Total Scam company. Sold me an item through Walmart.com at a very low price. Raised the price 10X the very next day. Did not deliver item and when I contacted WalMart to alert them of the problem, seller refunded the price without trying to resolve or deliver item.

The company advertised on Walmart.com a laptop. I purchased the product online through the Walmart website. The product never arrived. They sent the product via FedEx to the wrong address. FedEx wouldn't provide the correct location where it went, but confirm the address on the delivery was different and the name signing for the package was no one I recognize. I called Walmart for assistance and the agent apparently recognized the company was a problem merchant because he responded that company wouldn't provide a refund. I wasn't looking for a refund, I wanted the product. The representative from Walmart gave me the merchants phone number to call. He also send them an email. I called the merchant multiple time with no success getting through. The call kept going to an answering machine. I called Walmart again two days later. They had not received a response back from the Merchant. They sent another email. The Merchant failed to respond again. Again. I contacted Walmart and this time required they contact the merchant and respond back what the merchant would do to deliver the product. Apparently, Walmart finally got a response, but it was to have seek a refund from Walmart. They claimed they don't have a product to fill the order. That is a lie. They did have two of the product when checked Walmart's website. This company is breaking their contract and will be held liable. I am seeking a class action lawsuit against Walmart and this merchant.
