Almost made a mistake and ordered a couple of bug lite replacement bulbs from them. Before I pulled the trigger, I opened a "Chat" session to verify the items model number to be sure the bulbs were compatible with my unit. I was connected to a "supervisor" but never received an answer other than someone would get back to me as soon as possible. 3 days later, I still hadn't heard from anyone and decided to Google them for reviews since my question should have been a quick and easy one to answer. My search found a BAD BBB rating and a history of complaints as well as this 1.5/5.0 star rating here at Wal-mart. My guess is the glowing ratings posted on their website about their customer service were self-posted by owners/employees. Make sure you know the risks before ordering from these folks.

Item NEVER Received. Seller refuses to cancel the order and fails to refund.

This company has exceptionally poor customer service. I made an accidental purchase from their ebay store for a nearly $100 item. I immediately tried to cancel the order and even emailed them about the mistake - all within about 3 minutes. They denied the cancellation and noted the item will be here in several weeks - very slow shipping time to boot! From this interaction they apparently do not care about their customers. This interaction will keep me from ordering anything from them in the future. I suggest you do not buy from this store as they don't seem to care about you, only your money. With only 15 employees I don't think its that they can't refund - I think its that they NEED the money and would rather burn a bridge for $100 v potentially get a repeat customer. Bad practices.

Originally I posted a poor review but since, the company has changed its stance on their error and refunded me as well as offered an apology and peace offering. I'm sorry I had to put up a fight but in the long run they did the right thing.

Don't buy anything from this site. I purchased an item according to product name and description but received something different. Contacted company and basically was told too bad because the item was listed per manufacturer information. Wrong. I went to the original manufacturer website of the item and pulled information and sent the link. They have not responded. Item was also dirty. I am contacting the manufacturer to discredit Max Warehouse as a future vendor if possible.
