible company! Big $$ loss. If I could select 0 stars, I would. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I was advised by mobility4less to mail a bank check to PO Box 17927 Fountain Hills AZ do an EW52 four wheel mobility scooter that was on sale . I sent a check for $2863.50 by registed overnight mail to that address. Next day I checked the tracking number and it indicated that it was delivered which was also verified by my post office. WhenI contacted Mobility they said no payment had been received and when it is I would be notified. It has been almost a week and no response. After reading these reviews, I am afraid most of my savings have been stolen from me. I am an 82 year old retiree and was looking forward to being able to get around. Not right for companies to defraud the elderly.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with the company I purchased a Mobility four-wheel trike had problems after one month of use your company told me to get it looked at by a cycle shop or electrician and I did both and they were not comfortable working on the motor that's on the front wheel hub because it is under an extended warranty which is another issue that I know nothing about the extended warranty that I purchased with the bike. This has been a very distressing situation for me I'm handicapped and older and this has been a real stressful experience for me and I was so hopeful because I really liked the exercise the freedom and my freedom was cut short and I would like a new one in exchange for a Mobility scooter automatic fold in exchange for the return of the cozy trike I have credit with Klarna my thinking is a will purchase a mobility automatic fold and you send it to me and I will send the cozy trike back in the same crate and I would send it back to you and you can make the exchange for the scooter or refund me and if I send it back I will postage paid that is the least that your company could do for me. In the finance Klarna are hard to get a hold of as well my phone number is 724-406-84 19 my name is Valerie Bressanelli the only number I have is the reference #57798667

We ordered an E-trike in April 2021 - it arrived end of July. It’s in good shape. But on Sept 20, they used the routing numbers from the check I sent and created their own check in my name and basically stole $125 out of my checking account account!!! We alerted B of A’s Fraud Dept. Anyway - stay away from this company! I wish we had seen this website before buying that trike.

- written by  on

There seems to be no way to contact the company after you have made the purchase. I had to take my bike to a local bike shop who replace the damaged bearing and installed the second needed bearing. Fifty dollars plus to do this. The bike works fine now but I would not recommend any one buying this bike.

Worst experience of any order I have ever made. Ordered a Pedicab for taking my aging father-in-law who has limited mobility on a ride. -took a month in transit -arrived with front flat tire -arrived without any instructions -was not functional -their customer service told me to call a bike shop if I needed help -still not functional and working with a bike shop. - don’t order anything from this company!! Find a local company!

Do not buy! Scammers, cheats, frauds. They took my $3,000 promising delivery in 10-14 days. 22 days later still no trike. Canned email responses. I finally got an email telling me my order would be delayed in being shipped due to covid-19. So I asked for a refund. The next email says no problem, we’ll contact the shipper to get the trike back and then we will send you a refund check. So how is my trike at the shipper if it isn’t being shipped? No answer to that question by email. Caught in their own lie. No way to contact them by phone. I’m now going to an attorney to try to get my $ back. This is a total fake, disreputable company. Don’t do it!!!
