Do not order anything from this company. I contacted them to return an item and the response I got was likened unto the language scam artists use in Nigeria when they chat on dating sites with others. I am contacting Walmart about them .

Do not order from this company Lucky Star technology they are crooks for their products don't match their picture they are the biggest con artist and I hope the better business bureau gets hold of them

I ordered some swim trunks for my son who wears a 40/XL. Instead I got a package that had XXL on it and the trunks inside were a 34/L. They didnt even look like mens, more like boys trunks. I realize its an honest mistake not on the companys part, but the return process SUCKS. All other products I had to return I received a FED EX label and this company gives me the run around

This companys clothes run very small. I have been waiting 21 days for a refund and have contracted the company also with no refund. i tracked my packed they recieved on July 21. they said they never got it yet. there web site said they are in the US . they lie a lot in customer service.

Is there any way to give your company a negative 5 review. I have called multiple times and they said they would call me and send an email. None of which happened

Totally agree with the rest of these reviews! What the heck?! My so-called delivery was never delivered and my trying to resolve the issue has gone on for weeks! I fault Walmart too because they told me several times that they would follow up and didn't - forget trying to contact this lame company because they don't respond. I actually give a NEGATIVE rating which isn't listed!

Your company is criminal and I have noticed appropriate people at Walmart. As a vendor myself it’s important for us to mainstain a high standard of responsibility to our clients and customers. I am not going to let this go, I fully intend to make sure Walmart knows what you’re doing during this time of crisis in the world.

They are selling products that they have obtained in a secondary bulk auction or a going out of business sale. They are selling a product that they are not authorized to sell and may be damaged or out of date.

This company takes your order through Walmart then places an order on Amazon from another seller and that other seller ships your item to you. DO NOT BUY from these people. They overcharge you for everything they sell.

Order never showed up, they don't answer their phone. I've spent and hour on the phone with Walmart, none with Luckystar. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Walmart was able to refund my money. If they could not have, I would have called my credit card company next and report fraud and request a refund.

Ordered a blood test from them through Walmart. Only two sticks came instead of 4! I emailed and called and all they said was it was a typo on the package. Ummmm no. It says 4 sticks and there are 4 circles and it says use a different stick for each circle. Hmmm so they Lied

Price gouge. Twice the amount I paid in store. Unethical.

Worst seller ever. Refused to refund even though well within the refund policy. Says the "warehouse" won't accept it. Who lets their warehouse make the rules? Refuses to accept refund. Walmart hasn't been helpful so far. Not sure why they keep this seller around.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is horrible and smart remarks from a worker. Trying to get one simple question answered has become a nightmare. The color of the product was different from the actual product, and again, absolutely lousy customer service concerning it. I was even asked if I was an American. I am, but what has that got to do with anything. I would give no star if one was available, but since there isn't, I'll have to give it a one star, which is not even deserved.

I should have checked the seller reviews before ordering. I never received the product and customer service was very bad. Customers should check the ratings of Walmart and Amazon sellers before purchasing.

I ordered Clorox wipes and got a key chain clip. I will contact charge card company to take off charge. Also note that about 2 weeks ago I had a fraudulent purchase to Uber on my credit card which was promptly refunded. I never used Uber in my life.

Should have read the reviews. Zero customer service. Cancelled my order through Walmart.com. Said they contacted the seller. Never received a response. I was charged 2 months after cancelling the order and never received the product! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Ordered a disc golf disc and never got it. They even sent an email saying it was delayed until the first week of March. Then, another email received last week of February saying the order was cancelled. I've sent them messages and left a bad review, still nothing. No refund either. I'll contact Walmart and try to get a refund. How is Walmart.com still allowing this entity to do business on their platform. If anyone ever needed to be de-platformed it would be this outfit.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my ripped jeans. I ordered 3 $30 dollar jeans and ended up getting weird tall bell bottom pants that didn't look like anything I had bought. One in pink, green, and blue when they were supposed to be ripped jeans, one the was black, washed out blue, and blue. I have no idea what to do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, EVER!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the high waisted Avia leggings. They are not high waisted, the material is cheap, the waistband is loose and the elastic twisted when I put the leggings on. This was a complete waste of my money. I wish that I could not give a star, I hate that I group away the envelope they stuff my 4 pairs of leggings in or I would return them. They are complete trash.

Do NOT order from this company!! Why is Walmart dealing with these scam artists. I ordered 2 wiper blades for our motorhome and the box arrived today and it was busted open and only one wiper blade remained in the box and that wiper blade box was so mangled that the blade won't be able to be used. Trying to get this straightened out with Walmart, but not sure what their customer service can do. I can barely understand the customer service guy anyway and have now been on hold for 15 minutes.

I ordered socks and got completely different ones than I ordered, so I emailed them and it takes a week to get back to me then when they do they don't have any information about the previous email, I emailed them copies of the the socks package and I get answered almost two weeks later with "can we help you?, please ask your question"

I would have chosen no star at all if that were an option. DO NOT BUY from them! I received my item from Walmart 2 weeks ago. They refuse to update my status with Walmart as "delivered". I am sure they are doing this because they know I cannot return the item until it shows the item was delivered in my Walmart order status. We consumers are not dumb.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The sad thing is, you have no idea - You think you're purchasing from Walmart but this is actually a fraud! The nightgowns I ordered were simply a joke, so cheap and no resemblance to the item advertised. There was no receipt with my purchase, however, there was a thank you card with a fake phone number and fake email address. After doing some research and investigation, I learned the company is called Lucky Star Technology Inc., with the phone number of 720-441-1219, if you call them, they act as if they can't hear or understand you. I shipped the item back with the help of the Post Office, (they researched where it originated from, because of course, they didn't give a return address with the product). I tracked the package and it was delivered back to the supplier but they have denied receiving it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Walmart needs to step up to the plate and stop this platform for this company!
