I have purchased 3 items they billed my card and worsed it says delivered BUT I’ve received only 1 item out of 3!!!!

If there were no stars, I would have used that. I purchased two pair of glasses online at Walmart. They billed my credit card, but I did not receive anything. I've tried numerous times to contact Lux, but got no response . Walmart tried to call, but got put to voice mail. Is this a legit company? I want my refund. No, I would NOT recommend this company. They have NO customer service and do not respond to customers. Typical California!

I am very upset. I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses. The first pair of sunglasses was perfect the second pair I think someone was asleep when they were looking at the order because I did not get what I ordered. This is not even close to what I wanted and I would like to have them replaced.
