I’m trying to return an item I purchased thru Walmart! Can you help me? Thank you!

First they shipped the item late, then tried to substitute cheap Chinese dollar store underwear for actual Fruit of the Loom. Not only did they send this cheap garbage, but also in the wrong size. They don’t answer emails in a timely fashion , it took over a week on the first email about the late shipping. Overall, in my opinion, they seem like scammers, just looking to rip people off.

These people are SCAM artists who take your money, don’t send an item and don’t do anything when you inquire/ complain. Shame on Walmart for allowing them on the marketplace

Underwear is overpriced for the shape they were in. Each pair had at least one hole in them. One pair had 2 red stains on the waistband. Makes you wonder if they were used underwear? "Slightly imperfect" did not appear in the original description of item. Cannot return them because they have been opened. What a waste on bait and switch.

Shipped to wrong address! Called to have corrected and was not contacted for 3 days and the only response received was "Hello, The order has been processed and can no longer be changed." Would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller!

Shipped to the wrong city. No response from the number given to me to call 718-788-0100.

I purchased a 10 pack of Fruit of the Loom Boys White Crew Undershirts from Walmart.com. The website specifically said “sold and shipped by Walmart”. It never listed a third party seller, however after purchasing they changed my order to a third party seller called Mobesano. I never gave consent for this change. I didn’t even know about the change until I attempted to exchange the order I received in a Walmart store, because I was sent the wrong item. The employees at the store didn’t know what to do other than refuse the item. I ended up calling Walmart.com and found someone who knew to contact the third seller. Mobesano then emailed me to inform me that they would be unable to exchange or refund me for the wrong item sent because it was past their return policy period. I had actually tried to return within this return policy period, but they made it so difficult to return that by the time I got ahold of someone it was past this deadline they set up. Hopefully this will not be your experience. I ended up buying from another seller off Amazon. Amazon has far better customer service and a much better return system. Mobesano unfortunately sells products off Amazon too, but Amazon doesn’t let Mobesano hid behind them like Walmart does.

I canceled this order immediately and a day later they shipped it anyway, don't deal with these people
