Mainline showed order shipped on the 15th of December to USPS. It is the 26th, USPS has not received the order. PROBABLY A SCAM!!! Beware! Thinking about ordering from this company? DON'T!

The absolute worst! Zero stars if I could! I ordered four of the same item on December 2nd, with estimated delivery, per Walmart at the time of ordering, by December 10th. Walmart tracking says it is in the process of being delivered, with a delivery date by end of day December 16th. Today is December 21st! In researching with USPS, it has yet to make it to their facility! Walmart called Mainline Trading numerous times, but no one will answer the phone. Walmart says I might get an email from Mainline in 48 hours. 48 hours is one day before Christmas Eve, and that’s when I’ll find out whether I have presents for four little girls!! Walmart should drop them immediately from their vendor list. Stay faaaaarrrr away from this vendor!

I purchased 2 bikes from these people and I never received them!!! They’re giving me the round around to contact others but no information is being given to me!!!! I sadly bought through Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I purchased stuffed animals for my daughters Christmas presents. They arrived a week late, in a plastic bag with a label on it. Neither toys were in boxes, one of the stuffies had a brown goo on it, and there were torn pieces of cardboard (what I am assuming was a pieces of the box) in the bag. What labels and cardboard came with it, was in Russian, not English. I am truly appalled that Walmart would trust a company like this. This was a $60 order and NOTHING about this order is ok.

I order an item on Walmart website and it didn't not work. I returned the Jan.4 yall received it on the Jan 27. Dont know why it's took a hold month for yall to receive it. I still haven't got my refund back yet.

Do not recommend anyone buy from this company (MAINLINE TRADING, INC). I personally think and suspect they are a "scam" company. I bought this product the (Pro Collection Salon 2 In 1 One Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer Oval Brush Design for Women) on January 4th, 2021, and it finally arrived on January 19th, 2021 (15 days later) while I was out of town. I was very taken back and disgusted by the gross smell that was very noticeable inside the box it came in. What made it worse was the box was very damaged that it came in. I personally think the item I received was probably preowned before, considering what the box looked like that it came in, which clearly looks like it was taken out of the box before by someone and was returned and this company that it came from probably just prepackaged it back up, and sent it then to me. Yea, I am not happy whatsoever and I WILL NOT ever buy from these people again and will be taking it back to the store for a refund! Oh yea, forget about emailing these pricks, because even if you have a very valid complaint/issue with your product from this company, you either probably will not hear back, or if you do, you will get a very unprofessional and rude response back from these pricks. Let’s put it this way, when I emailed them about why my order was late, and also about my concerns about it coming when I was out of town, they basically told me in an email to ask my neighbors to accept the package and if I wasn't comfortable with that option that there was nothing else they could do for me and that basically "it was my problem". Yep, you read that right! I am very serious about that as again these are very unprofessional people who sell and ship their products through this company.

Appears to be a Bait and Switch tactic. I ordered 3 "Contec CMS50DL Fingertip Pulse Oximeter, Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor (SpO2) with Pulse Rate Measurements and Bar Graph, Digital LED Display, Blue". I was sent 3 generic "Fingertip Pulse Oximeter "Lk87" with LED Display & Carrying String". Why the change in the device ordered ? RESPONSE from Mainline: Dear customer, I’m really sorry, we have found that you have signed for the order, what’s the problem? Maybe you can provide us with photos of quality problems, and we will contact the warehouse to solve them for you. Issues: Ordered via Walmart On-line, item shipped via USPS and placed in my mailbox. There was no packing list included. I did not sign for the package. They sent a cheaper product.

Item came with 2 main pieces broken in half. Their responding email was sorry it happened in transit and we'll give you 50% of your money back. What I do with a unit I cannot put together? Crickets....pathetic. I'm pissed at Walmart too!

I’ve placed an order with this company through Walmart.com. From reading these reviews, I’m doubtful if the product will arrive or be the actual product I ordered. I order through Walmart.com because I trust them to have reputable companies on their site. This has shaken my confidence. Walmart, you need to screen your supplies or you will no longer have an online presence.
