I ordered an item offered by MA Trade LLC through Walmart's website and received a shipment quickly. Unfortunately, it was not the item pictured, but this was an understandable error. I emailed MA Trade LLC and got an email response within 12 hours. Not only was I refunded my payment promptly, but MA Trade told me that I did not need to return the mailed item. This was a big time and hassle savings for me. I really appreciated the service I received from MA Trade, even though the item I wanted was unavailable. My 5-star rating is for the response and refund service provided.

I received some type of ornament ....which was broken into many pieces. Not sure what it was since I did not order anything like this only a bedspread which I received promptly and was very satisfied. I cannot find any info on this item sent on April 11/19 the only thing was a tracking number on the package which is not found. tracking #LZ599554505US
