I placed an order through Walmart 11/29, and today is 12/11 and the item has not been received. When ordering delivery was stated to be 12/8, and no one is responding to email on the status of the item. I do not recommend order from this vendor. This is not good customer service. Really no stars for order not received

I purchased an item from Walmart through Mezee and it was damaged when delivered. I've returned that product as they requested. I've been emailing and asking for my credit to my Walmart credit card since August 4th. They will not credit my card even though they received the damaged product. I've emailed them probably 40 times or more! Terrible customer service. Would never purchase from MEZEE! Buyers beware.

I Ordered a Revlon brush dryer. I was sent the wrong less expensive item. I have not been able to get a live customer service person to resolve this . I replied and sent a picture of the wrong item via email.. I have not heard back from them . I spent $74 including a 2 year warranty. Their customer service practice is bad. I would not recommend using Mezee as a supplier of goods. They also say there is a restocking fee for returned items, even if it’s their error.. scam

Would not recommend this seller. They charged my bank twice for the same item and all they will say is that "their records show I was only charged once". I emailed a screenprint of the double charge which they ignored. Currently on hold with my bank to fix this.

Same here they sent my order to another state, and then told me I got my order. Yes they are 100% a scam.

I would give no stars if possible. My fault for realizing that I clicked on a third party seller. They are overpriced and have poor communication. I 100% agree this company is a scam and should not be used as one of Walmart's stores!

Have had items sent to me .....;as well as, items purchased by friends and relatives... received item by mistake .....can not get anyone to answer calls or emails... that is A bad deal!! WARNING. !!!! So be careful when purchasing... I will remove this review once I am taken care of.. until then Buyer be ware!

This is the worst company to purchase anything from. I purchased a present for my child which never worked and now they will not return, refund or exchange as it's past a certain time frame. It was at Christmas time and I'm still going back and forth without getting any type of answer after Walmart sent me to 3 different stores prior to referring me to "Walmart Customer Care". Both are a joke!!!

I can't believe Walmart will even work with this seller. So disappointed. I will no longer from Walmart with third party sellers because of my experience. I ordered an over-priced item because I needed it by a certain date. They sent the wrong item and then won't respond to my multiple requests to return the product. Hope the many one star reviews will warn you not buy from this scam seller.

Wish I would've read the reviews on this Seller, but I was unaware they were a 3rd-party seller until I had to initiate a return because they sent the wrong item. The item I purchased was somewhat hard to find in that size, and it was pretty expensive for what it was. The seller sent me the item in a different size (with less count, weight, and I can find it in-store for half price). My first email received a delivery confirmation response. My second email asked for a picture of the incorrect item. They responded with email stating that return instructions will be sent in 2-3 days and understandibly, won't refund until I send the item back. Well, I can't send it back if I don't have return instructions and it's been 5 business days. A return should not be this difficult to initiate... Buyers Beware

Seller has sent my order to an address in Arizona instead of my address in New York. No one answers phone or returns messages/emails. Very dissatisfied.

MEZEE is a scam. Sold me a product on Wal-Mart Marketplace and send me a different much cheaper product. Then DID NOT send me a return label as they said they would. I had to contact American Express to reverse the charge. Scam, Do not buy here.
