I ordered 2 packages of the same things. When they arrived although the packages were labeled as containing what I ordered one did it not. It was a different style than what I wanted. This seller responded that it was their supplier that had mispacked but they did refund 1/2 my payment without me having to return the incorrect items. This was all resolved in less than 24 hours including the refund showing on my credit card
