The banana fish poster was grainy and was made of paper. I was expecting a fabric canvas poster like what was advertised. I would have forgiven the poster not being canvas if it wasn't for that horrible grain. Returned it immediately.

Totally misleading advertisement when selling your bread pan at the walmart website... THAT IS NOT A BREAD PAN< MAYBE IT IS A BARBIE DOLL BREAD PAN!!! I would like to return it immediately. You are a horrible seller!

Everyone, With a complaint to Walmart’s Corporate Office, I’m happy to inform you they have been REMOVED as one of Walmart’s distributors. Told you they ripped off the wrong person! lol

Need better descriptions of products. Product had flowers missing on bouquets. Won't be able to use them. Plus it took a month to receive. Would not purchase from this company again. I do not even want to give them 1 star

Same experience as everyone else; ordered an item on April 7th, was supposed to arrive April 16th, and on that day the tracking message changed from "Deliver by End of Day" to "Delayed" where it's been every since. When I contacted the company they sent back an email with the tracking information I had and wrote what amounts to "We shipped it so too bad for you." Ordered a similar item from Amazon last week and it came in four days. So far Walmart won't take any responsibility either despite their "Walmart Marketplace Promise." Shame on you Walmart!

Will always look to see where stuff that I order is coming from cause I will never order anything coming from this place. Ordered something on April 8, 2020 and was suppose to receive the item on the 21st still haven’t received it.

package was supposed to be delivered april 16th... almost 2 weeks later and nobody will answer emails and phones goes straight to a message saying the company cannot be reached at this time. What a load of crap. This company is a joke. Had I seen these reviews prior I never would have ordered. I ordered from Walmart but it ships from Lucky Catch. We ordered room decor for our childs room. We repainted it all and are still waiting to be able to finish the room. Now two weeks later our young daughter wants to know why her room is all still in disarray... what a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY... they are nothing less than a huge ripoff and a disappointment

Still waiting for my sons Sonic plush toy and it said it was arriving yesterday at the end of the day. It has not. No updates from when it left the original location. USPS said it’s with Jet-E and they’re waiting for its arrival. Have no idea when it is arriving. Either refund my money or send his toy!

Ordered something from this company a while ago thought it was through Walmart found out it was this lucky catch company horrible place paid for my product and have yet to receive it . No one ever answers the phone and I can’t get through Facebook or email or anything I don’t think I would ever order from this company again and Walmart should be ashamed !!

Worst possible retailer I have ever ordered from and capitalizing on COVID crisis to upcharge for items sold. Sold toilet paper for $75 and package that arrived had small, half rolls with maximum 100 sheets per roll. The packaging was so small, I thought a child's toy had been delivered. SHAMEFUL! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I ordered 2 hoodies on April 8th,2020, They were suppose to be here on April 16th,2020. I've emailed the seller and the responses are ridiculous. Not a straight forward answer, I'm thinking its a scam. Last email was im afraid your items were lost in delivery, the tracking was stuck in IL. she couldn't help me track, just saying it was lost and the items were out of stock. Do not order from this Lucky catch.

I ordered cloth mask a month back through Walmart and surprisingly ,they did not deliver as they promise. I have not received item ,i see they shipped on April 5th

after a week and a half they tell me my order was lost and they never tried to give me a refund i had to call walmart to give me a refund. a damn shame they are trying to SCAM people.

We ordered since the beginning of this month and have checked on the status of my items they are still in the same place.Why they haven't arrived I don't know but I buy from Walmart online because I thought it was safe.Now I am buying only if the retailer is Walmart.I just won't be buying from Lucky Batch.

I mad an order on 04/05, per the sellers page they ship within 24 hours, per the seller I shouldhave gotten my item today 04/16, but it has not yet even been shipped. You cannot contact the seller through their order page. Very dissatisfied.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a hoodie on 12/6, they didn’t “process” this order till 12/11 where it went into “transit”. Suppose to arrive on 12/17. When the tracking continued to show “in transit”, contacted the sellers but no response. Definitely a scam and rip off.

Ordered an anklet for my niece on 12/5/20 and was given a delivery date of 12/17/20. On the 17th, there is no delivery. When I try to track order, it shows as delayed. I tried to reach out to supplier, I've received on response. I had to contact Walmart and rep told me my item was lost. I was issued a refund immediately. They are a rip off, stay away.

I ordered a Naruto ring on 1/6/21 and it was supposed to be here on the 16th, it has been delayed since then and I still don't have my ring. It has supposedly been at my local UPS for 3 days now which I think they could have done had it delivered by now. I personally not recommend buying from them.

I recently ordered some items thru Walmart.com and had no idea they would come from here, my items were late and they were broken, I do not understand why Walmart would do business with somebody like this.

I ordered a KABOER Computer Swivel Chair was given a delivery date 12/22/2020 but there was no delivery but shows as delivered. I would like to get my money back . Very disappointed. I didn't get my order or refund. I would not recommend ordering from them.

The only reason they get one star is because there is no way to give negative stars. This company does not fulfill orders or respond when contacted. Do not buy from them.
