They shouldn't get one star do not order from this company Walmart got to do better then this.

Order placed, never delivered. Walmart website says "just shipped" (for past few weeks now) but when inputting tracking number to USPS, it says it still hasn't arrived at their facility. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WALMART UNLIKE AMAZON NO SUPPORT AT ALL!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If you place an order with Walmart and it shows your merchandise will be filled by this company, BEWARE. I received a flat, cardboard envelope that was empty - no way would the product I ordered have fit in it - there wasn't even a piece of paper in the envelope. I suppose that was so they could show that something was delivered. I sent them an email directly and they never responded. I sent an email through Walmart's website and they finally responded to that, saying my order had been delivered. I advised them that I had received only the flat, empty cardboard envelope. They responded "How bizarre that you received an empty envelope." They promised to put in a request to Walmart for a refund on June 29. Today is August 14 and I still have no refund. I sent another email to them and told them I was going to file complaints with the state and the BBB. They responded and said that would put in another request to Walmart. Today I called Walmart Customer Service and they have promised to issue a refund within 5 to 6 days. I asked the customer service representative to PLEASE report this company to management - they need to be taken off Walmart's distributor list ASAP. If I had known that Walmart would not be fulfilling this order but would be farming it out, I never would have ordered it from them in the first place. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered gloves took forever. Finally got them. Ordered 2 boxes. Only 25 gloves per box which they don’t tell you. So I paid 24 dollars for 50 gloves. What a rip off. Never again

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I CAN'T SAY THIS LOUDLY ENOUGH!!!! We placed a large order for celebrity lisa massage mannequins for our school. They never arrived. Now dealing with the credit card company to try and get our money back.

Ordered what I thought was acetone, was only a empty bottle printed acetone. Canceled twice and they said it was too late, it was on its way. received notice from UPS two days later that they had gotten the paper work but not the item. item was charged to my bank account. Has been delayed for weeks. checked on tracking number, it belongs to a total different item????

I was supposed to get my package of rubber gloves yesterday and now it says delayed. What is going on with this Quit lying and get my product to me or give me my money back.

Horrible. Took over a week to pack a tiny item and wasn’t going to arrive for a couple weeks, so I cancelled order and they shipped and took money regardless. Now I have to wait for item and deal with return which isn’t worth it. Had issues in past so not worth ordering from them or any third part on Walmart.com always an issue. In today’s world you can get stuff two day, next day, week tops.....cheaper too!!

They delay, they don't ship, they don't communicate. Do not use this supplier.

item has not shipped, emails are not responded to, Walmart is not helping as they are so busy the wait time is 2 hours or more to get them to help me. given the ratings and reviews above, this company is not reliable and Walmart should not be allowing them to sell on their web site...warning, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have been trying to return a product I ordered from WalMart.com. The store won't take it because the packing slip says Mid States Distributors. So, they said to return it to them. Good luck!! The return instructions are pretty much non-existent. There is no customer service phone number or email to get a return authorization or anything. I will order NOTHING from WalMart.com ever again. Zero stars is the appropriate rating.

Same as the previous person, I ordered a pair of boots and a label was created but the items never actually made it to the post office. I finally contacted them a month after they were supposed to be delivered and they stated that they must have gotten lost/damaged in the mail. They did refund my money, but I will never buy from them again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered my first product from them in early September 2018: two packs of imPRESS nails. They still have not arrived as of 11/23/18. The order tracking shows that the items supposedly shipped but not delivered. The tracking number via USPS says the label was created, but items never received for shipping (that sounds more accurate). The form provided by the Walmart website to contact the seller keeps giving me the following error: "We’re having trouble with your request. Please wait a moment and then try again." They charged my credit card on 9/20. So essentially they create a packing label and "ship" your items so they can charge you, but never actually send you the products. Then you can never reach out to them to inquire about the status. Do not buy from this seller. You are giving them your money without receiving anything in return.
