This company is supposed to be delivering a package to me from Walmart. It was supposed to have arrived by December 14-today is Christmas Eve and I still don’t have it. It is a Christmas present, one I have paid for. I would rather give them 0 stars.

Terrible customer service luckily Wal*Mart gave me a refund they sent me a broken treadmill that does not even work out of the box do yourself a favor and save some more money and buy name brand frame an actual retailer and not some cheap Chinese POS.

I am a retired nurse.. I bought an adult tricycle from Mazeen llc on December 13th 2020. The item arrived on my doorstep on the 23rd of December 2020. I hired a local bike store to assemble the adult tricycle. At that time it was found the tricycle frame had arrived bent and would be dangerous to ride. Mazeen llc was contacted and refused refund! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible company. Does not offer 100% refund. Bought a treadmill, doesn’t recline and now I want a refund . These people offered me 20% of my money back and said I can “give the treadmill to a friend”
