I bought a phone from these guys and it kept saying package was delayed. So after waiting for over a month (I paid for expedited shipping by the way) I finally reached out to this seller to ask where my package was. They forced a refund on me without asking and I had to re buy the item from another seller for a steep increase in price. These people are terrible and I don't see why Walmart even let's them sell items on this store. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mastertonics is terrible. They have refused to issue me a full refund on my recent purchase (unused, unopened merchandise) after charging not only an exorbitant "restocking fee" of over 20% but also deducting money for the sales tax I paid. Every attempt to communicate with them has led nowhere. Their only concern is that I remove my One-Star Amazon review, yet they have refused to directly acknowledge or redress my primary complaint. Then, they had the gall to threaten me with escalation; all over a matter that could have been cleared up with a simple message saying, "Were sorry, here's your remaining money back." I have never faced a company with worse service– and that is saying quite a lot. Communication stopped after I flatly refused to remove by one star review, and now legal action may be necessary. Fortunately, I have all their communications in writing where they admit to 1) skimming taxes, 2) offering quid-pro-quo, and 3) threatening escalation. I am certain the business oversight bureaus of California and Texas will find these documents quite useful in their follow-up actions.

Unable to get refund. Thought I was buying a new computer but I found out after shipping it is used. No where did it say used. Nightmare to get help.

I will be sending this back and if you try to charge me a restocking fee. I will call the BBB and report this fraudulent company

Bought a laptop from this company and it advertised it as new with Warranty. Within the year the motherboard went out. When I called the manufacturer the computer was actually already registered to someone 8 months prior to me purchasing it so the warranty ran out with the original buyer. As I'm sure you can guess I've tried to reach the company and get no response. I've also have contacted Walmart many times and have sent a letter with all the proof to Walmart Corporate. I have requested at the least that Walmart remove them from their site and they don't seem to have an interest in responding to me.
