Fault advertising, they are so ashamed of there merchandise they want even give you an email or phone number to reply back to... I am not a happy camper... I just as well have flushed my $40.00 dollars down the toilet ....

I placed an order with them through the Walmart.com app and was sent the entirely wrong thing. I have tried to contact them through a phone number that apparently doesn't work and they will not respond to emails. I have called Walmart Customer Care for help and also let them know that I am having trouble with this company and they are trying to help. I hope Walmart will discontinue working with this company and I can get a refund!

Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering! I ordered a bathing suit that was supposed to be here by June 12th ordered May 28th and they haven’t even sent it to the post office yet!!!! No response from them, or Walmart have to wait 30-40 mins for a call back from customer service to be told they will reach out to this company and get back to me!!’

not sure who this company is but Walmart should not use them as a vender I received items that I didn't order and was billed the package has no billing info. I think this is a rip off

I ordered a baby nest pod co-sleeper for my baby! They never even fucking sent it to me!! I paid $52 for it and contacted Walmart an they said they would refund me my money. Still have yet to see it!

I ordered a pair of electric (battery) scissors. The instruction book and wording on the box was entirely in an Oriental language. How am I supposed to figure out how to use?

Bought a security system from them all it says on it is professional security system they never gave me no manual or half the wires to hook it up and I still haven’t figured out why it won’t record no one should by from them... if someone knows the system I’m talking about and can help I would appreciate it

This seller sent the item we ordered to the wrong address. Walmart won't help at all since this is a "third party vendor". So now, we don't have the item and can't get our money back because this seller does not answer emails and their phone number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Bought outdoor lawn decoration. Missing parts . You get a phone number you can't get in touch with them. I'm calling better business n report them

Very disappointed the instructions you sent were micro small there's nothing that says what SIM card is appropriate or should be used and it doesn't say what app I should download on my phone so that I can track my son I thought it would work out better than this please let me know if there's something I need to further look into or if I just need to trade out the watch and pay for something different and I can return this to you guys

One star is the new "0" stars! Ordered product, received it, but would not function as advertised without purchasing another item, which was not available. When trying to return product, vendor tried to barter with me, but I would not budge and insisted upon returning item for a full refund. Finally received return information and after product delivered back to them, they tried to get me to close out the return case before they would refund my money. I am still trying to resolve - BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR!! THEY ARE A SCAM!
