Purchased It's A 10! It's a counterfeit. It's being returned.

Ordered the Kenra 32 oz shampoo with no dispenser. Received a bottle with broken dispenser with tape on it. Leaked all inside the packaging as well as my mailbox. Shampoo was not usual fragrance. Very disappointed. Awful vendor.

Ordered paul mitchell super skinny serum 8.5 oz. Was sent 5.1 oz for the same price. Not acceptable!

I order from this site thru Walmart. I ordered Sebastian ORIGINAL Shaper Plus hairspray. I was not sent ORIGINAL Shaper Plus. The photo in the add showed ORIGINAL shaper plus. I tried to return to Walmart but was told because of the virus, they were not taking beauty products. I tried three times to return to Walmart before May 28th. I even had a letter from your company saying I could return it originally. After Walmart was ready to take back returns, your company would no longer let me return. I would like a refund for this product which I can not use or a note of authorization so I can return to Walmart. Order #3802047-776969

I also had to contact Walmart to contact the seller - i placed order on 5/15 and 5/16 the label was created. The package was not dropped off until 5 days later. I contacted Walmart on 5/20 that post office was still awaiting the item. I had to have Walmart intervene. I was very disappointed. Walmart should investigate their sellers more thoroughly

I ordered shampoo and conditioner through Walmart.com, and had not received it by the date they promised. I needed to contact Walmart.com 2x and was on hold each time for over 45 minutes, and they are processing a refund, as they also could not get in touch with the vendor.

Ordered a Wella conditioner that I have used on and off for years. They sent me the wrong product. It looks like it is a counterfeit and it smells terriable.

Pureology shampoo was not the consistency that it should be! Will Never order again! With all the bad reviews, why Is this company still up on you website Walmart?

Biolage Advanced. Product looks like it has been opened and used. Who knows what is in it. Should have researched more and will never buy from them again.

Had to give them a "1", because you can't give them a 0. Ordered March 10th. Today is the 29th and still no hair spray. After reading all the other reviews, I see I'm not the only one having trouble with these people. Come on Walmart, we expect better of you and your suppliers.

I order a product and after a week past the expected delivery date I contact them to find out where my product was. I was told it was lost in transit. I assume they mean they lost it while taking it to the post office because the tracking number says that the post office is still waiting to receive the item. I wonder do they think everyone is just stupid and wouldn’t check the tracking prior to contacting them? Now the no long carry the item I ordered. Figures...

I ordered “It’s A 10 Miracle Leave in Product” which I have used for years. I could tell right away that the product I received from this company was fake! Do not order from them!

Walmart stop selling from Luxe Beauty Corner. They are extremely rude to your customers! That is why they hide behind your company to sell counterfeit products. Luxe Beauty Corner is now being reported to the FTC. Don't bother complaining to them just send the feds after them. I wonder if they paid the sales tax they are required to by U.S. Federal law? I bet they are breaking city, state and federal laws.

I ordered It's a 10 miracle shampoo, and product had apparently been diluted and then reclosed. This is fraud. Why is Walmart still allowing them to sell products? Never order from them. I am reporting them to BBB, It's a 10 company, and my credit card company. Folks like this give sellers a bad name. ZERO stars if I could.

Gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero! I ordered the Biolage Colorlast Shampoo & Conditioner Duo Set and only received the conditioner. I have contacted the company twice with no response. Beware of ordering from this company as it looks like they could care less about their customers and responding to them if there's an issue.

Ordered a Kenra product and received a Joico product. Contacted seller multiple times without any response. I sent a text message as instructed on receipt which was read but no response made. Do not buy from them.

It took them 12 days to even ship my product, and only after I contacted Walmart did they ship it. I think they were hoping that I would forget that I ordered yet.

Ordered through Walmart, received fake product

I purchased 8 Aquage thickening gel 8 ounce products from The Walmart website who has this product shipped by Luxe Beauty Corner for $14.90 each, for a total of $126.35 and the quoted amount and the invoice stated free shipping. When the USPS delivery person knocked on my door for product delivery today he informed me that $13.86 was due for postage. Since I already paid the invoice and I didn’t want to have to go through the hassle of getting my money back I paid the shipping. What a rip off. I am waiting to get reimbursed but I’m not holding my breath. If you can avoid this company do it. Walmart needs to step up here since they are allowing this company to provide services on their website. There’s a lack of honesty or at the very least operational integrity.

Ordered Its a 10 Conditioner and received Its a 10 styling serum which costs significantly less. I can’t tell if it is fake but I am very unhappy and wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I bought olaplex that I found out was fake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a 32 oz Kenra shampoo in Aug 2021 which was shipped in an envelop with no packing or tape to seal the top. It leaked in the envelop (about 20% of the product) and all over other mail. Check the Walmart site. This happens A LOT and there are many negative reviews for LUXE. Customer service is very bad. When they finally answered me, they wanted ME to pack it up and send it back to them. Stay away from Luxe Beauty Corner. Why is there no Zero Star option here?

I ordered It’s A 10 Silk Balm from this company through Walmart. I received a fake product and the company never responded after I told them. Why is WALMART still using them after many customers have complained!!

NEVER will I order from Walmart online again… using this SELLER! Two bottles of shampoo were shipped which were incorrect. I spent 1 1/2 days online attempting to get this corrected…and get my total refund ….not half! WALMART should have better sense.,.. reviewed are public…cant they read! I ordered Opalex No.6 Bond Smoother and the silver safety seal was removed, so that tells me this is a FAKE product. If it was brand new the seal would be in tack. I tried to email them and the email adress provided is not valid, I sent them a text and still haven't gotten a response. Shame on Luxe Beauty Corner for taking advantage of people. I rate them a Zero

This is a complete scam operation. I ordered a particular product and was sent the wrong product. Their messaging system through Walmart isn't working and if you call, you get some nonsense about not being able to take calls. I left a message but have not heard from them. Total and complete waste of money. Received a cheap product that I cannot use in lieu of what I ordered. Stay away from this company. They are an unethical group. Walmart needs to remove them from their site. They are giving Walmart a bad name.

Don't buy anything from this company. We ordered a hair balm from them and it said it would be here in 3 days. It's been almost 2 weeks and the package has gone nowhere and zero communication from seller. Apparently , they do this a lot judging from their reviews. I'll pay closer attention next time. They are known for selling counterfeits and poorly packaged
