Order showing it has a tracking stamp since December 8th, has not been delivered to the post office. It’s not the 19th of December.

Haven't received it and can't reach company regarding the issue

I've reported them for fraud. They are scamming people they have no product they just use big name sites to sell products they dont have then blame the post office for lost items. I called the post office and they said they never receive packages from the company at all and the receive calls all the time about packages they have never received. The company gets bogeys tracking numbers to just make it seem like they sent it. So do not buy anything from then they are just stealing your money.

Do I really need to leave a review? Same issue as all the others listed. USPS awaiting shipment for 2 weeks. Wal-mart working on issuing credit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE>

would leave 0 stars of I could. I had ordered from them. Supposedly item lost in shipment though tracking said it was pending arrival for shipment. I do not think it was ever shipped. Told they did not have the item in stock. They have a website and the item showed there for more money...could be bogus...??

If I could give zero I would. After 15 days of my item being pending for acceptance at the post office I was finally able to get walmart to return my money. I googled the company and it appears they have the same customer service on Amazon also. I wish I had seen how horrible this company was before wasting over two weeks waiting on them.

These people are crooks. Do not buy from them.. Everything is fake and you will never get your items.

Same issues as the others. Purchased item weeks ago, said it'd arrive last week. Never came, shipping hasn't progressed since day one. Contacted Walmart to see if they can help. Waiting game for no item after my money was taken.

Wouldn't buy from them. Bought a book from them almost a month ago now, and it still hasn't arrived. Emailed them and they said I could get a replacement or refund. Asked for a replacement and they never responded. Just asked for a refund but at this point I doubt they'll give me one.

Ordered a book on 10/7/20 and received usps tracking number and delivery date of 10/13-19/20. This is 10/23/20 and still no delivery. Have tried contacting M&N Media but no answer.Contacted WalMart but no help. I am beginning to think there is fraud involved. You have my money and I have no book. I am never ordering from WalMart or their "sellers" again.

I will never order from this company again. It has been over a month since I ordered my items. They never sent my items to post office so whenever I tracked it, it said package accepted pending. I finally asked for a refund

Walmart needs to stop doing business with M and N LLC. They never shipped the product I ordered. I finally had to contact Walmart and get a refund.

You are the worst company. You lost my $100 order and are refusing to reorder my items. You couldn't even contact anyone when it was delayed. You shouldn't work through another company like Wal-Mart if you are unable to fulfill your orders. I will never do buisness with you again. I hope other customers take the time to read these reviews before ordering clearly this is a scam company. Watchout because they work through Amazon and Barnes and Noble as well. Fake tracking numbers and all.

Unfortunately I did not look at the reviews before purchasing an item from M and N Media. DO NOT order from them unless you are looking forward to likely never getting your item and having to get a refund. Complete waste of my time.

Total crap! My items arrived a week late, and to top it off, they were all the wrong item!! Complete false advertising. Ordered 6-100ct boxes of Standard sized Dragon shield sleeves and received 6-60ct boxes of Japanese sized sleeves. I TRIPLE checked before ordering to make sure it was what I needed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Scammers as far as I can tell. Three weeks and my order hasn’t arrived. Called USPS to find out that the package never reached a USPS office. Used a bogus tracking number to prevent easy cancellation. No response to calls or emails.

Ordered last month. Over a week ago. Apparently, the item was never shipped even though I received a tracking number and notification it was shipped. Absolutely ridiculous. Why sell things if you’re not going to follow through? I’m infuriated. Thank you for that.

Explained the scam and forwarded this review page to both Walmart (through 3 separate live chats) and the Better Business Bureau; finally got a full refund today. This company is a scam. Don't buy from them. I'm having the exact same problem others in here are complaining about. They accept your order, claim it's shipped, claim it's lost in the mail, and give you the run around about a refund. Some are saying they got connected to them through Walmart. I got connected to them through Amazon and Abebooks. They're a scam. Zero star rating.

Ordered some D&D spell cards on February 2nd and said that my order was shipped on February 3rd. It is now 02/25/2021 and I have heard nothing more from them. I called the USPS store and nobody answered, called M and N media and no one answered and finally called Walmart and they were able to give me a refund. This place is a total scam and do not give them your money.

Ordered from Walmart on 2/18 and still has not arrived.

Then after waiting two weeks for the item and it being “processed, shipping label created, USPS awaiting item” I contacted them to get an update on the order, this is the reply I received: Good Morning: Thank you for your e-mail and order. Same old story - take purchaser's money, fill out a shipping label, and sit on their collective ass. Had I known how truly lousy this company was, I never would have purchased anything. I don't know why Walmart allows them access to the marketplace.

Avoid this vendor!!! My item was promised to be delivered in a 2 day time frame, after 7 days the status is 'Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item'. I email the vendor and was told they could reorder it IF available. I said yes, please do. Lo and behold I received an email back stating that the item is no longer available nut when I go on Walmart's website it is available with a promised 2 day ship time frame but at a higher price. I received the same form letter others have, this vendor should not be allowed to sell on Walmart's website they are not trustworthy. Thank you for your e-mail and order. Same here. Scammers. I investigated them myself and found that the post office they claim to have used is in Acworth, GA. There are 3 USPS offices near there and only 1 (Oak Grove) answered the phone. They said that they have no scanned proof of my packages and its as if they “created a label and never shipped the package itself” so a ghost label. There is also no answer to the phone number of the company. Scam. Not that it matters here but i believe BooksDeal.com is also a scam website. 3 books i bought never shipped, never came. Says “unfulfilled” and thats it. Their only contact address is to a UPS location in Colorado and i called the UPS and they said there is no bookstore near there so. Just FYI to book buyers.

Had the same experience as everyone else here. Bought a product that was never shipped. Didn't realize there were so many bad reviews when I bought it. Would say partially a failure on walmarts part for not immediately recognizing a scam and shutting down this seller

They have taken the money for a Board game and have still not delivered after 2 months. Traacking data shows that the item Left and Returned to their own address in Ackworth. They are SCAMMING. Please avoid them and complain to Walmart anout them.

Through Amazon, two separate orders, both with the same symptoms... M and N media SAID they shipped, provided a tracking number which never was valid in any tracking application. Books did not ever get delivered. Yes, they DID refund my purchase, but well beyond the desired time frame. Would never to business again. Sorry, Amazon, you've got a bummer of a local partner.

I ordered an item from Walmart with the order to be fulfilled by M & N, and yet 20 days later there is no indication that the item has shipped, and any attempts to notify them have been ignored. I have to agree with other comments here--this company is a scam. I'm amazed they are still able to operate given that their business is practically Walmart-sponsored thievery at this point.

Scammer. They purchase postage but then does not send item, so it’s “in transit” and looks official. Never received item, never responded to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Rip off company

I ordered a package that never arrived, and the seller avoids all attempts to contact them. They claimed it was sent but it has been "in transit" for over a month. Do not buy from these con men.

This seller provides a FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. When they do "respond," it is with a canned response. Don't stop here: please add your complaints to the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) and the Post Office Inspection Bureau 1-877-876-2455 (toll free).

Order through Walmart, over 4 weeks now and no product. The shipping label was printed day of order but never shipped.
