Been waiting since December 3rd for my order. It was SUPPOSED to be a Christmas gift. I'm still waiting. Walmart said Madison House will contact me within 48 hours---5 days later and I'm still waiting! I only gave it a one star (which it doesn't even deserve that!)

They say my order is shipped but the tracking number they provide can't be found by UPS. Called them, but they don't answer

my first package was suppose to arrive on 12/4, but I never recd. it. When I try to track it on Fed Ex they say there is no such tracking number. I called Walmart and a replacement was suppose to ship in 2-3 business days, but it hasn't. The phone number that Walmart customer service gave me is a non working number. I have gotten no response from Madison House and Walmart just gives me a run around. I would take the refund they keep offering me but this is an item that I can only find on walmart.com, It is now 11 days and many phone calls on my part with no satisfaction.
