Ordered VXI Blueparrot headset on 8/14/2020. Received the defective product on 8/18/2020. Unable to reach MallStop/Manhattan Products Company LLC. Called Walmart; was given an incident # and was told to wait for an email from MallStop within 2 days. No emails. Called Walmart back. I was told that they will process the refund. I should receive the refund within 5 days. Let's see if I get the refund. BTW. I googled Manhattan Products Company LLC. It says that the company is temporarily closed.

I returned a laptop that didn’t work properly. It’s been about a month and still haven’t received my refund nor a response to any of my calls or texts... Never Again

I purchased a 43 inch Hitachi tv on May 8, 2020. When it arrived it was cracked and looked as if the driver tossed it across the truck for hours. I contacted Walmart.com and they put me in touch with Mallstop com and all I got was voicemail that sounded like someone's personal cell phone. NEVER got a return call. On May 21, walmart finally agreed to have the tv picked up and process a refund. Tv was picked up ob May 22. As of June 1 I still had not received my refund so I called and ask about it. The lady says ok ... You will receive your refund on 3-5 days. Here we are June 9 and no refund! Call walmart this morning only to be told that i will get my refund when they have received the item. But wait ma'am, that item was picked up on June 22! Oh! You are right! Well we are processing your refuns now and it should be to you in 3-5 business days! I am so disgusted with walmart and mallstop.

Ps4 supposed to be 399.99 everywhere like best buy, wal mart, target, play station web site. They selling close to $90 or more because everyone is out Taking advantage of corona virus time because after everything is back to normal they are gonna have to lower prices to everyone else prices because supply is going to rise and demand is gonna drop and then who gonna buy from them when people can buy from the other companies i listed which is easier to return and deal with warranty issues. so their making sure they get the most money out of us and this is why they have ps4 and other products in stock because high prices Nice work mallstop. Now is time to build relation ships because times going to change and there will be customers for mallstop

What a terrible company. They're jacking up prices on Nintendo switch consoles due to the ongoing pandemic. Terrible Terrible company practice.

MALLSTOP IS A JOKE. Why Walmart continues to use these sham artists is beyond common decency. I ordered a phone that was shipped to Mississippi instead of Maine where I am located. I contacted Walmart to file a problem they said they would inform Mallstop and assured me that Mallstop would contact me within 48 hours. NO REPLY!!! I called them only to get an answering machine. Again no reply. At least when I contacted Walmart again they did submit me a refund. My Advice? DO NOT ORDER FROM MALLSTOP!!!

I purchased 3 refurbished Bird electric scooters from this seller through walmart.com. 2 of the scooters were defective out of the box. The delivery and return times are ridiculous. I have had $800 tied up with this company for a combined total of 6weeks. Would not recommend.

Liars. They sold me a ps5 on Walmart website for$429. I knew it was too good to be true but never expected they would go to the lengths that they did. Not only did they not make good on the order but they claimed to Walmart that I was a frequent abuser of the return policy and had my account deactivated. I’ve never ordered from them before. I never canceled the order. Additionally I’ve not returned an item to Walmart in over 10 years. Not that you care but I’m a disabled vet and use Walmart delivery at times when I can’t get out of the house. Fuck you, lying sack of shit!
